Wouldn't that be slightly OP? I know the Mangekyo ability could only be used once in a decade without the 1st Hokages cells but the regular sharingan ability is still pretty uber.
Plus...The other kids can't play. The shark is currently playing in there.

I suppose, I find some of the current things on the eyes overly restrictive.
Like I am pretty sure Madara's Time Space technique isn't a mangekyou ability.

On the topic of over powered eyes, I'll admit that it would probably be allowable in certain circumstances if you knew the person in question wouldn't abuse them. Like for instance I had a character with the Rinnegan in another guild. We could make some restrictions on it...Aka not just be able to use the Mangekyo to just force your enemies to kill themselves.

Well I think it would be a waste to use Shisui's technique just to make the opponent off themselves.
I would use them as my own play thing by turning them into a personal guard or something.
