Well, I can admit that my ways with coping with stress aren't the healthiest, but I suppose it's better than injuring others. I go out to my back yard and end up just punching the crab apple tree back there. Yeah, I suppose it's not the best solution, considering that I've fractured my knuckle once while doing that already. It's a habit.... The fatigue and/or pain usually makes me forget why I went out there in the first place. >.>
Lately, I've been trying to alleviate stress by drawing while blaring music in my ears, and it's started calming me down, but it's not as effective.... Heh, I do it anyway though.
