The plate of battle was ended to a man(dough), leaving carnage of sugar in their wake. He gave a contented sigh, and slew his drink without a second breath as well before standing. He put 20% on the table as gratuity, and smiled at her, "Endurance and speed. I need both. I need to be able to pull a full size firetruck or 18 wheel truck 100 ft in thirty seconds. If I can make my cart feel like a feather just to keep in sight of you, it will be a good progress. "
"But I think just keeping up with your energy would be wonders for anyone's endurance." He walked towards the register, paid for both meals happily as no argument was previous given. She was already on the move again, subtle, but constant shift of weight and motion.
"I hope to catch you around again, if not by accident on a run, then by calling in a race. Take care, ja? Honor and health. " The last was more wish for blessing on her, archaic, but who couldn't use a little of both if the spirits were willing and watching?

It simply hadn't dawned on Ashley that he intended to pay for the whole thing until he did, and it was certainly too late now to say anything about it. She just filled that mentally and took note to pay for his dinner if they went out like this again.
"Damn." She let the word slip, eyes wide. This just seemed impossible to pull something this heavy this fast, but... as far as she was concerned, if anyone could do it, it was him.
"Take care, too. And be careful, okay ?" There were things that lurked in the dark. She would hate to see him caught in between a senshi and an agent.
What he wouldn't know, however, was that she was one of those things that lurked. Hard to even think it could be possible as she waved at him brightly as they parted ways, smile on her face and eyes aglow with happiness like two little lights.
