((wait, can't novices learn up to c rank? Because I've already learned one c rank))

((From "Learning Skills": A Trainee by logic is new and can only learn up to one C rank. Novices can learn up to C rank. An Adept can learn up to B rank and one A rank skill. Experts can learn All the A ranked skills they like, with 1 S rank skill. Masters can learn up to A with 3 S ranks and one SS rank. Sages can learn as much as they want. ))

Kronos nodded at Luna. The skill seemed simple enough, yet useful as well. He set his pack on a nearby wall and got to training.

After setting his pack down, Kronos dove into his pool of energy, which was large even for a novice. He pulled some of that energy out to use for the skill.

Since vibration sensory involved feeling movements on the earth, Kronos supposed it would only make sense to put the energy in one place. That place would be his feet. Slowly, he transferred the raw energy into his feet.

Slowly, he could feel the energy taking effect. He could feel people's feet shifting, but barely. He figured in a couple of seconds he would be able to feel things to a greater extent.

Just as he suspected, he could feel things to a great extent now. He could feel people walking around, and could even feel the people walking outside the vicinity now.

Kronos nodded. He wasn't one much for conversation, so he didn't reply much except forthe nod. He decided to get on with his next skill.

Kronos went over the skill mentally. It was supposed to cover him in armor made of rock, much like his carapace. With this in mind, he also knew that he could completely hide himself under the rock.

After going over the affects of the skill, he went into his energy pool for the energy necessary for the skill. He then funneled his energy into the earth. Slowly, the earth began moving.

After a while, the rocks flew at Kronos. Slowly, he had a chest plate of armor form onto him. Apparently he wasn't finished however, as the rocks kept floating onto him.

After a while, almost all of kronos's body was covered in rocky armor. The last rock joined into it's position, and he had what looked like a fearsome, spiky armor set on. "What would be the next skill?" he asked Luna politely.

"xxI guess things are not what you wanted them to be...xx"

Conner turned to look at Luna, he was surprised to see her here. He tapped her on her right shoulder behind her. "Hello... how did you find out about this place? It hasn't even been a week since we finished with the city."

Luna turned and looked to Conner. "Hey there! Beth said you were here. I decided to leave the growling little mutt. All he cares about is himself and not my training. If I'm not getting anything out of the deal, I have no reason to be there. So I left. He can go have fun with his trainee and his stupid revenge plan for all I care." She waved her hand lightly.

"Since I needed to cool off, I came here. I headed to the Castle and Beth offered me the job as second captain. So that's what I'm doing here. Perhaps I can train better here than I could sticking around with Sparky." She laid her ears flat and growled before looking at the new student.

"You! Get your a** over here! Either you train here or you leave! I'm not going to deal with Slackers!"
