can someone explain to me why lightning element beats earth? isnt it supposed to be the other way around? sweatdrop
I mean it's reasonable how Sasuke's lightning affinity defused Deidara's bombs but to beat earth in general? it doesnt make sense to me... gonk
and
Are we required to learn normal shadow clone to learn elemental shadow clone? because i noticed that Raiton Kage Bunshin is already on the list of techniques that can be learned on the guild and it doesnt really said anything about learning the basic shadow clone before getting the elemental one...
and would it be considered a custom technique if i added my RPC's element to the shadow clone making it Suiton shadow clone?

QUESTION!!!!!
does the stages of curse mark stack the amount of chakra added? like when i enter stage i gain 160 then when i enter stage i gain even more chakra on top of what i already gained?
AND
Can we make custom SUMMONING jutsu? Like whats the rules for that?

can we improve the rank of the techniques that we already have?
example...
the water manipulation technique is rank E could i train my character to bump that techniques rank higher? making it more effective to make my character better at manipulating water? confused

Reginald: Yes it would stack. Keep in mind it restores chakra so if you were already maxed from stage one you would get no bonus. As long as its not a custom like list of animal summons, thats not cool. But, you can summon weapons or a fire ball or a seal or a shield, whatever, just post it up and see if we approve it is all I can tell you.
Meedle: Thats just the rules of Naruto, its in Naruto, Naruto Shippuuden, and the manga. Email the producers. You do not have to learn normal Kage bunshin first. Suiton Shadow Clone would be slightly pointless because the Water body clone is essentially a water shadow clone. The element only changes what it disperses into when it is destroyed, Raiton Kage Bunshin forms a small electric burst like the regular Raikou Bunshin just stronger. Suiton Clones of any type turn into a water puddle. This is useful for anyone who can use Mizutamari/Mizutamari Yasuo because you can teleport between puddles with those techniques. Well you used to could, I dunno if the rule is still there or not, it was rather pointless though because as you rank up your skill with your techniques naturally get more efficient.

anyway.. I think you need to classify that shadow clone type is a special cloning technique that is able to use jutsus and give information it has taken back to the user when dispersed unlike the regular or normal elemental clones.
I've seen some RPers use the abilities of shadow clone with a regular element clone and it kinda annoys me.
Suiton Shadow clones can use techniques and Suiton clones cannot...
And oh yeah... i should point out that a shadow clone user should divide their chakra by the number of clones they have minus the actual chakra cost of making the technique.
ex
300 (starting chakra) - 80 (Rank B Chakra for creating the clone) = 220
which is divided by the number of clones that they create + the user
for example the user created 2 clones (so 2 clones + the user = 3)
220 / 3 = 73.3 (just round it up to become 73)
so the user and both of his clones have 73 chakra each to spend smile
and when the clone disperses, all the remaining chakra of that clone goes back to the user
yeah its a bit complicated but i think you should implement this to make it as close as possible with the concept of Naruto 3nodding

Alright so what about the Snake Authority Spell that Sasuke performs in the anime? Can we add that as a custom jutsu? Here is a link to the technique in case you dont recognize it Snake Authority Spelland just as a suggestion (i put this in the suggestion thing btw) Can we make snakes have their own summoning class since the anime features enough snakes to do that instead of Reptila?

Well, we had an original snake summoning and it was the smallest of the bunch. I think we could just add the extra summons to it, as you have seen most summons are huge when I remade them. Snake Authority spell is on the Maruton list, I put all the snake jutsu on they are for snake sage only though.
Meedle: The clones dont need a chakra pool because they should all be able to use one of the users techniques, this causes them to disperse though after use.

If a user signs a contract to a summoning it becomes permanent right?? or is there still a way to get rid of the contract? confused
