Kitty- Yeah it is. I remember, I was just a House -elf when I started. I think only half of what is now here was actually there back then. Heck I remember when KT was still headmistress. It's so weird to think about it like that though. Lol, yes 7 is indeed.

Wow, the guild's 6 years old? Sometimes that seems too long and other times too short. xp When we hit seven we should definately do something special. 7 is a highly magical number after all. wink
I agree!!! This happens to be the 7th year lol we can make the Christmas event that way!
So are we going to split it up??
If so,
Icee will take the first 25 names up to Gaelic Stormy
Lyra will take the names from General Fallen to Meromerokono
Kitty will take the names from Miss Von Count to Smiley Kruger
Tina can take the names from Spontaneous Hoot to the end!
Any members in 'olive' that you have you can just skip over. Baloony needs to be treated as a regular member, possibly banned.

Also, should we delete the names of people we've banned and put "PM sent" next to the names of those in category 2 (when we send the PM)?

Edit- *reads Upkeep thread* Oh, so we're making a post at the end saying who's in which category? Then we wouldn't want to delete the names. I've got a busy day today, I'll start my section on Friday. ninja

same here (I can't start mine until Friday either)
@Lyra: yep when you're done you'll make a post with your names saying if they were banned or PM sent. You can color code them, separate them, or whatever. As long as we know there's a difference between Category 1 and 2. Just don't edit that first post guys!
@Rayne: how the heck did i forget you?!?! if you're not busy you can start on someone else's names.

Icee: Have all new members been removed from the list? If not, how do we tell whether they have less than 15 posts because they're inactive or because they're new? Do we have to find them in the acceptance thread?
Also, if they don't have a "latest post" date in their memberlist info, does that mean they haven't posted for a VERY long time?

The first three sound...active? Or am I missing something? Are they old elves who've just started posting recently? Vivavious_red has been posting a lot in this event, so I assumed she was new, am I wrong?
And Chii's already been discussed but I dunno how active she's been recently so I can't judge. Winter spirals looks familiar too.
Basically, what's the problem with them? sweatdrop
Pigtailed...Let's see either she's new and we missed her, or she's old and we missed her. xp Shoot her the warning PM and if she doesn't answer by the deadline ban her along with all the other category 2 people?

well i had an unexpected family issue come up so i haven't been able to start (don't hate me guys!)
@Lyra: for the ones that posted recently and have 15 posts, PM them
You can tell if they're new by two ways. The first is what Tina said, and the second is using the guildsmemberlist. If their 'member id' is HIGHER than 15220663, they can be considered new. If it's lower, that means they joined in March (or before).
Pigtailed Girl gets banned because she joined months ago but never posted.
If they don't have LATEST POST that means they 1) haven't posted since the new system came OR 2) they've never posted.

Dag! General Fallen-NATO- must have changed his name recently grrrr.
I wish there was a better way to track that stuff.
@Kitty/Tina: those three are old members that came back, but wanted to start over. they should be following the posting rules.
