(Dorian)Where ever do you find such a woman that has a temper most foul prince John?
PostPosted: Mon Jul 11, 2011 8:55 pm

@Mari: John - To be honest, I don't know. I believe fate that day was not smiling down upon on me when I was originally bethored to her...Though, do you have such a temper when rallied....Lady Dorian?

(Dorian) to John: Anyone may rise to the occasion with sufficient provocation...however it is a mark of intelligence and grace to know when it is appropriate and when to hold one's remarks.

Do you believe those with a short leash on their tempers should be allowed to rule anyone, Prince John?
PostPosted: Mon Jul 11, 2011 9:33 pm

@Mari: John - That I can agree with.....Hm? To be honest? If they learned to control their tempers, then it would be a different story. But, if they aren't willing to change it...then I say no. They will be too prone to rash decisions, and will not make allies within their court and outside of it with their temper.

However, do you believe someone unemotional, as in cold, should rule, Lady Dorian?

(Dorian) to John: An effective leader should know the desires of their subjects and be able to relate to their problems. Why so interested in what I believe makes for a good ruler?
PostPosted: Mon Jul 11, 2011 10:34 pm

@Mari: John - I see. Well, it is because if we are to marry....that would mean I would become the King of Avarice. Correct? If so....I would not want to disappoint your people, who are already having to deal with a Civil War. So, you know your people best...and thus, I believed you would know what they would want in a ruler...Tell me though, did you know of the D'Aquitaines before they showed up?

(Dorian) To John: The head of the family was our kingdom's ambassador and as I often visited other lands for my education then I can truthfully say that I knew the man and trusted his judgement. How would you feel if one you trusted betrayed the trust not easily given?
PostPosted: Mon Jul 11, 2011 11:23 pm

@Mari: John - I would feel used, which would get me angry and wanting to punish the person personally for betraying my trust. But, that does not sound level-headed does it? Tell me, what do you plan on doing to them? Not that I am saying you a venegeful, but you must do something if you wish to gain your right to rule back.

@Alice: Lilith - Soren, do you have any problems with Justice? sweatdrop
PostPosted: Sat Jul 16, 2011 3:25 am

@Alice - Lincoln: Actually, now that I think about it, that phrase doesn't really fit at all for me. I think she's an all right person, and good for my brother, but I'm personally indifferent. And I don't harbor bad feelings for her, it's only her siren voice that triggers an instictive volatile-ness within me. I would regret it if i did end up killing her, for I hold no malice. That will not neccesarily protect her, however.... stare

Your question is a bit difficult. I doubt I would be able to hurt him truly, because he is my brother. But if we were not family, or anything like that, then I think I should be able to best him. That is considering he does not use his transformation, for I have no similar ability or gift. We have not sparred in several years though, so I could not be sure.

@Lilith - Kirkis: Do you have any food or room preferences, milady? I assume you might be a future guest and not having any information, I would be most curious upon your preferences *bows*

@Lilith: Soren - No, I do not have any problems with Justice. My opinion of that kingdom, like many others, is neutral. The only kingdoms I have any sort of non-neautrality towards are Envy, Wrath, Patience, and Humility. I have my own reasons for them being different. Why do you ask? Are you from Justice?

@Cideon: Soren - I see. I have not been around her, so I am not sure what she would trigger in me. I almost feel tempted to find that out.

Understandable. The ties of family are much stronger than any other. But, at least you are being honest in your answer. Honestity is something anyone, including myself, can appreciate.

@Alice: Altonair: Soren, how do you feel about me and the other Envy siblings, Evony and Nathaniel? Be honest, as I'm quite curious to how one of our Envian Knights' feelings concerning the royal children.

@Cideon: Claus: Sokar! My wolf in man's clothing! What is it exactly that you are not comfortable with, being a human now? Surely it can't be that bad, can it?

@Aeon: Soren - Well, I am not close to Nathaniel to give a good opinion. I will try though. He seems to be a good prince and an heir suitable for the throne. But, he reminds me of someone I do not like from my past. So, I guess if he didn't remind me of this someone, I would be more inclined to be around him and like him. However, I do not need that constant reminder of their similar traits.

You...I have heard rumors of you holding a foul and unpredictable temper, but since I have not seen it for myself...I am more inclined to say that it is an exaggeration. After all, from what I have seen, you seem to be a calm diplomat, and more polite to lower class than your status calls for. Something that I think is an admirable trait. Thus, a foul temper does not seem to be something that fits your naturally polite and calm disposition. Then again, they do say it is always the quiet ones.

Evony, she is a sweetheart and innocent. However, that innocence makes her not what the people want of her. They want a strong woman who can control her emotions. But, even though she is thirteen, her mannerisms and personality are more like a delicate child's. Sometimes, I feel some worry that the expectations for her to change are too high. And because of that...someone might push her too far and cause to be become reclusive. It is a silly worry, but one that comes to mind at times.

Tell me though, how do you feel about Liam? After all, I am curious as to whether or not he is well liked in the circle of the Wood family.

@Alice - Lincoln: I would assume similar to how you felt with my sister, so I do not think she would be unsafe around you. But you wouldn't be sure until you tried, I suppose. *nods his head at her comment* Thank you Lady Soren. I try to be honest most of the time. On occasions that I am not, then I am less likely to be suspected of so.

Now am more casual question: Regarding how those writers and creators of ours are talking of this "Harry Potter" business, which character do you find most interesting, or someone you would like to be your friend?

@Aeon - Sokar: *snuffs at the jester* It's the... savagery of it. Killing your own kind for a stupid reason such as greed. In self-defense, for a mate, or even the sheer thrill of the hunt and kill, that I can understand. But for such greed or shallow reason, it is disgusting and base. There are also SO very many physical handicaps. Pathetic sight, senses of smell and taste. Let' s not even get into their useless hearing. Instincts are practically non-existent, the body shape is all wrong, they cover up themselves in spite of the heat... do you see where I'm going with this?

Or the short version: it's an alien existence that cost me my family pack, and the chance that I will ever find a mate. I would say that's pretty bad, wouldn't you?

Kirkis: Err, sorry old chap, he's a bit grumpy sometimes.

@Cideon: Soren - I guess if the reaction is the same, then there would be no issue. Your welcome, Prince Lincoln.

*taps chin* My creator knows some about this series, but I do not know much about it personally. I guess if I had to pick a character I find most interesting...it would probably be either this "Snape" or this "Draco Malfoy". Friend wise...eh. Some of them seem like they would make good friends, due to their strong loyalty to one another. But, I don't know of any particular one that I would want to be friends with. What about you? Which one do you find most interesting?
