...it needs a length of time (# of posts) it will disrupt these abilities. I'm only supporting the idea of the custom if it's a temporary block to the Byakugan/sensor ability.
...good luck permanently hiding for a Mind's Eye of the Kagura if they want to find you though... Um... how many notes are there from A sharp to G flat? xD that's how long it lasts. it goes lower every post from both sides. that's why they are like senbon and can be used handful after handful. although it does get taxing on the body. I'll look that up in a little while. Eh, it is just until I can sneak up and stabby rip stab stab them. ( if you don't get the reference, you do not love tacos )

It would only take about five to disrupt them, so it basically has four uses if i could B rank it four times.
You could easily have your RPC design it himself, or go through a epic mission were the enemy uses it against you, then you steal it. ( If you want Npc's in the mission played by crew I am sure we could make the time.) Please though something better than, he found it, or it was given to him. If you are going to take that route at least make the story believable as to why someone would give it to him.

iTenchi-kun  Name of Weapon: Sonozaki Dragon Fangs Who Owns the Weapon: Takashi Shishigami Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? The gloves were property of Takashi's previous mentor before he moved to Konoha. As a graduation gift, his mentor passed on her gloves to him. Range: As far as his fist can go. Weakness: Besides the material make-up, it has no special ability. Weapon Description: The gloves are black with metal studs covering the knuckles. A plate covers both hand backs, on which, along with the tip of the index fingers and on the base of the glove sleeves, the Sonozaki symbol is imprinted. The sleeves can button around the wrists for extra security. Special Properties/Abilites: The Sonozakis and the Shishigamis both fight with the same style, and both are very katon reliant. As such, the gloves were made with special properties in mind. First: The gloves are fireproof, and while they aren't near big enough to block out entire jutsu, they do provide some protection with his hands and they will never burn up from the wielder's own jutsu. Second: The gloves are made up of a special material created by the Sonozakis, dubbed Dragon Skin, that mixes the comfort of leather with the durability of steel. These gloves can go head to head with any sword or weapon. But that being said, jutsu or abilities with superior cutting power, such as a Weapon Master's Energy Slice, or any other cutting-based fuuton jutsu one rank above the wielder will damage the Dragon Fangs, breaking them after five hits. To repair them, Takashi must repair them in RP, either at his place of residence or by traveling to the Ryuujin Mountain and repairing them there. The material also allows his chakra to seep through the gloves, which allows him to perform katon jutsu while still maintaining the fireproof nature. Ze SystemSo at Genin: Gloves have 15 Stamina (+10 per rank), and it takes damage = power of the technique used against (so a D-rank, costs 3 stamina, so it would lose 3 stamina), but any attack B-rank or above does double damage. At Sp. Jounin+, A-rank or above deals double damage. Non-name attacks, standard sword attacks or other medium weapons count as 2 stamina. Kunai, short weapons/projectiles, 1 stamina. Senbon and other small projectiles do no damage. Taijutsu strikes take strength of striking opponent + taijutsu Attack rank -2 modifier Upgrading the gloves between ranks requires 10 posts to increase durability... and fixing the gloves requires 2 posts to repair 5 stamina to the gloves. The Upgrade is only allowed once per rank up. Rp Sample: Mion tossed Takashi a pair of gloves. "Go on. Try 'um out." As he caught them, and proceeded to strap them on, he noticed how comfortable they felt. "A bit conceited, eh? You got your tag all over them." Mion grinned. "Sonozaki originals.Dragon Skin material. We call 'um Dragon Fangs. They should help with your fire problems. Give it a shot." He nodded and understood. He snapped his fingers, creating a few sparks before finally engulfing his hand in fire. The glove didn't burn off. "Wicked." Mion beamed. "Dragon Skin is fire retardant, but still allows chakra to seep through the inside of the gloves outward. That doesn't mean it'll protect you from a full on Fireball and it doesn't mean that you still won't feel the heat from opponent attacks, but they could save your life in a pinch."
"Time for the next surprise." She unsheathed the katana strapped to her back. "Block this." Takashi's eyebrow raised. His grin vanished. "With what?" "Your hands." "You serious?" "Trust me." Takashi gulped, but complied and slid into a basic taijutsu defensive stance. There was no way this was going to work, but he never had any reason to doubt Mion before. She expertly dashed forward, and performed a basic horizontal slash. Takashi's hands rose as he heard a loud 'clank'. He slid back a good bit, but amazingly his could still feel his hands, which meant they were still there. The gloves protected him. "Dragon Skin isn't just made up of your basic leather components. It's mixed with ore found on your Shishigami's sacred mountain. Took forever to find, but well worth the effort. In simple terms: it's a leather material durable enough to block steel weapons and equal to lower-grade weapondry." Takashi dropped his hands, looking at his palms as the hands clinched and relaxed. "This is so cool." "Thought you might like them."(This work?)

If you are going to take that route at least make the story believable as to why someone would give it to him.Ok, So the crew will let a genin go to Otogakure, or where it will rebuild itself, and let him fight ninja there to take the weapon, even though since he doesn't have the knowledge to understand what they were using it for, or even the Byakugan activated for them to hinder, he'll magically want them. Sorry, but if you want, I'll pm you the entire story, instead of the main idea of it. and it only stops the byakugan because since the byakugan sees chakra, with chakra spread throughout the entire area, the person wouldn't be able to see the user's specific chakra, and with chakra spread throughout the entire area, if a mind's eye of the kagura user tried to pinpoint them, it would pinpoint the entire area. Sorry if that comes off as rude, I didn't mean it that way.

You did not add how many of these senbon you will obtain.
Needs to have a radius of effected area form each weapon.
I need to know if you charge EACH senbon with a B ranked amount of chakra, or if it is spread out over several of the weapons.
I am still not sure if your back story for the weapon will be accepted, I don't see Oto, the most secretive of all the ninja villages just handing over something that can cloud the most powerful tracking bloodlines in the naruto verse.

Needs to have a radius of effected area form each weapon.
I need to know if you charge EACH senbon with a B ranked amount of chakra, or if it is spread out over several of the weapons.
I am still not sure if your back story for the weapon will be accepted, I don't see Oto, the most secretive of all the ninja villages just handing over something that can cloud the most powerful tracking bloodlines in the naruto verse. Ok.

Range: Own body - healing function
Weakness: Originates from second heart. Destroy second heart, destroy the tendrils.
Weapon Description: The Tendrils are black, smooth, and coarse. They come from a second human heart, situated next to Outou's own. The heart beats and functions alongside the kunoichi's bodily needs.
Special Properties/Abilites: The Tendril Threads are not part of Outou's clan or bloodline. The second heart was given to her when the original owner was dieing. The threads can only be used in keeping her body together, not for any offensive purpose.
Rp Sample:
Outou's hands were resting on her rounded stomach, pink eyes closed, focusing on the twin bundles of life forming inside her. Twins; she was going to give the only man she loved two heirs. But with the village burning - with the whole of Kirigakure crumbling in ruin and flames around her, how could she? If Outou dies, the twins die too. If the new wife of Zane uses her clan's genjutsu, her mind might finally break, and the twins could die. If she even stresses too much it could be dangerous for the precious bundles to cope with. Pink eyes opened when an Akatsuki member landed in front of her, across from the pond, the water orange with reflecting the fires. The cloaked figure watched her, and the retired Chuunin watched back, hands still in place. Calm... Panic is counter-productive and dangerous. Just, remain peaceful, breath evenly, counting the time as she breathed in and out the ash of air around her. The Hajime wife spoke these things in her head, keeping both of her hearts steady.
The enemy leaped across the water and was now directly in front of her, within reaching distance, if he stretched out a hand. Faster than she could flinch, the Akatsuki had drawn his blade and cut her. She blinked, slowly looking down, finding her left arm slowly starting to bleed from a clean cut in the middle of her upper arm. The limb started to slide away from the cut - her left arm had been cut off. Tendrils shot from her wound, black, twisting angrily, before they stitched themselves through the area where the limb was severed, reattaching it to her body. Outou moved her fingers, feeling a slight tingling but otherwise they were normal. The hand resumed its previous position on his stomach. Calm. Another cut, through her neck, though she didn't realise it until she felt tendrils working up through the flesh and a warm drip of blood had run down from the cut.
The Akatsuki chuckled, finding the situation funny. Then, as the male raised his blade to land a strike through her stomach, Outou felt herself smile. She wasn't trained like the Akatsuki, and wasn't even close to being as strong as him. But she had something that the attacker did not - the ability to feel protected. And she only felt protected when her husband was nearby. She whispered chilling goodbye, eager to see the man's blood spray and coat the pond, just before screams of fury filled the air.

...I guess an opponent would have to destroy the Tendril heart, right?

I'm still sick here, you can't expect me to get it right straight away; which is why I have you, the lovely, helpful, wonderful Cobra~ =3 &Puts on thinking face. I'd say organs cannot be mended. The throat is one thing - because it's basically just a hole through meat. But lungs work on a smaller scale; bronchi and such... If it was able to med it, she'd still lose out on being able to get oxygen into her body, because the bronchi would have been destroyed. Mhmm, her original heart would also be rendered un-mendable. But could the Tendril heart take over for beating the blood through her body? And would the intestines be mendable? It, like the throat, is just a tube of flesh. Granted it works at the same scale as lungs, but there is more of it, so a large chunk would have to go missing before it become unmendable, yeah? The liver is solid, so could it be sewed shut if cut? Do many people even know where the liver is? 'Cause I don't... Or the pancreas. Could the stomach be mended too? All the acid and secretions it does to break down the food... Which leads me to the topic of bones - obviously it can't mend broken bones, but I'd assume - in the case of the cut arm - that the bone would mend itself together over time, as would the flesh, so the tendrils would only be keeping her together until the bone is sufficiently healed, yeah? Obviously the eyes can't be sewed back together... be pretty gross if it did! ... Would the threads even be able to let her regain control of the severed limb so soon..? Sorry about all that - just trying to work through what sounds, I don't know, logical? Maybe a bit too logical... I think I need to go take some tablets.

The throat is NOT just a hole through meat...
Trachea, Esophagus, Larynx, Carotid Artery, Jugular Vein, Claudosternomastoids...
...there are a lot of every important things in the neck.
Let's say this... tendril Threading will allow you not to lose a limb, or be decapitated, and will keep you alive, but you still need time to mend. We will say that the Tendril threads will keep you together and alive, but you still require medical attention to fully heal.
Your character should still be careful though. I'd say if you lose a limb, it would take two posts to regain any control over it, and it would be minimal control... enough to get you to a hospital.
Just try to be realistic with your recoveries and realize that it is still immensely painful to have your limbs hacked off, etc...
To kill you, someone would have to destroy your tendril heart... then kill you.
