Epitaph -- Ver --- Freya --- Erudeca -- FangEpitaph slowed to a pace as the large bird fell and began to trot about slowly, but aimlessly in her caution. Her eyes never left Steel as straying flames escaped the Flareon’s jaw. Her vision left him shortly after in favor of scanning the guild, but it didn’t last long as a sudden tantrum of sorts had her attention reeling back to Steel. The Flareon came still in mild confusion until Solaris’ warning carried throughout the hall, and Epitaph’s ears fell in response. As the ground began to shatter and tear across the hall, she came to and bounded off. Ver was hardly as fortunate as the other Flareon. His ears were ringing and his head was pounding. He felt the ground tremble beneath his black body and winced as Deca dropped her Light Shield and turned back to him. Freya had the decency to come running toward her teammates, get the Flareon on her back and run off toward the closest wall with Deca close behind.
AnuesEpitaph met up with her Gardevoir friend in moments. She circled around him before hugging the wall and staring out in fear. He seemed to disregard her coming entirely, but only due to being disconcerted. Anues was, overall, barely short of stunned. Noise never did settle well with him and this was hell, to say the least. Epitaph flinched as the ground before them cracked and Anues stepped back instinctively despite being against the wall already. “Come on now, don’t black out on me.” “I don’t…” His voice trailed off in favor of blinking in mild confusion in attempt to register the situation. Epitaph grinded her teeth at his discord as she took over as his eyes instead, which, overall came in handy as the ground beneath them cracked out from the wall. “Anues, move!” Anues staggered and his psychic became clear, though he did nothing. The Flareon promptly tackled the taller Gardevoir off to the side easily with her massive size and he quickly sat up against the wall, clinging to Epitaph’s mane wide eyed as she lay on him with a low growl at the situation before them. “We should leave.” “You should leave. Why are you here?” “Because…” Anues cut off in favor of raising a hand to the side of his pounding head with the other still tightly around Epitaph. Everything but the loud, piercing ringing was blocked out and he shuddered. Epitaph fell silent as she continued to stare out for him. Anues wasn’t entirely there due to the sound anyway. Trying to converse with him was pointless, but at least he tried reeling back.

~Mugen ~Acetone "..." There was no noise in the entire room after Fire's last squealing breath met Mugen's ears. "..." No attacks flying about his head, no sounds of solid rock shifting at his feet, nothing. "..." Many more moments of this horrific silence passed until one thing brought him back to reality; the rhythmic instrumental of a living heartbeat. That which wasn't even his own but his son's; the young Pokemon in question perched upon his shoulder and oblivious as ever to what he himself just saw. "...Alright, one thing at a time. I have to get Ace out of here." In a respectable fashion Mugen managed to compose himself although blubbering mentally to keep himself from breaking down after having caught each moment of the scene before him; the Sceptile entirely useless to helping the situation. "Ace, we're leaving." His voice, once able to be utilized after he managed to break his trauma induced silence, came out monotone and apparently not stern enough. Mugen proceeding to break out into a full out sprint for the door at the other end of the long hall; his free hand reaching up to his shoulders and plucking off his now only scion, cradling the child against his chest as if there were no cargo more precious. Little did he care even for the shaking and splitting ground under his feet or the grotesque bird that caused him all the pain and confusion he felt in this moment. He had to get out of there. He had to ensure Ace didn't catch even an inkling of an idea of anything that had just happened; the Treecko having up until this point kept his eyes shut and hands over his ears blocking out the sights and sounds of the carnage before him all this while. Little knowledge it was to him that his own mother and brother had gotten themselves caught up in it. "What? Nyu! We can't leave mommy and Nitro with the bad people!" With below average vocabulary his words still held and told of all the emotion he felt at the moment as he struggled in his father's grasp. "No, we have to leave!" Mugen's barked out objection came too late however as Ace managed to squirm from his held position and topple to the ground. It being nothing less than horrible fate that when he stood he found himself gazing, no less than 10 feet away, at the lifeless tail of his brother jutting out from the side of a solid slab of rock. It took very little time from there as attacks whizzed through the air and the ground continued to quake below him for the young Pokemon to put all there was to understand together, knowing well enough that the last time he saw his mother she was in that relative location also with his surely deceased brother. They were gone, taken from him, he was sure of it. By the time this information all soaked in; he faced away from the horrific scene only to find himself more alone than anticipated. In the few seconds his son had taken to absorb the tragedy; Mugen had decided for himself to take flight. He had failed; the one goal he had left and he blew it. There was nothing in that room anymore or the guild even for him to stick around for. Upon his own somber departure with his face stained with dried tears, Ace would come to find his team room torn to shreds, his home and all he ever knew simply vanished into memories that all lead up to this climax which marked a turning point of solitude in his life. It remains likely that Mugen, ashamed of his actions both past and present, will never show his face to the guilds or what little was left of his family again.
~Blight
Blight found himself in a condition comparable to that of a stuffed animal in the hands of one very angry and spoiled child. However, as he was tossed about like a ragdoll, the one thing that set him apart from the actual thing was the fact that he was made of flesh and bone. Despite his fluffy exterior repetitive bashing to and from solid ground generally had an unfortunate toll on his body; this was something he was most definitely going to feel tomorrow. For this turn he remained immobile, tensing his body at the right moments to ensure the least amount of injuries possible at the hands of the enemy.

 Charles
Charles floated into the hall and was generally unconcerned by the cries and sounds of battle. He held Rasputin by the wrist as he pulled her through the air, leaving her legs dragging on the floor. He scanned through the carnage to find Eridanus and promptly tossed the Toxicroak towards him after taking careful measures to finally remove the pendant from her neck. He hadn't bothered to put any of the organs back inside or sew up the wound, leaving the Toxicroak something of a sorry sight. Of course, he hadn't actually killed the Toxicroak. He'd left just enough that, with her surprisingly durable body. Her lung, her heart, her digestive tract... not much else. "Next time, don't make such an obvious ploy. I killed that little Ariados as well." The mew was, to say the least, a little less than pleased that he had been cheated out of the pendants.

xx xx xAndrew & Rani & ThomasThe small tepig's eyes brightened as the praise rang across the clearing to his team, it made him dig his feet further into the ground, his fire attacks a little stronger. As he watched the Skarmory begin to falter to the ground, adrenaline and the promise of victory nearly blocked out all his senses. There was no way he was going back into the air, not while the small fire type was still standing. As he had stomping on the ground below, the beginning of a Flame Charge, he hadn't processed the warnings (nor the signs) of the earthquake until it was too late. Thomas let out a shout as he tried to jumped out of the way of the earth breaking under him, and for a single moment he thought he would avoid the Elete's fury. The floor under his feet split suddenly and completely, enough for his legs to be trapped within the cracks. The tepig growled and shouted in pain.
Andrew was able to avoid the attack, grabbing Rani and practically dancing their way out of the breaks in the ground. His heart was racing, very well knowing the type of attack was a huge threat to their team, Stupid short legs. If they were taller, it might not be such a problem getting out of the way. When the area calmed, he recognized the wail of a friend. "Thomas!" He shouted, waiting a moment for the fire type to answer before running to his side. The two looked over their teammate in a quick inspection. Great, he seemed okay, maybe a broken leg or something but that was besides the point.
The larvitar had started to gather the earth around to shoot an ancient power, a pathetic attempt to try to keep him down, hell.. It was better then just standing there. He stopped when they saw the mew floating in with the corpse of the toxicroak. What the- "Oh my god!" The small nidoran screamed, bending over as she fought the urge to hurl. No lungs, no ribs, that mew was psychotic! Whatta show stopper. The larvitar kept himself preoccupied, trying to lift Thomas out of the split.

♠ Aloura ♥ Lavicus ♣ Arial aces were flying everywhere, and it was all Aloura could do to doge them. She could do nothing to deflect them from her immobilized partner short of launching herself right in front of them. No shields, no counter attacks. She wasn't even big enough to tackle him out of the way. If only the infuriating shriek would stop, he would be able to dance through the blows of air more efficiently than Aloura, but as it was... Lavicus winced as he saw one of the blades of air race toward him. Straining against the pounding in his head that seemed to have taken control of his mind, he tried his best to move out of the way. It wasn't enough. While he had managed to avoid the brunt of the attack, the blow grazed his side and the huge aftershock threw him sideways into the wall. The wind knocked out of him, he lay almost flat out on his side. The horrible noise that had paralyzed reduced to a dim humm as he felt pain wrack his body. He thought he could see black spots dancing before his eyes. "Lavicus!" Aloura cried out, sprinting over to her partner, dodging blades of air on the way.The sevipers garnet eyes flashed up to meet his partners. The black dots were still there.
Suddenly, a huge clanging noise echoed throughout the large room. Flinching unintentionally, Aloura turned to see what had happened. To her joy, the sound had been created by Steel crashing none to gracefully into the ground. It didn't look as if he'd be flying about any time soon. Her eyes glowing with satisfaction, she looked back to her partner again. With the cease of the horrific metallic screech, his head was beginning to clear if only slightly. As the clanking of the falling bird cadenced into silence the entire room seemed to follow suite. The silence, however, was extremely short lived to understate the situation. Almost immediately after the bird had landed it began to pound the ground, causing it to crack and heave as someone yelled 'earthquake.' Damn, Lavicus thought, closing his eyes again. He was suddenly grateful that the arial ace had shoved him into the wall, Ground attacks. Aloura shared something of the same thoughts. Thought not particularly susceptible to ground type attacks, the powerful move frightened her. Standing on one side of her immobilized partner and bracing herself up against the wall to prevent them from falling into the chaos she followed the sevipers suit and squeezed her eyes shut. The ground rocked around her and the yells and screams of pokemon swirled around her head but she tired to block it all out. There was nothing she could do to help right now. All she could do was keep herself and her partner from possibly fatal harm.

    --------Solaris----Chase------Harley------Raith
Solaris was stunned as the attack whizzed overhead, he starred at where his cousin had once stood. A flash of red was visible under the broken earth and he felt his stomach churn with horror. His immediate thoughts went to his Aunt Venus. Who would tell her... Snapping back to attention, the Espeon let out a Psybeam towards the bird as it swooped in too close before retreating back towards Epitaph.
Devoid of the fluffy protection that his friend had, Chase faired a bit worse in the tumble of the Earthquake. Psychic were generally fragile beings when it came to physical injuries, and Ralts were especially delicate. The result was a furious bundle of silver and white that repeatedly shrieked in a highly feminine anger. He was going to kill Blight for dragging him out here...
Laying stunned on the floor, the silver canine that was Harley could do little more than flail her paws in an effort to find some grip. She was saved as a dark blue and red blur shot by and slammed into the Skarmory with enough force to throw it down to the ground.
Raith, in all his fury, glowered down at the bird before his jaws snapped open to finish the already weakened creature off with a Flamethrower. It died instantly, as the dark type had already ripped the Steel Relic from it's mouth in that brief second of contact. "Damned things..." The dragon-esque Pokemon snarled, turning to Eridanus with murder in his eyes.
  Eridanus------Steel
Eridanus glanced up, his eyes burning with rage upon watching his underling fall to that Garchomp's attack. He would have issued his own manner of vengeance if it weren't for a voice distracting him. He'd spoken with this voice before... What washe say-OHGODWHAT. The Eevee didn't scramble away fast enough before the Toxicroak's corpse smacked into his protect shield with a sick splat. Eri watched with a look of both intrigue and disgust as it slid down to the floor into a pile of uselessness. He was torn between being impressed and being enraged. He settled on the latter. "THIS ISN'T OVER!" The large Eevee exclaimed before vanishing in a teleport and leaving the remains of his Elite behind... Steel HP: 0 ['Nother one bites the dust.]

With the battle over, Solaris turned wearily to the Garchomp with a faint nod of thanks. "She's alive." Raith said suddenly, causing the Espeon to look up in alarm. "Wh-what?" "That Pikachu. I saw the eruption at the Guild of Roaring Thunder and went to investigate, it's why I wasn't here." The large lizard scratched idly at his chest for a moment. "She's in fairly bad shape, but she's alive...I dropped her off at the hospital before heading here." Solaris felt his legs go weak with relief. Thank Arceus...thank Arceus.

& & ( Red & The Raven & GOOP )Red shook her head as if shaking off the pain in her ears from the Metal Sound and began to look around. Slowly, but surely, her team had begun to recover. The Raven stood up, going over to Goop and helping him out. It looked like they were good for now.
Red glanced over at the two guys, making sure they were unscathed. They looked good on the outside, maybe a few...oh crud, air cuter! Headed straight for GOOP too!
Not stopping to think twice, she ran over to the other Pokemon and stepped in front of him, taking the hit. He stood still, a look of panic in his eyes. The Vulpix had a slash from the side of her chest and around to her side, going over her shoulder. It looked bad, and blood as already starting to gush out.
"A good leader always puts their teammates saftey first" she huffed, standing still. The Raven took a step closer to her and opened his beak to say something, but a trembling under his feet caused him to stop.
The three heard the call when Earthquake was shouted out. She couldn't move, but the other two could. "Run" she told them, a forceful tone in her voice. Doing as told, the two turned to flee, The Raven extending a flipper to try and grab the Vulpix. She snapped back at him, fangs beared and threatening to bite. Taking the waning, he grabbed GOOP and headed for safety.
She curled up into a ball the moment she lost her balance and hit the ground. This wasn't a pleasant experience, this was just horrible, and she could only hope Blue and Purple had left with the egg as well.
She didn't know how long it lasted. It seemed so short and yet like an eternity too. The moment it ended she opened her eyes and took a good look around. There was some light debris on her, but besides the Air Cutter from before she was alright.
The Skarmory was dead, that was good. And...was that a Toxicroak? Oh arceus it was messed up, she could have hurled. She watched as the Eevee that started it fled and forced herself to stand up. With this all over she began limping back to her team room, all's well ends well...
Holy crap, Blue was going to have a fit when he saw her. :: ✗ Basilisk :: Ren ✗Ren floated harmlessly above the Earthquake, perect position to get sticken down by an Air Cutter. Oh, she would be fine, just knocked out for a bit.
This petty much screwed Basilisk over, when the Earthquake came he merely stood there. "Ren, lift me up" he asked, though his demand was not met. "Ren?" oh, he was on his own this time, the ghost lying on the ground, unresponsive.
He was tossed, he was thrown, and the moment it stopped he didnt even stay for the end. He seemed more angry than hurt, and he woke Ren up before leaving with her, enraged and having gone through all of this. [[Lazy post is lazy. Dont want to color, just want to get this over with]]

Epitaph -- Ver --- Freya --- Erudeca -- FangThe team watched in silence as the event slowly made it's close. Ver was thankfully back to reality, but that didn't last long when a corpse suddenly splat against the Eevee's shield. He shuddered, then coughed in disgust in order to keep his stomach under control. The Flareon turned away after that. Freya just sat there wide eyed with her ears down... That... That was disgusting. Deca started to giggle from beside her. It was pretty neat, but she didn't have the patience to do something like that. Or the medical skills. s**t just died when she killed it. Ver and Freya spoke idly as Eridanus left with the dead left behind. Deca ran off in favor of returning to the team room to check up on Sai and the others.
Fang eventually came to when the events ended. Her head hurt, she hurt, and something weighed her tail down that she instinctively tried to twitch though she didn't care enough to check. The Raichu merely dragged herself up into a sit with a low moan and looked over the hall. ... What the ******** happened? The Raichu blinked in confusion as her eyes covered the hall, slowly standing up in the process. Either way, it was over. As she finished catching herself up mentally, the Raichu took her leave toward Solaris and Epitaph far more passively. She stalled though at Raith's words that she caught someways across the hall and sighed. God damn Pikachu would be the death of her some day. The old Raichu wasn't sure if she should go visit, or head back to her post... She took the latter assuming Tempest had to rest.
AnuesEpitaph watched Solaris bound toward them in silence from her post still on Anues. Anues wasn't responsive toward the Espeon. Or the corpse. He merely sat against the wall with one arm around Epitaph and the other idly on his head that rested against the back wall with eyes closed. The Flareon looked over at Solaris in silence. She saw what happened to Fire. There was no need to bring it up. Anues opened one of his eyes but half way at the sound of Eridanus' angry bark. Dumb b*****d. Anues was merely grudging against him over Aire. Both of his eyes opened with some sort of attention. His mind was still reeling as he glanced at Raith, then Solaris. ... He wanted to go home. The Gardevoir frowned in exhaustion. He gave Epitaph a single pat on the head, indicating his leave that she didn't respond to in favor of listening to Solaris and Raith, then teleported off back to the bar. He had enough for a while-- given he even recovered correctly.
((... I somehow thought I'd get something worse, but I guess Rock types never crossed my mind. Open to trade, Grass is priority.))

xx xx xAndrew & Rani & ThomasNo, she couldn't hold it in. Rani spun around the other way to hurl. That would the most disgust- The most gruesome- Ugh. And now the image was burned into her head, as well as the slick sound of the corpse running down the- Oh, she wouldn't be able to eat for weeks. She hadn't even noticed when Eridanus left, too wrapped up trying to mentally block out the scene. Andrew, however, had; And was quite pleased when he finally saw Steel come to his end at the hands of the garchomp. How easily he took care of things though, simply ripping off the plate and burning the elete to a crisp with ease, the larvitar was a little jealous . Taking his mind away from the retreating eevee, he finally managed to pluck his teammate out of the ground. Thomas tried moving his leg and laughed lightly for a few moments. "This is killing me, imagine how much it's gonna hurt in the morning..." He joked with his teammate quietly. Andrew smiled back, but quickly wiped it away. It wasn't the right time... He didn't want to stay here any longer, the stench of death was driving him insane. Andrew slapped some sense into Rani so she could help drag the fire type back to their dorm.ooc:: Dark =3= Traded Red for her flying recruit. :'D

Era & Sereni Era watched from her vantage point in the air as a Mew floated in. The Mew was...carrying something, something that looked unidentifiable from how she saw it. As she looked closer though, she wished that she hadn't done so. The thing that he carried wasn't just an oddly shaped object, it was a living thing, or once living. Her thoughts flashed back to the previous battle with Eridanus in this hall, amidst all the fire inside the Eevee's Protect feild had been not just the three-headed Houndoom but also a Toxicroak...this Toxicroak. "Oh Arceus..." she muttered, horrified at this mutilation. She watched in riveted horror as the body of the Elite fell against the Protect sheild and began to slide slowly down it, leaving a trail of blood and other fluids behind it. All in all it was too much for the Pikachu, her stomach churning with revulsion although she couldn't look away. This topped any other carnage that she'd seen here, even the beheading of that Typhlosion from the self-same battle that she'd first seen the now bloody mess of a Toxicroak, and it was something she could have happily lived without seeing for any and all of her days. Shuddering at her churning stomach threatened to release its contents, she was grateful when a certain Garchomp entered the scene.
She watched the death of Steel far more readily than perhaps was a good thing, but it was a fast death, and had no blood. Not only that, it was a vengence paid to Tempest. As Eridanus vanished, Era lit down upon the broken ground once again, her ears drooping and looking tired and defeated. Now all the fight was gone from her, which left only sadness. As she looked around, she spotted Fang stirring at last from the ground, satisfyingly unhurt from the Earthquake, which kindled a hint of a smile on her face, but it soon fell once more as she realized that Sereni was nowhere to be seen. The Pikachu's gaze darted about from here to there, at last setting upon a light blue form that lay upon the ground behind a torn up piece of floor. Hurriedly Era headed over to the Laturn, eyes widening with fear as she saw the still-bleeding gash on her side and how shallow her breathing was. "Sereni!" Era said, suddenly panic-striken, "Sereni stay with me, are you alright?"
The Lanturn lay there breathing in and out at broken intervals, as she listened to the goings-on of the battle around her. The ringing had finally begun to fade from her ears, but there was still a faint residual clang that remained there, and likely would for a while yet. When she heard Era's voice above all the others, Sereni forced herself to open her eyes, staring up at her Team Captain. Era was there, looking down at her with a mixture of concern and relief that mingled in her gaze, and Sereni felt a sense of relief also. Now that Era was there, things would be okay. With some effort, Sereni managed to Swallow the Stockpile that had miraculously remained in her mouth, feeling the healing energies of the juices as they ran through her body. "Alright is a strong word," she whispered to Era, with a hint of a smile, "But if I go back and get some rest I should be able to recover."
"Oh thank Arceus," Era said softly, relieved at the spirit the Laturn still had, Sereni would be alright. As she was about to help her Teammate up, Era spotted a gleam of something nearby the stairs, or what remained of them at least. "I'll be right back," she said to her fallen Teammate, who nodded in response, proceding to try and get herself rightened up again.
Era walked carefully over toward the staircase, which was harder than it looked considering the many and various tears in the ground, leaving Guild members and other such obstacles. In the end, she made it without too much of a hassle, and her eyes met the thing that had caught her eye from so far away. Lying on the ground near the foot of the stairs, and in miraculously good condition lay the pair of glasses that had begun the fight: Tempest's glasses. The younger Pikachu picked them up with a gentle paw, looking at the cracked and bloodstained lenses with an overwhelming sadness. They didn't look much worse than they had at the start of the battle, although they were threatening to break toward the middle. Era carefully removed a cloth from her bag with which she delicately wrapped the spectacles. She'd have to return them to Fang or someone in charge when she got the chance, but she couldn't just leave them there, forgotten by everyone. The little Pikachu couldn't bear to think that it would be so easy to forget someone.
Her precious cargo in her paws, Era turned back to head towards Sereni, placing it gently in the Bag so it wouldn't be hurt. When she got back to the Lanturn she gave her a hand to help Sereni up and then let her lean on her side as they began to head back towards home, thoughts weighing heavy on their hearts.

~Blight
"Chaasssseeee...." Blight groaned out as the room around him seemed to lose quite a bit of tension; all abnormal movements of the ground below him ceasing outside of that which his spinning head was causing. "Places are hurting which I didn't even know existed until now..." He admited; the Buneary's voice droning off as he attempted to move himself into an upright position from the unforgiving ground only to find himself with a shooting pain overcoming the entire right half of his body. From how things felt something was surely broken, a couple of ribs perhaps. For now he wouldn't worry his teammate with this fact though just in case he was injured also. "Think you can just do your teleporty thing and get us outa' here.." The ball of fluff felt what could be described as the sense of being lifted from the weight of his body but there was somewhat of a gray area towards whether this was him being teleported off per request or losing consciousness...

 Charles
A shriek of rage, was it? Well, it was hardly a grand victory but it was enough to satiate him for the time. There wasn't any reason to stick around anymore, so off he goes~
"Seems like you had quite the fight." With the barrier gone it was easy enough to teleport in, and considering it was gone there wasn't any worry he'd be arriving in the middle of a fight. He even took the time to plant himself fairly close to both Raith and Solaris for the sake of convenience. Lots of blood here and there, though. People seemed wounded. The fight didn't go so well, did it? Well enough, though, from the looks of the dead Skarmory. Though it seemed like the guild had suffered some losses as well... Not that some death was terribly abnormal. They were fighting god after all. "What's the situation?"

  --------Solaris----Raith
Both Raith and Solaris turned at the same time upon hearing the Scyther, neither said a word at first. Raith because he wasn't even a member of the guild, just hired help and Solaris because he was still in a state of shock over the death of his cousin. The Espeon, after another second of silent starring, finally answered with an oddly calm and steady voice. "Tempest was attacked earlier. They took the Steel Relic from her and came here. I uh...that Toxicroak is an Elite, I didn't know she was here and-" A sudden snap of a teleport sounded and one of the guards of the palace, an Espeon like Solaris, appeared and trotted forward with a frown. "Sir, the Royal Family's Chambers were practically destroyed. The Relics you had in your office are the only thing missing on the inventory. Seems that Toxicroak snuck in during the fight." The stupidity. Why did he put them all in the same place. Solaris could have strangled himself at that, but his mind flew to other things... "Aunt Minerva..." "Wasn't there. She's fine." "Alfred?" "Not there now. No body, so assumedly fine as well. Just missing." That wasn't good. Now he was off wandering the kingdom while Eridanus plots his next move. Dammit. "Head to the hospital and inform Lloyd tha-" "Um, sorry to interrupt but, Lloyd and Vito are dead." Solaris turned sharply to the Garchomp, eyes widening. His expression asked the question his mouth could not. What? "When I dropped off Tempest they told me about it. They died earlier.
