also for theme- got this idea from google and am expanding upon it :3
"dressed to kill"- lots of fake blood, rubber knives, a murder scene basically!
the punch could be red, little snacks can range from eyeballs to feet, etc.
there could be some sort of graveyard incoroporation too!

My prom that I just had was Egyptian themed. The decorations were disappointing (some hieroglyphics projected on the wall, cardboard pyramid table decorations, and a random colored cloth wrapped around each chair), but it was still sort of fun.
Anyway, now that I have time, I'd like to make some theme suggestions! <3
A Night in the Swamp: Ceiling set up like a starry night, cat tails in muddy water on tables, torn and worn table clothes, firefly lighting, some (fake?) swamp trees/plants, mist and/or fog? Dark colored drink to look like swamp water (or even is swamp water)!
50 Below: A catacombs/crypt theme! Coffins and coffin shelves, lots of skulls, pillars, maybe even a short maze-like entrance?
If anyone likes them and can think of anything to add on, please do! > u>;

Life burns (Jericho sang this at scarentine lolol) Potential theme... Hell Could be split in half - one side is the fiery depiction, the other the cold one (For those not so keen on fire XD) Either side could grab elements from any depiction as far as decor goes. It gives an excuse to say "TONIGHT WE DINE IN HELL" >___>;;Edit - also... do we have a rough idea of when this will be?

Chi -- We won't kill you, we appreciate the ideas! Right now, I think the Saw theme is probably close enough to a 'dressed to kill' theme to warrant their merger <3
Blade -- I got a pm yesterday from the mods, they said it can be anytime between like, the 10th through early July. So I was thinking either the 17th or the 24th would be the start of the prom itself, and it'd run for a week? To give you a general idea. That part is still up in the air, there may be a poll or something asking when it would be best for people ;; Any suggestions would be welcome, please don't hesitate!

Is your character responsible/can you keep your character responsible?: He might goof around a bit, crack jokes, even make fun of some of the music before putting it on, but he's very serious about music, and wouldn't want to mess it up!
Would your character have a date?: He's already been asked out by Claire in front of the ENTIRE groanspring group, he's got no choice. But it'll give him an excuse to hide the fact that he's total fail at dancing, so he'll be doing it as much as he can!
How often are you online?: Pretty often, except on weekends. I check in whenever I can!
Can you abide by a relatively strict schedule?: If I need to skip out for a bit and there has to be a song played, he'll make sure to drag someone into subbing for him for a song or two. But for the most part, sure!
Do you have a problem with being the only DJ?: It might be a bit much, but I think I could pull it off if you need it!
Would you PREFER to be the only DJ?: No, not really. Roch might, but the boy needs to be forced to dance a few times, at least!
