"The moment your done I think Nightcrawler should teleport us to the nearest entrance to the ventilation shaft."

She knelt low behind Robin waiting for him to finish disabling the sensors and alarm system. The anticipation for what was about to come began to sink into her mind, a feeling of anxiousness began to fill her. She was ready for this. As far as Kai was concerned she had no reason to fear these people. They used weapons, they are assassins, in so many ways she could compair them to Jason, minus the being trained by Batman bit. If anything she was a little psyched. Something like this was more up her ally, with a lot of experience up her sleeves that she could dish out she was more than ready.

After more silence, Robin scooted out from under the metal box and returned to his crouch. He clicked off the tiny light and looked at the other two, nodding.

"Oracle, we're ready to go."

Kai picked up her communicator placing it back on her belt securely giving Robin a glance back. The air was quiet, no one was alerted, that was a good thing. He successfully disabled the alarms and from there they only had to test them out.

Kurt looked at both of them taking in there gestures. He gave them a moment to prepare themselves if only for Tim to sit up and Kai to get her communicator put away. He looked around to teleport them to the nearest ventalation shaft entrance where ever that may be. Once he figured out where he was going to go he reached forward grabbing Kai's Right arm and Tim's Left. Not even a second had passed and he had them in front of a small secured entrance. Some ash still remained with the smell of brimstone from the place they teleported to.

Kai stooped over, grabbing desal cord from her belt. She tied the cord around the shaft. After it was secured she carefully removed the lid of the shaft intangibly from it's place through the bolts. Kai set the cover down onto the ground to the side, reached forward and threw the cord down the vent while controlling how fast it fell to keep it from noisily hitting the bottom of a horizontal shaft. After the cord was ended she glanced at Robin.

"I'll go first to make sure the alarms are off. If you don't hear me yelling to fall back assume that it's safe to follow."

Kai tried to whisper as quietly as she could to them, while still making what she said understandable. She got a grip on the rope climbing into the shaft backwards. She flicked her hands in almost a solute while holding two fingers up for peace. For her it was a form of good luck to make the sign. She placed her right hand back on the rope sliding down quietly and carefully making barely a hint of sound.

Tim instinctivly gave a short salute back before Red Cardinal disappeared into the dark metal vent without a trace. He reached up next to his eye mask and turned on the nightlenses so he could see as far as he could into the vent.

Kai reached the bottom of the vents quickly, landing softly onto the bottom of the entrance vent. She pulled out her communicator looking up the general direction that they had to move. For a moment there was a pause of uncertanty. For this moment she waited to see if anything had changed, an alarm of any kind that would give her reason to head back up, and once she felt sure that she was safe she continued moving. She followed the vents slowly and carefully, slowly so as to allow Tim and Kurt catch up.

Kurt waited for her to continue moving. He was unsure whether or not to move in ahead of Robin or not. He put touch the side of the vent. He hoped that Tim would stop him from climbing in first or say if it was okay to go.

Robin waited for moments that felt long and stretched out in the light of the situation. The rooftop was still quiet. It was uncomfortable that way, but at least they didn't hear shouts and alarms. Tim kept his focus on the ventilation shaft for one more second, and then turned to look at Kurt.

"Looks like we're clear."

He whispered and motioned for Kurt to follow RC in. Tim would go in last.... that would give Nightcrawler the access to grab hold of both of them and -bamf- them out if something were to go wrong.

Kurt climbed in assuming his possition in the middle of the group. Maybe it was for the best. He was able to cling to the side of the vents, and as usual crawled down quietly. He was very good at sneaking around in the dark, especially since it meant that it would protect him from those who would otherwise hurt him. Kurt slid down the vent reaching the bottom. Kurt looked both ways for Kai seeing that she went left he turned upwards. He waved to Robin slightly pointing to the left as he continued catching up to the girl. He pondered what her abilities were. She was a lot like Kitty, with intangibility, although Kitty had never used her powers quite the same way as Kai. The yellow utility belt stuck out, it was brighter than most of what she wore. It must have contained many awesome gadgets, and combined with her intangibility. "She's awesome." Kurt thought to himself.

Kai turned around stopping for a moment. She saw kurt coming up to her, he was light on his feet. The comm flickered a little, the light was getting a little fuzzy but not too hard to read. She tapped it a little hoping for it to clear up. It was obvious that they had to go down a couple floors and across a few halls and rooms before they would reach there target. Kai thought for a moment before holding the comm up. She typed on it sending the blueprints to Tim's comm as well. It would be just in case her comm went out. It was obvious by her cracked back plate and the water that dripped out that her comm was damaged during her battle with the bird demon.

Tim used the decel cord that was already attached to the vent. Once he held a quiet and stable position on the metal plating of the shaft, he followed after Kurt. When he caught up, he deactivated his night lenses; the light peaking in through grating down the vents would be enough. Robin looked down at his communicator after it subtly drew his attention. Kai sent him the blueprints. Good idea.

It wasn't long before Kai and Kurt made there way over the room that was indicated on their communicator. Kai took a deep breath, quietly inhaling and exhaling. This mission was better suited for her than being in combat that involved weapons. She held her side for a moment. Despite the fact that she had kept moving she was in pain at least a little during the whole time since she had been inflicted by the Cajun's gun. It was hurting now more so than it did before because of all the work she had been doing, hopefully she wouldn't have to take another gunshot. That and the claws of the demon, the burn she had on her hand, it was all getting the better of her.

Kurt paused. He watched Kai's gesture to her side. At that moment he wondered if she had been injured the whole time they were moving. He noticed that she was being carefull, even more than Tim was, he thought it was because she was being cautious being ahead and all but maybe it was the injury.

((So they are after the leader? or just data... Just wondering. I want to be perfectly clear before I continue.))

When either Kai or Tim check their information from Oracle, they will see the objectives laid out:

1) Obtain the Stonewall operations files.

2) Disable Stonewall's ability to communicate and control their operatives.

3) Capture Ward Abbot, Director of Project Stonewall.

Ward Abbot stood in the center of the command center looking at several screens that those under him were providing updated information on the Olympus Sanction. A young blond man turned in his chair to address Director Abbot, "Sir? Daedalus just coded in. Battalion has been retired."

The older man nodded sagely with his chin cupped in his hand, "Good work. What about the information gained from Miss Anders' interrogation, Jimmy?"

Jim Zorn responded, "Yes, Rachel Roth's location has been verified."

Abbot made a face, "Yeah, she's going to be fun. Send two for that one, and I heavy suggest the Smilex. That will make everyone think that it was the clown, since he's on the loose."

Zorn turned back to his screen, "Alright, I'll send Blue Jay as the primary with the Professor as backup."

Ward Abbot turned to another handler, "Nikki, Quinn contacted me directly and said that Miss Anders' pyschological profile could support conditioning with a ninty-five percent match. I'll have you oversee that and coordinate with Dr. Hirsch."

The dark haired woman nodded, "Yes Sir, I'll do that now, and tell Quinn to send the package."

"And since Miss Monetti appearantly cancelled Mannheim, we need someone to deal with her," Director Abbot announced.

Jimmy Zorn volunteered, "Daedalus asked to be deployed again. I'll assign Monetti to him. He's in Metropolis anyway."

Ward Abbot shurgged and casually took a sip of coffee, "Sounds good to me."

The team was close enought to overhear. It wasn't quite time to fight yet, but....

Raven..... no, was that possible? Tim thought Raven was- he shook his head from the thought. He had to focus. They had to shut these people down as soon as possible.

"We've gotta hurry."

Tim looked down from the ventilation shaft into a dark deserted office. He crouched as he peered through the slits in the metal. Below them was a computer sitting on a tidy desk. Robin pointed down.

"That's what we need."

Kai took her hand back. She place them both after a moment on the grate of the vent. She pulled it up intangibly pushing it to the side. After that was pushed away safely she jumped down landing lightly on her feet. Kai stepped back away from where Tim would jump. She hesitated feeling a little pain, caused her to freeze. The feeling wore off quickly, and she got over to the computer. Now it would be up to her and Tim to get the Data.

"I'll stay up here."

Kurt whispered. He didn't want to get in the way and have one less person crowded into the office like room the easier it would be. Besides that Kurt wasn't really that tech savvy.

Sounded like a plan. Tim followed Kai into the room, landing as lightly as he could on the office's floor. Best not to alert anyone and separate floors. He approached the computer as well and plugged in a drive. Immediately he got to typing at the screen. Robin wondered how much Kai knew about this hacking-business.

(There are different ways you can go about this. Figure out what Kai and Tim are going to try and remember you only have a few minutes before they'll know something is up. Also, don't forget the team is waiting for a 'go' signal.)
