Stumbling from one mess and into another distinct (and smelly) one, Carnelian sighed. The corrupt senshi had no idea what he'd gotten himself into, and frankly, wasn't very happy about the whole mess. Not only did he have a cat land on his face and nearly tear it off, he had splinters in his hair and now swamp things were attacking people. Letting loose and disgruntled growl, the corrupted senshi followed along with his other officers, attacking Bog, the nearest icky creature.

He might tell Makayla about all this when he was finished. And after a thorough shower. The senshi seemed to be leaving the Negaverse officers alone for the time being, perceiving the swamp creatures as a greater threat. This was something Carnelian didn't mind in the slightest - the fewer blows directed at him, the happier the corrupt senshi would be. Now if he could just get this horrible fishy smell out of his clothes with minimal effort... he hoped that it wouldn't involve bleach.

Painite smiled and nodded at the Lieutenant's concern.

"I'm fine. Let's see if we can't keep these things targeting the senshi, huh? They look like they might be strong allies for us, with the right persuasion." She grinned.

The monsters seemed too dumb to be of any use in a conventional sense. She doubted going over to one and telling them she was on their side and definitely didn't want to get eaten or killed, but didn't mind if the ones in the skirts did, would work. So she imagined bopping them around until they were looking at a senshi or knight target would work.

Of course, at the moment it looked like the senshi and knights were already doing a good job of keeping their attention. Why mess with something that wasn't broken?

In reality, she was feeling worn and battered, and wanted nothing more than to go home. Properly home, not back to the cabin. She was still worried more possums would show up.

Extended amounts of activity wasn't doing wonders for the usually energetic senshi. It was why she had arrived from the scene a little late, aside from healing Polaris just a little bit - staying and watching her didn't seem an option as the older girl had left. A little winded, Hygiea arrived on the scene with an odd expression on her face.

"Holy crap..." She breathed, staring at the chaotic scene. Three weird vine-y mushy, squishy looking creatures and some of them were getting tangled in her comrades. "Aa! Hypnos!" Hygiea took in some air, still running forward.

And running still, and not stopping. No, stopping didn't seem to be an option at the moment and Hygiea couldn't help but screech as she collided into Zog. Well, that could be one way to attack and help her friend, if it wasn't getting herself stuck as well.

Sailor Maenalus looked over her shoulder and saw a purple cat. It was obviously a guardian cat, distinguishable for reasons besides her strange color. She wondered if she'd be awakening any senshi at the moment, but when she fired an energy blast, she was surprised. It looked like the little guy (or girl) would be pulling their weight. Besides Zirconia, Maenalus saw little *********> launch her own attack against Bog. She was so happy to see that the little Manx was free and in fighting condition.

She watched Zirconia perch on Valhalla's shoulder, glad she'd be safe, well, at least until Zog started shooting out vines. Monster scary factor +100. It looked like Valhalla and Babylon had a good tag team going, as did Ganymede and Athene. Aw, she wished Circe was there. She wanted an awesome teammate too.

She dashed at Sog, bat raised high, and swung. If she wasn't so scared of other senshi (and now, even Negas) caught up in her magical attack, she would have employed it by now and surely had the monsters on their butts and ripe for beating.

Polaris was making her way towards Niflhel when suddenly he began to move towards Sog. Was he being reeled in!? She scooped up the trash can lid that had clattered to the ground as she ran towards the monster, her fingers tightening around the handy handle. Maybe a little of her strength behind the lid would provide a better result then her first attempt. Even if she was still a bit weak from her wound and using her powers just a moment before.

Lid raised Sailor Polaris brought it down on Sog as hard as she could.

Zog was not interested in letting Juno go, it seemed, and woke from its nap with a slight jump. It emitted a low growl that made the floor at its feet rumble when Hygiea ran into it. Beyond that, though, it did not seem to notice that it now had a chibi senshi as an extra appendage or that another one was trying to free it. Instead, the monster started to violently shake Juno like an overzealous snowglobe enthusiast. The shaking would likely rattle Hypnos as well.

Bog Hissed at the cat when she hit his vines, using it's free muddy appendage to grab the cat staring at it with soulless holes that were called eyes, Bog made a horrible screeching noise at ********* just moments before throwing the cat towards a senshi clad in black, the same red headed, black clad, senshi that Zirconia had attacked earlier.

There was another gargled growl as the swamp monster aimed for the legs of Carnelian afterwords planning on throwing him at whoever got in the way. The monster seemed extremely un-pleased with this course of action and being attacked in general. Anything that was up for smacking at him was going to either get something to the face like a cat or vines. Perhaps claws if they got close enough. ********* attack seemed to have really pissed it off.
