This feels familiar. Violence with mallets was nothing foreign to Edel, seeing how she had whacked bunnies during the Open House event. Bending down to pick up one of the mallets that lay on the ground, she tapped it lightly against her other hand, looking around for the target. *Burp* *Arf* *Barf* What on earth was that noise. The sound of puddle-splashing brought the frost demon's attention to the frisky little canine in question. Edel eyed the burping pup curiously, wondering what was wrong with the thing. Something stuck in its throat maybe? Here puppy puppy puppy! She cooed, luring the pup in with a seed in her other hand, hiding the mallet behind her back. She had no idea why that would've work, and it didn't - the puppy was still too busy puddle splashing to notice the frosty ghoul with not so innocent intentions.

Perhaps she should take a different approach. Approach the puppy. Getting back onto her feet, she moved past the puddles towards the puppy, holding out the seed and giving the same call. Here puppy puppy puppy! Would it notice her this time? It did! The puppy turned around and looked the Edel, its huge black eyes sparkling ultimate desu glory. Ineffective, for the frost demon brought the mallet down on the ball of fluff, forcing out a....burp? What was that? Edel stared at the strange thing the pup had barfed out, not noticing that the dog had run off to play again. ((Mp: Zyphiris))

Here puppy puppy puppy! Damien always had a weak spot for a fellow canine in need, and from the sounds the wisp was making he needed it. "musta ate something bad." he muttered out before grabbing a mallet nearby and waited for the wisp to jump back int the puddle before bringing the hammer down on its little body. Here puppy puppy puppy! It wasn't that Van wanted to hurt the puppy, of course... but he really was curious. And it really never occurred to Van to use the 'nice way'... he would likely fail any test of kindness anyone saw fit to put him through. Not because he was actively mean or cruel, but because he was occasionally a little ignorant, especially when it came to solving things with his mind.

Here puppy puppy puppy! ((I rolled a 3, so I think that frees up the same seed to try again, if that's okay?))
Van had spotted the soft mallets on the ground and grabbed both. In his previous attempt, after luring the puppy close with one seed, he had swung with his left hand. Well, at least it burped the seed back out. Still... was there something else that might happen? He moved further away, tried again, hoping the puppy didn't have much of a memory for faces. He wouldn't hit hard after all. Well, that was a bust. Van lost his seed in the puppy, and was forced to retreat, yet again. He was miserable at this.
Perhaps now was the time to see into his bad luck.

Here puppy puppy puppy! ((Sn: naggeela )) Adyian still felt really bad about hitting the very cute wisp puppy. But he also felt bad for it when it made such strange sound and didn't look like it felt good. So he deside that he was going to hit the puppy with the mallet to see if it would help. He wouldn't hit hard just enough to help.

Here puppy puppy puppy! Aislin and Joachim had left the booth for a while, things to do, after all. It wasn't until later that she returned alone, her seed-pouch full of the shiny currency and intent glimmering in her flat white eyes. She held out a single seed, mallet hidden behind her back. " ]Heeeeere pupper puppy pup pup. Nommies! Come and get them!"

Here puppy puppy puppy! She dropped another seed rapidly on the ground as the puppy dodged her first attack. It ran over barking and burping and nommed that tasty morsel up off the ground, probably getting a mouthful of mud in the process. In this moment of distraction she struck again! Here puppy puppy puppy! HA! Success! The hurking sound it made was so satisfying as she smashed that canine, flattening it with her mallet. It burped up something... well she couldn't really tell what. She grabbed it, set it beside her so the wisp wouldn't accidentally try to ingest it again, and offered out another seed. Here puppy puppy puppy! Aislin crooned in delight as she smacked the wisp again. It gave a belch and hacked out yet another prize. She grabbed it and tucked it behind her along with the other one. With a gleeful chuckle she offered yet another seed to the hapless pup. " Pup pup pup! Don't be shy! Lots more where this comes from." She crooned gently towards the little daft creature. Here puppy puppy puppy! This was too fun. Another yelp, another burp, another prize that was grabbed and set behind her. She eyed the little wisp, trying to gauge weather or not it seemed worse for wear with all the whackings it was getting from her. One more couldn't hurt... Another smack on the fluffy ghost dog had one last tremulous burp and hurk and another prize plopped out onto the ground. Aislin scooped it up along with her others and held them in her hands. She grinned down at the little canine, watching as it stumbled back over towards the puddles.
"Good puppy!" were her parting words, as she walked laughing away.

Here puppy puppy puppy! Now this was Holly's kind of game. Really it was more or less revenge for her. Ever since that darn boat trip and island event she had a spot of dislike for the Wisp. Now the darn thing was in need of help. She sighed. At least she got to try and hit it with a mallet right? Sweet. Aha! That seemed to do something. She couldn't tell if it was hurt more or felt better but she got her revenge, for now. ((username: elvyralani))

Here puppy puppy puppy! ((Minis name: DragonSpeaker)) Ys looked at the odd setup of the "booth" and considered the reactions of the others to the little critter. That fox girl seemed to have some underlying rage toward the thing, but she couldn't imagine why. While cutesy wasn't exactly to the Deep One's taste most of the time, the creature did seem like it could use a helping hand more than a sharp whack in her opinion. Gathering together about half of her seeds, she offered them to the Wisp. "Here you go, thisss ssshould help you a bit, I think." She tried to pitch her tone to sound friendly, though she probably sounded mostly bubbly, with the water in her helm sloshing as she bent to hold out the seeds.
