"Yeah, my parents and siblings aren't in Kousetsu. Now they are loud. Not so fun though. My parent's are always argueing cause they don't like each other." Akito said, smiling a little. Oh yes, they were definitely dysfunctional. A hint of sadness pass through his gaze as he thought about his brother, though. He's been missing since forever.
As if reading his thoughts, Lorelz mentioned his brother. "Um, yes and sort of. My father is white, but the only markings I share with him are my ear and tail tips, and the wolf on my hip. Even then, the colors of the markings are from my mother. Why?"

"I'm sorry about your parents." She said, smiling reassuringly, touching his paw lightly. Then he spoke of his brother and she blinked, tail flicking side to side. Maybe she had met his brother then?
"I bumped into a male when Edward went off to do his own thing, find his girlfriend or something. Isn't it funny, he has a girlfriend! Anyway, I met a white male with green, blue, and other colors on him with swirls and such, and a moon on him. He said his name was Trocar, and awkwardly excused himself."

Akito tensed when she touched him, but relaxed almost immediately...he was getting used to be touched. He didn't even move his paw away from her. The black male sincerely hoped she hadn't even noticed. "Don't be. They aren't mates, so they don't really come in contact with each other. They only did once when Aegle and I were kits, so that I would know my father and sister, and so that she would know her mother and brother."
"Ookami's got a mate, and Mom's got one too, they're very happy so long as they aren't with each other. Aegle's a lot like Mom, she's very opinionated and bouncy. I'm more like my father, gruff and standoffish." Akito grimaced at that. Truthfully he was worse than his father. At least Ookami unbent enough to cuddle with his mate.
"Trocar." Akito frowned. Neither of his parents had ever talked about their lost kit, but he could tell they both felt bad about him. Akito had vague memories about his brother, and the name wasn't ringing a bell, but he knew he'd definitely remember him if he saw him. Akito wanted to just go look for him now, but a side glance at Lorelz kept him rooted to the spot. He wasn't about to leave her all alone. He'd lived without his brother for years, he could wait to see him for a few more days. "Where did you see him?"

She wagged her tail as he spoke, happy to hear about his family, and also happy because his paw had stayed right where it was! At the mention of the male she tilted her head, thinking back. Nearby a pond, she believed. He had said he'd be there for a few weeks to rest his blistering paws.
"I could take you where I saw him after the storm?" She asked, curiously peering at Akito. "He said he'd be near there for sometime since he had blistered his paws."

Akito looked at Lorelz and gave a half-hearted nod. He was probably not showing the right emotion, but.... This Trocar person may be his brother. Or he may not. And even if he was...they didn't grow up together and 'Trocar' may not even want anything to do with him. After all, his family did lose him. Thus, Akito wasn't going to get his hopes up.
He blinked at Lorelz and mustered a small smile. "You may be in for some family drama, Lorelz." He murmured. "Especially since I'm the wrong one to be introduced first. Aegle would be better. Or Mom. She'd smother him with love and apologies and tears." He said fondly, another small smile appearing.

"Oh? He told me he was coming back from seeing his mom and sister." She mused, head tilting as she yawned. "Either way, I can take you to him I'm sure, and it's okay if its awkward. I won't mind. I like helping out my friends~" She cooed, winking at him slightly before beginning to paw at the ground with a claw.
"Now if Eddy gets back... it's already thundering. I wonder what he's up to?" She was going to mention he was a hypocrite, but kept it to herself, knowing Edward would return soon enough.

Akito raised his eyebrows. Their Mom and...Aegle? He didn't even know they visited each other. Hell, he thought Aegle was slightly biased against their mother. Not surprising of course, he didn't visit. "Well, good. Those two probably made him feel right at home. Well, after the smothering. He's brave, taking them both on at once." The black male widened his eyes at the wink and blinked, not knowing exactly what to do.
"Ah...I don't know. Hopefully he comes back soon." Akito said. Suddenly, in a rare moment of clarity, he realized how that sounded. "Uh, since it's silly to tell us to get under cover when he doesn't.... Oh Hell, I know that's coming out wrong. Why don't you tell me about your family while I wash the taste of paw out of my mouth?"

She laughed brightly, shaking her head at the younger male. "I knew what you meant, silly." She mewled, then suddenly tensed, looking away, bitterly hissing.
"Parents abandoned me. Woke up as a lone kit, and starving by the time I realized I was alone. Luckily, a 'Phim found me and raised me a little. I don't remember her much at all, she passed away after I became a teenager. I never had much of a family. Maybe why I'm such a flirt." She stopped, shaking her head.
"I used to flirt with anyone and everything, you know? Never had love as a kit, so I wanted it all. All of it. Always. Broke many guys hearts. I'm maturing, and I find myself not to fond of the idea of leading men on anymore. Either way, I never had anything or anyone to call a family." She suddenly smiled, shaking her head and giggling.
"Enough bout that, guess who I smell? Right in time, it's raining."
Edward walked in, drenched to the bone, carrying leaves, large ones. He tossed them down, shaking off and looking over at the two.
"It'll get cold, so I found something we all could use a blanket of sorts." He commented, glancing over at Lorelz and Akito.

Akito watched her with wide eyes and inwardly winced at bringing up a painful memory. He couldn't even apologize, really, he didn't know. Should he apologize anyway? Akito opened his mouth but was interrupted by Edward coming in from the rain. Akito wrinkled his nose, but was glad to have something to keep them warm. "Thank you, Edward." Akito said formally.
Turning back to Lorelz, he leaned in and whispered, "I'll have to take you to meet my mother. She'll love you so much you'll want to run away again." He went back to his rabbit with a small chuckle. She would too, his mother, Lorelz and she would get along quite well.

Her tail begin to wag rapidly, smiling at the male and nudging his cheek with her nose. "Really?" She whispered, wide eyes full of both excitement and joy. Was Akito really opening up to her? She felt her little heart flutter faster, smiling to herself as she looked at Edward and even rewarded him with a grin.
"Thank you, Eddy~"
Oh? Whispering? He wondered what the two could be chittering about, however kept to himself as he gathered the leaves and nudged them closer to the two, sitting nearby them yet letting them have room since he was polite, he wouldn't go to close unless asked to. Stretching, he flicked his tail absently and glanced at the now dark sky.
"Are we parting in the morning? Lorelz, are you coming with me again or going on your own for a bit?"
With a glance at Akito, she turned to look at Edward, then at Akito. "If Akito doesn't mind....can I show him the place I saw that fox?" She was more asking Akito, knowing Edward would not mind. However, she did glance at him questioningly, smiling when he nodded. She always wondered if he'd be lonely.

Akito looked up at her and nodded. Yeah, he wouldn't mind allowing his mother to smother some other fox with her abundance of crazyness. He saw the look on Lorelz face and shook his head. "You don't know what you're wishing for, Lorelz." He rose and resettled on the leaves, getting away from the chill on the stone floor.
He watched Edward and Lorelz talk and remained silent. The matter between them wasn't his business, they had been friends long before he had come into the picture, and he didn't want to pressure anyone to either leave or stay. "I wouldn't mind being shown the area. As long as you don't mind showing me."

"Then its decided." Edward glanced at the two, nudging a leaf to Lorelz, who rose and laid back done on it. "I will be seeing a friend, anyway." He ignored the low "ooooo" from Lorelz, though he did blush lightly.
"So, maybe we'll all meet again, maybe we won't." He was used to Lorelz finding him. She had once gone two years without doing so, distracted by some event in her life, but she returned. He hoped one day she would find a mate, settle down, and only visit him to just see him for a few hours. He adored Lorelz, but he knew she'd be happier with a permanent partner.
Lorelz grinned at Edward, tail wagging. "Alrighty~" With this, she turned to look at Akito, nodding. "Then in the morning, when you are full and awake and happy, I will take you to where I saw him." She smiled warmly, tail wagging side to side still as she rested her head on her paws, yawning.
(( If you choose for them to be mates, how about we end this rp at Trocar and Akito seeing one another? And the 2nd rp could be Lorelz and Akito spending time together, with Trocar tagging along? ))

"Have fun meeting your friend." Akito said distractedly. He was going to be in Lorelz presense all day tomorrow looking for his long lost brother. He didn't know which was more nerve wracking. The thought brought him up short. He'd never been nervous around anyone before; even though he knew he wasn't the most social, he'd never had a problem with it. Something to consider, he was sure.
But the matter of this fox that may or may not be his brother was pushing that thought aside every once in a while. Sighing, he decided he'd think about it more once they met this fox and figured it out once and for all. "All right, Lorelz. Good night." Akito shifted so that he was facing the entrance to the cave and stared out into the stormy night.

(( Of course, we can have Lorelz and Akito bonding until page 5, then they stumble upon Trocar. Also, time-skip until morning? ))
Smiling warmly, Edward nodded. "Thank you very much." He rested his head, yawning as the storm raged on, content as the wind brushed across him. Tomorrow he'd see Peri again, possibly give her a flower he found along the way. Perhaps he did like her like that...
Grinning, her tail wagged as she closed her eyes. Of course she was happy, and maybe a little nervous. She was happy to be with Edward, and for him to agree to spending the day with her. Also, if she did reunite him with his brother then she'd be super happy! Doing anything to help Akito was her new goal.... And perhaps winning his heart~ Oh yes, she liked him.
However, the vixen fell asleep before she could say anything, slowly falling over as she slept, eventually her head rested against Akito, silent in her sleep.

Akito watched the cave entrance, deciding to keep watch for a while since he couldn't sleep at the moment. The storm was pretty symbolic of his thoughts at the moment, everything getting tossed around with so many new feelings and emotions bombarding him. He sighed softly; he just wasn't good at these sorts of things. Suddenly his shoulder was bumped and he jumped slightly. Turning he noticed Lorelz had fallen to rest on him and he blinked.
A small smile played at his lips and he shook his head. Yawning, he shifted, making sure they would both be comfortable before dropping his head down. His nose wasn't too far from Lorelz, but he didn't mind as he slowly sank into slumber as well, his thoughts going silent.
*Alright. Ready for the time skip*
