You can't get it in the game. Just looking at what the actual Silver Wolf does to you.

Dark_Dragoon77 He failed to destroy it. And can a rune exist without a host? He failed to destroy it, yes, but he died. The runes are capable of existing without a host. How do you think they find their host to begin with? Not all runes are discovered by someone. Sometimes it's the opposite.

well theres also the Circle Rune, governening blance, that Husak (dont know spelling) got and founded Harmonia on.

oh wait, theres also the Soverignty Rune, gives imunity to all other runes that Barbarossa i think from the first one has.

oo oo, and theres also one called the True Change Rune. Nothing is really known and currently it doesnt have a bearer i think but its there. and the True Holy Rune the Stallion has in suikoden 2 is really not one of the 27 true runes. i think it was a translation error but there is no True Holy Rune as of now.

oh duh...theres also the True Night Rune aka the star dragon sword, which allows the undead to roam the land. The True Moon Rune just allows vampires to go without needing blood.

If you finish the Luc quest at the end of the game it shows a picture of him, Leknaat, and a girl which I think is his duaghter, walking up to Leknaat's tower. I think it's his duaghter becuase her dress has the same desighns that his clothes have. She also has Saria's white hair. And Chris's dad did talk to him about if he had a duaghter. Maybe that made Luc decide to have one.

well hes a spirit now so who knows? he could come back to life. or i heard somewhere about harmonia like cloneing Luc a bunch of times or something like that.

Same with me. Luc and Sarah were wandering (albeit temporary) spirits in Leknaat home. Even Leknaat acknowledge that that was Luc. I don't see how you could interpret it any other way.
