"Well you seem happy here. And I mea if you haven't come to the clan yet then you obviously don't want to. I would never force anyone to go anywhere and the vampire leaers wouldn't either," Kenny replied.

"Hmmm." Riley thought this over, then decided "I guess there's no reason why we can be friends then." Riley said, Tiny bit forcing a smile. "Since you tried to hard anyway, wouldn't want to waste you efforts. Besides, You'll need to teach me how to be handy with hammer, and screw." Riley said.

Kenny smiled. "Sure I could do that. Maybe I can help you make your house look better and in turn you can teach me to hunt. I've always wanted to try animal blood, but I could never catch one," he said.

Riley returned the smile "Sounds like a Deal." Riley said. "lets get back to my house." Riley said, usually what would take only three minutes with her, would take about an hour with Kenny. "Normal speed is so slow." Riley sighed.

Kenny laughed. "Yeah well I'd rather ahve super speed than super strength. What is your power anyway Riley?" he asked. Kenny was starting to feel better now. At least Riley wasn't scared of him. But wha if he lost control again? What he accidently killed Riley?

"Um..." Riley said, pondering if she should tell or not. But then again what harm could it do? Well besides having Kenny afraid of her. "Well, see, whenever i encounter someone who has a special power, and i touch them, i gain that power. So i probably have over, um 50 powers now. Its hard to keep track of them all." Riley said then shrugged. "Just like when i touched you i gained super strength." Riley explained.

Kenny chuckled. "Yeah I know. But its not like there's anything to do a the palace though," he muttered. That was right though. Alysander would probably try to kill him, Kendall is always out flirting wit humans... for some odd reason... Christina is always working and Gem... Gem is just too stuck up to be around.

"Vampire life is really that boring?" Riley laughed. "Well its not too exciting around here, especially since hardly anyone ever comes here. "In fact your my first visitor in about seven months maybe?" Riley said "That's why i spend most of my time getting food, and mastering my powers." Riley said.

"What i thought a friendly guy like your would be the center of the crowd." Riley said, shaping water with her hand. She'd gotten the four element power from a werewolf girl she'd met in the woods. They'd decided to leave each other alone. Riley didnt understand the violence between werewolf, and vampire, it was more childish, like dogs, and cats. "Well your talking to me, so if it wasnt too much of a hassle, you coudl come by regularly, not exactly easy without super speed, but do-able I imagine." Riley said casually, fiddling with the water, not looking at Kenny.
