While we enjoyed all of your responses Cel and I could only chose one. We both wish we had 23 baskets to give to you all, but we only have one. After many tireless hours of deliberation Cel and I have finally narrowed it down to one entry.

When it came down to it, Cel and I could not just look at the entries alone. We had to factor in Lafayette and Branwen's history, as well as the surrounding family members. When we combined that with AislingJuno's entry the decision was clear!
The whimsical foal she depicted captured our hearts and perfectly balanced the family brood. After all, Samar is already bad news, Branwen's little heart couldn't take two angry babies, and two knights would be a little boring. A little dreamer is just what we needed! We also loved how the foal fought back with Samar without actually fighting. The clever defusing of the situation made us both giggle and caused us to, ultimately, choose her entry.
