He chuckled a bit, happy to see a little something in here besides sadness. His head cocked to the side and he raised his brow. "Sure why not." He cracked a smile and joined her. "What is it exactly are you wanting to show me?" He glanced curiously at her.

"You'll see." She called back, heading straight through the forest nearby. She knew he was following, and if he wasn't his glow would help him find her eventually. When she reached a field she stepped back, nudged her nose to the side, and pointed her tail at the flowers.
They glowed a faint white as the moon hit them, illuminating under the rays of the moon. She merely glanced at where he should be, one ear flicking.
"This is where I go sometimes to relax."

He followed Nui through the forest and almost dropped his jaw at the view. The flowers cast a beautiful pool of light onto her. Hatsu tried to focus on the flowers, but he couldn't and looked up at her. "Wow..." He looked around breifly. "How did you come across this place?"

He was looking at her when he said wow, and even though she was sure he was talking about the flowers she felt herself blush, glancing to the side. Her paw touched a flower, bending over to smell it.
"My son Rush. He came upon this area as a very young child." She said, smiling softly. She turned to look at Hatsu, tail flicking to the side. "Would you....like to meet my sons?"

Her sons... Wouldn't they hate him? He knew they were protective of their mother. "Sure, I'd love to meet them." He grinned and glowed brightly. He did want to meet them, learn about them... and maybe one day be accepted by them.

A smile rose on her lips, head tilting. "Alright, then in the morning would you return and I'd have them near?" She said, smiling sweetly. This was a huge step for her, not just anyone could meet her sons, even if they were grown men.
So with this she rose and nodded to him. "Meet me tomorrow as the sun sets, I am primarily nocturnal so this is best." With this, she began to head home, turning backwards to smile lightly. "Also, don't let the twins harass you too much."

Hatsu nodded and smiled. "Sunset. Try not to get harassed by the twins. Got it." He chuckled to himself and headed out to find a spot to rest for the day. He himself wasn't nocturnal. But he wanted this meeting to happen. He wanted to be with Nuishan and in order to do that he wanted to be accepted by her sons. He knew they were important to him.
Time Skip
With a roll and snore Hatsu woke up. He looked around, it was almost sunset, but he had enough time to get there early. He got up and made his way to the meeting spot, picking a small bouquet of flowers for Nui. He found the spot and sat down. Fixing his fur a bit so he didn't look like a total mess.

She could hear all three boys bickering, if not at one another but in general. Her eyes rolled softly, glancing back at the boys with a sharp click of her tongue. "It won't be that bad." She mused, hoping this was true. She was putting trust into both parties, hopefully both could learn from one another. As defensive of his mother as he was, he wasn't as worried as his brothers. He was fairly confident in his ability to eat Hatsu if he tried to harm her, and the boys bickering only meant they weren't themselves. However when Kaoru mentioned roasting the male alive if he tried to touch him.
"Unlike you, I refuse to be a cannibal." "He's got a heart of gold, Hikaru!" He yelled, shocked by the fact that Rush wasn't as defensive as either of them.  "Our powers are nothing against his wholesomeness!" Hikaru added, dramatically resting on Kaoru as if he had died. Rush merely gave him a perplexed stare, blinked, and moved to join the side of his mother. "I don't want to help him!" Kaoru snapped back, glaring when his mother snipped at him to be quiet.

Stifling a yawn Hatsu sat up straight. He heard a couple of voices coming up. He smiled at the coming up group. He con clearly see the twins looked like their mother, and the other, possible looked like his father. "Good Evening." He said it in general, then nudged the small bundle of flowers toward Nui. "How are you Nuishan?" He smiled and nodded at her. "And you guys?" He smiled at and nodded at the boys.

Blushing at the flowers given to her, she accepted them by wrapping her tail around them, smiling. When was the last time she had been given flowers? Her sons had, as kits, she remembered their eager faces as she smiled at each of them in return.
Now, here was a grown man giving her flowers, and yes, even she could be flattered. "I am doing well, thank you. How was your trip?"
Kaoru eyed the man with flowers, giving him a rude flick of the tail. Oh, neither sides of the twins liked him already, it was always the flatters you had to watch.
"Who is this man?"
"He's skinny." Hikaru wrapped his tail around Kaoru's, both boys leaning on one another. "Kaorrruuu~ Perhaps he's just here to seem cool to all the ladies."
Rush blinked at his brothers, ashamed. Looking at Hatsu he raised an eyebrow, flicking his modded tail. "We're good. Those two are Hikaru and Kaoru, and I am Rush." He glanced at his mother, resting his head on her briefly, tail wagging like a happy puppy.

"It went well. Thank you." He smiled, happy to see she liked the flowers. He looked at the boys. "Pleasure to meet you all. I have heard much about you three." He couldn't help but to glow. "My name is Hatsu." He memorized which twin was which. He could tell by their eyes, and of course it was easy to recognize Rush.

Smiling softly, she was proud of Rush and Hatsu, though she flicked her tail at the twins, ears flicking back. Oh, they'd so get it if they didn't act well. She'd ask Ari to give them extra duties.
At her pointed stare, the twins looked to the side and away from her, both biting their bottom lips. Good. They got the message.
"Hmpf."
Both twins curled their tails around one another, supporting each other as they eyed the male. Skinny male. "Who said it was nice meeting anyone?"
"He's a commoner, look at him. He's to common for our pretty mom." Ah, here is where the shunning began. Both boys looked away from him, suddenly eyeing him.
"Why are you wasting your---"
"---time with our beautiful mother?"
Rush groaned inwardly, glaring at the twins. He turned to look at Hatsu, tail flicking to the other side. "Really? We heard some of you, though I suppose she didn't mention much because of them." His tail flicked at the twins, who shared a smirk. Were all twins like them?

Hatsu just smiled at the twins. "No time with your mother is wasted." He shot the smile at Nui too. "Your mother is a brilliant, wonderful fox. But there is no point in telling you this. You all already know." He looked over at Rush. "Yes really. If there is anything you would like to know about me I wouldn't mind answering your questions."

Why was Hatsu talking about her like this? Usually she wasn't one to be flattered but she was, looking away with a dark blush. She eyed the twins, flicking her tail as a warning. Even if Hatsu wasn't a friend they were being far to rude.
She didn't know what to do, maybe this was to soon for them? Any male they saw near their mother made them bristle and snarl...
They blinked at him, and then Kaoru rolled his eyes to the side, narrowing. Damn, this guy was good. They needed to try harder.
The twins moved to whisper to one another, nodding absently as they plotted. Mr.Skinny was so getting it.
Rush was blunt, as always, looking protectively at his mother. "What are your intentions towards my mother?" Suddenly, the twins sat up, staring at Hatsu as well.

"Intentions?" His true intentions were to love her more then any man, besides her sons, could. He was an honest man, and wanted to keep it that way. "I really do like your mother. I'd like to have a relationship with her. I know what she has been through. I want to be there for her... and if you three let me, for you too." He gulped hard and looked between the three. He tried not to look nervous. He needed to be strong.
