"R-Right." Roxana responded to Era's point even though she wasn't supposed to answer it. She heard some sarcasm made by Riley. She let out a giggle at the last one, but quickly ended it. She walked past him and into the long, uncomfortable sea of grass.

All she saw the whole way was green grasses. She tried to kept her sense of direction. For all she know, she might hit the wrong way with all these grasses that show now difference. All these grasses do is to stand in the way and be all annoying. At least it could be quite helpful for them to hide in. She tasted the air every now and then, tracking the trail of scent left of the Reds. From what the scent said, she was still going to the right way.

Soon she heard rustling about. The sound came near her but she doubt it'll be Era nor Riley. She stood there to signal the two to stop walking. But the sound continued. Eventually a conversation could be heard. Reds. I guess they arrived at what they were searching for. She then began to realize the heat she was feeling. She swore she didn't raised her temperature. Then where is the heat coming from? She then parted the grass slightly, letting a few space for Era and Riley to look. Then it was revealed what the Reds have talked earlier, it all made sense now.

---------------

The two listened to the Chikorita chatter. Her voice hinted the very same fresh British accent that the Green have. Except she was talking so fast that the two couldn't even recognize if she was talking English. She was like talking some other language. Nadia nodded along. She caught what she said was her name but she wasn't really sure. Evelyss something. When she heard the glimpse of the word 'tea' being said by the Chikorita, she hurried somewhere. Everything fell quiet then. No one spoke a single word. Soon, the Chikorita came back holding a silver platter with her vines. On the said silver platter was four teacups filled with fresh brewed tea, some milk, some sugar, the teapot that seemed to release a bit of steam from the hot tea, and a few spoons.

Each of the two picked up their tea. She examined closely to the chocolate colored tea. "I'd love to have some sugar." Nadia said, pulling her head back and faced to Evelyss. "Very well then." She said with her usual fast pace of talking. A vine shot out and passed the sugar to the Poochyena. She accepted the sugar and poured a bit of it to the tea. Before she mixed the sugar until it dissolves and gives the tea a sweeter taste, she placed down the sugar carefully. "Can you pass me the sugar and milk please." Luke requested. Without another word, Evelyss kindly gave the milk to the Lucario since she was the nearest one to it. Nadia stopped blowing her tea. She obviously knew better not to drink it right away. She passed the sugar to him before continuing her blowing, uncertain if it was warm enough now for her to sip it. He poured a bit of the milk and the sugar he requested. He stirred with his spoon. Swirling, and swirling the tea goes. As they finally both tried drinking it, they felt the warmness trough their throats. It was delicious and mild. Nadia sipped the tea some more. It relaxed her only for a moment before her brain reminded her that somebody may be dying right now. She placed down the teacup. She didn't finish it. There was about half of it left but the thought churned around her stomach, making her lost her appetite for drinking the tea. Meanwhile on Luke's side, he finished the tea. He rather enjoyed it even though what was on the Poochyena's mind was there with him all this time.

They both responded to Evelyss' question. She opened her mouth to answer before closing it again to find Celus' voice to answer it first. Making up a bit to make sense with his story, Luke added, "Which explains why us, different species, are here. It has been a really long journey." He thought it might match up with the story, kind of. "You all have been so very nice to us, I wish there is something we could do." Maybe like stop people from killing each and other any longer? Yeah that might do for now.

Alright... you've spent 17 of your initial 36 days. At the request of hunter (and condoned by BBC) I am granting you an extension. Normally I would not give such a gracious extension, but due to your time zones I am willing to make an exception.

That being said, I extend your total timer from 36 days to 50 days. In other words, you now have another 33 days to complete this mission. If you continue to post at a rate of twice per day (once each), then the mission will be completed within 30 days.

This mission will be considered complete when the first post is made on the 7th page of this thread. Let's make this the only time I extend this, please, and don't forget that cancellation is always possible if you find it to be too time-consuming. I would be willing to waive the normal punishment for failure, given the ambitious nature of the project.

Either way, this is excellent data. Thank you for participating in the aperture science monthly mission census.

Era & Riley & Celus

As they walked through the tall grasses Riley began to idly look up at the sky and watch the reed-like blades sway back and forth in the slight breeze. There wasn't much to do when you couldn't see anything but grass, it was as dull as it could get. Era's eyes were on the horizon, a concerned glimmer in her gaze, she hoped fervently that Celus' plan was going the way that the Ivysaur had envisioned, they hadn't reached their destination yet, let alone get any information about the Reds; there were so many possibilities that things could go wrong here and it made her nervous to ponder them all. With a sigh she kept going, knowing that there was nothing to be done about it now.

When Roxana stopped, the other two came to a halt as well. It was evident from the murmurs and rising heat that they had arrived at their destination now, and as Roxana pulled back the grass they looked on in amazement. Gathered within the small clearing they saw at least forty Fire-Types of all four different Starter Villa species, and they all were gazing up at a massive brazier that blazed with a brilliant fire, fed by two diligent Cyndaquil. At the forefront stood the Torchic from the battle before: they saw now that a scar came down jaggedly across his face and he wore a patch over one of his eyes. He was staring down at the gathering, silhouetted by the flames and spoke passionately about something or another.

"What are they saying?" Riley whispered, pushing forward to try and hear. As he did, he tripped and fell onto Roxana, sending the pair falling out into the side of the clearing with a loud "Ooof!" from the Eevee. Era paled, oh Arceus this was not how it was supposed to go. There was no point in staying hidden anymore though, and the Pikachu stepped out after the others, eyes on the ground. Riley got to his feet with a quick apology to Roxana, only to realized that every eye in the clearing was on the trio now. "Oh," he said awkwardly, looking sheepishly about, "Umm, hi."

----------

Evelyss laughed, not unkindly, at Nadia's comment, "Oh pish posh," she said cheerily, "You needn't do a thing, it's our pleasure!" The Chikorita had sipped her tea in short gulps up to this point, but suddenly drank for a few moments, downing the entire contents of the cup. "You three seem to be quite the kindly group, it's a pleasure to have met your acquaintance," she said suddenly, "You see, as I mentioned earlier, we don't often see other Pokemon around here, they're chased off by the fighting that's been going on. The Greens appointed me their leader, but really I'm just like any of them, although now they see me as something special." She shrugged, pouring more tea into her own cup and refilling the others as well, "I do the best I can, right? At any rate, we could certainly use your help with a certain task if you wouldn't mind it."

Celus arched an eyebrow, stirring the tea in his cup over and over although there was nothing to mix in it. "You wish us to accomplish a task?" he asked skeptically, "We've hardly met Miss Evelyss, I hardly think you should be indicting us into your organization here."

"No, no! Nothing like that!" Evelyss said, "There's just something that we've been trying to get information on for a long time, and any assistance we could get would be very helpful." She took a quick sip of tea before continuing, "Somewhere in this Villa is a group of Pokemon who oppose the fighting; there aren't many of them, and normally they are killed by the Blues or Reds as soon as their identities are discovered. As such, we haven't gotten a chance to find out what they think or what they know. The Greens are open to ending this war, we merely need the mechanism to do so. If you three could find this group and discover that for us, we would be forever in your debt."

Celus listened thoughtfully to her words. A group of resisters? That sounded like a group who may contain the writer of the letter. He was thoroughly intrigued but he knew he shouldn't press for information. Yes, they'd have to locate this "group" one way or another, and they'd have to tell the other three as well. "That's an interesting story you tell," he murmured, keeping the eagerness for more information out of his voice, "Perhaps we may be inclined to take your offer."

Roxana watched the scene go by. She never saw a brazier that huge before. You could even cook a meal for a giant! Crowds of Reds gathered. Most of them was silhouette by the bright fire thus she can't see their appearances very well. Though she spotted a Torchic in the corner of her rainbow colored eye. She glanced at it. The black eye patch that covered one of his eyes made him different among the other Reds. She could see a permanent large scar that crossed around his face. It shows that he was once in a gruesome battle. He looked very familiar. Maybe he was one of the Pokemon she saw earlier fighting against the Blue? She couldn't recall. The terrifying tree climbing thing made her forget a few things that happened before. Not much, just a few.

She didn't want to take her eyes off the Reds yet but then before she could even feel a hint of satisfaction, an Eevee bumped on her and sent her tumbling down to the ground. Some dirt managed to get itself all the way up to her face. Her heart skipped a beat. Her eyes widened. No this wasn't supposed to happen, no this wasn't supposed to happen. She tried convincing herself that it would all be alright but it was no use, she couldn't believe in herself. She stared up to the Reds that was staring at them. She couldn't find a face that looked kind in the slightest. She opened her mouth to say something but end up saying nothing at all. Her fear was overcoming her. She was to scared to speak. She closed it and turned to Riley, who caused all of this in the first place, and Era, depending for them to speak for her.
"Look vat ve have here.." Spoke the Torchic with the eye patch. "A couple of, how you say? 'newcomers'"

----------

Pish posh? Nadia never heard a person said that before. It was kind of weird in her opinion. She continued along the flow of conversation. Every few times now and then, she looked into her cup that was still filled with tea. At the sixth time of looking at it, she decided to finally finish it. She gulped down the soothing tea. The tea made a trail of rich mild taste around her tongue. It wasn't quite warm anymore. She didn't mind it though. It was her fault anyways. She carefully place it down. Since it looks like the cup was made out of fragile glass, its best not to brake it apart.

Some help with a task? Luke thought it was some kind of a simple task around the organization like the same thing that popped into Celus' head. But as Evelyss progressed to explain, he now understood. So there were more Pokemon that wanted to end this terrible war. If they could find them, maybe the two teams might have a chance to end thing war. Then another thought crossed into his mind. If there are a group that wanted to end this, then the war should have ended by now. What if there were no chance after all? What if they're plan were to fail? He knew better than to think of any negative feelings. Everyone always says that by thinking positively everything will become positive. Well in this guild, not everything is. Almost all of the things happening in the guild is always negative. Realizing everybody in his team was deep in thought, he decided to speak up. "Yes, can you tell us more about these 'group' you speak of." He said, trying to urge Evelyss into telling more vital information.

Era & Riley & Celus

Era stared up at the strange Torchic, hardly able to make out his features because of the huge flame behinde him. She blinked many times to try and clear her vision, but in the end she had to avert her eyes and look at the Reds nearest to her, a group of Chimchar who did not look happy. She swallowed nervously, but cleared her throat to respond to the Torchic who appeared to be in charge, "We're sorry!" she said, keeping firm for the benefit of the other two, "We didn't mean to bother you! We were only passing through."

The Fire Types looked amongst themselves rather skeptically, as if they doubted the story, "Oh really?" the Torchic said, hopping down from his place above the crowd. The group parted to allow him through, all the other Fire Types giving a deep bow to their Leader as he passed by. The scarred Torchic stared Era down with a beady eye, and the Pikachu felt a chill go down her spine although she held his gaze and her posture remained firm as if to defy the menacing aura that he gave off. "Vell zen travellers, vat brought you here of all places?"

Riley stepped up when Era hestitated for a moment, determined to make up for getting them into this mess. "Well actually we thought we might be of some use here. We're jacks-of-all-trades as it were," he said to the Reds, catching their attention as he pulled out his deck of cards and beginning to shuffle them rapidly. "Entertainment, workers, translators, informants, we even make pretty good spies..." Riley's tone grew dark at the last word and he released the deck making all but one card vanish, he grabbed the card in his mouth and threw it into the grass on the side of the clearing, causing a startled cry to ring out. The Torchic nodded to a Charmander who rushed over to see what it was, and all were shocked to see that an unconcious Mudkip lay there, clearly having been spying on the Reds. Era looked at Riley in amazement as if to ask how he'd know that there was someone there, but Riley simply smiled mysteriously, saying nothing.

The Torchic looked at the three with a different sort of gleam in his eyes, this one seeming almost as though he were planning something. "Vell vell vell newcomers, you intrigue me," he turned to the mass of Reds with a sinister smile on his beak, "Comrades! Let us velcome our guests, yes?" The crowd burst into applause, some of the tension breaking, and both Era and Riley released sighs of evident relief.

----------

"Well, I'll do my best," Evelyss replied to Luke's request, her gaze thoughtful, "Truth be told no one knows very much about them, and all that we've gathered has been in bits and pieces." She nodded as if to agree with herself on something, "Righto! Well, they're an elusive bunch, but they tend to stick to the center, away from the borders of any territory," she nodded to a screen to their right where an electronic map taking up the space of the entire wall was representing what she said. "You can see that the Green base, where we are, is here"-the lower portion of the map shone green-"The Reds' is here"-the upper right hand corner glowed red-"And the Blues' is here"-the upper left hand corner glowed blue-"And that little clear spot in the middle is where they stay." A sizeable circle was in the exact center of the Villa, and Celus took note of the locations on the map to make certain they'd be able to keep their bearings, he hoped Luke and Nadia would do the same. "You'd be most likely to find them around dusk or nightfall, that's when they're most frequently seen." She stopped talking with a sigh and a smile, "And that's all we have I'm afraid."

"At least it's somewhere to start from," Celus said amicably, glancing down at his now empty tea cup. "What do you two think?" he asked Nadia and Luke, looking over at them.

Roxana couldn't move. She just froze there in the ground. Its not like the ground is comfy or anything, its just she was scared of what the Reds would do. I mean they just interrupted them in whatever they were doing with a giant brazier. She blinked a few times. She still couldn't move, but that doesn't mean she couldn't blink. Her six-tails lay still. Not even a flicker from either of them. She continued to stare at the crowd. Her gaze eventually followed at the Torchic with the scarred face. She was even more tense now that he approached them. At least he wasn't directly staring at her, but more at Era after she spoke. Her white ears then twitched as Riley made up some excuse. She was a bit used now to the card decks that the Eevee likes to play with. Now she wondered what he's earlier plan was. She shrugged it off for the moment, pretending what she assumed was right, and got back to current moment. Her eyes widened at the unexpected cry of alarm. As everybody's attention was turned to the source of the sound, she took advantage of it and struggled to get up, fighting back her frozen limbs. Then after that, she finally fixed her eyes on the source. Now she was really surprised. How in the world did Riley know there was a spy there? She blinked her beady eyes again as if thought that was all in her imagination. She turned to the Torchic as he welcomed the trio, now with a more warm voice. Her muscles finally fully relaxed. For a moment, she thought they were going to attack them or something judging by their looks but now, they were applauding them with appreciation. She then noticed how her tense and nervousness distracted her from realizing that a few, not much, Reds was staring at her, confused at her rainbow coloration. She forced a slight smile to hide the tiny pink cheeks that are starting to appear around her face.

She took a deep breath and opened her mouth, getting the courage to finally talk. She didn't want anyone to think of her badly from not talking at all while from the fall. "W-W-We're very glad t-that you accepted u-us." She said with much stutter. "No, no, it iz our pleasure, young fellow. Ve'll need all ze help ve could get especially from such talent." The scarred Torchic said. She took it as a compliment even though that magnificent trick was Riley's doing.

----

The two listened more to Evelyss' explanation even thought it was very much. It gave them a good start where to look but it didn't do much help with anything else. Nadia wondered how did the map could point by itself when the Chikorita was in the middle of her explanation. Well, it might because of all the improving technology going around here but it was still kind of strange. She shouldn't be paying attention to such little things and should be paying more attention at more important matters.

Luke sat there, thinking. Why would they be frequently seen at dusk or nightfall? It could maybe just because that the Greens, Reds, and Blues would be in deep sleep, but it could mean something else. There's no use of thinking something that is so obvious. He turned to Celus to answer his question. "I suggest if we are going to do this, we will be searching at night where they are often seen as Evelyss said." He said, but he actually knew that they were totally going to do the task. He's just trying to talk like if there wasn't any mission with a bloody letter from the start.

"I agree." The Poochyena said positively to encourage her teammate's suggestion. "If they were often seen in the night, then it would be easier for us to find them, right?" She turned to face the Lucario to reassure herself if she fully read his mind. He nodded in a small response.

{{Its magically defying my eyes xD;; Kidding, it looks great~}}

Era & Riley & Celus

Riley smiled easily at the applause that was being given to them, and even Era managed to smile a bit. She was grateful beyond words that they'd managed to get themselves out of that situation somehow; she'd honestly thought they were doomed for a few moments, even though they had Roxana with them. "Thank you," he murmured under her breath to Riley as the applause continued so that none of the Reds could hear, "I don't know what we could have done without you." She didn't know how he'd done it but the Eevee had quite possibly saved their lives.

Riley smiled at the appreciation, "No problem," he replied to her, a warm feeling of happiness spreading through him. It wasn't often that he got praise like this, and he admittedly liked it. That and the way Era had looked at him...his heart had felt like it could fly. He suddenly realized Ethfael wasn't around for once, so maybe... His train of thought was broken by the Torchic's comment to Roxana, and he looked up at the Red leader with intrigue. "You need help with something?" he asked curiously, "May I ask what with?"

The Torchic smiled wryly, "It iz zumsing zat requires a group of outsiders such as yourselves," he replied, turning to face the three of them, "Vat ve need is zomevon to do a job for us. It should not be so difficult for zose from outside of ze Villa, alzough for us it is very difficult." The leader beckoned them closer with one Talon, and Riley and Era came a bit closer, albeit somewhat reluctantly and presumably with Roxana following, and the Torchic continued to explain. "You see, zere is a group of Pokemon who live in ze middle of ze Villa. Zey are trying to get in ze vay of our vork and ve have been trying to stop zere sabotage for quite some time. Vat ve need is somevun to stop zem, and now zat ve have been lucky enough to find you, ve vould appreciate it if you vould do so." He looked at them with a smile, "And of course ve vill pay you very vell for your efforts."

Riley and Era exchanged a significant glance. Some group was interfering with the Reds' plans? That was probably they group that would have sent the letter; if they weren't Greens or Blues, they had to be peacemakers. Their eyes widened in surprise and Era nodded, giving Riley the go ahead to speak for them, "Well give us a location and we'll get on that," Riley said, "We should have any trouble taking care of a few miscreants." They could get their help to stop this madness perhaps, that was the goal after all.

"I vas hoping you vould say zat," the Torchic said, "If you head zat way you should reach it in no time if you go around the buildings." He pointed in the direction and nodded to them, "Unless you have any further questions you are dismissed." Era wondered briefly if this wasn't too easy; the Reds seemed way too willing to accept help from Pokemon they hardly knew. Then again, maybe they were just desperate; regardless it was just what they needed, so she wasn't about to complain.

----------

Celus nodded, "Well then, we'd best be heading out soon I think," he said, "I believe that dusk is drawing near; it was mid afternoon when we arrived here, and we've been here a while."

Evelyss nodded, "Yes the evening will be upon us soon," she reported, "If you're going to head out there is no time to lose!" She rapidly gathered the remains of their tea, returning it to the platter and looked them over seriously, "I'll summon Bacca to come back and retrieve you, he won't be long," she said, "I wish you the best. When you return come straight here, I'll see to it that no one gives you any trouble. Godspeed." With that, the peculiar Chikorita picked up the platter and walked back to the kitchen, pausing on the way back to murmur something into an intercom before looking back at them with a smile, and then leaving them alone.

Celus looked at the other two, "It looks like we've got our work cut out for us," he said simply before turning to head out the door. They walked back through the hallway of the guards, those within seeming to be a bit less wary of them now, and were let out into the hall. They were informed that Bacca would be with them shortly and they'd simply have to wait, so Celus stood patiently. They were finally making progress, and it was about time too.

{{OMAIGAWD I'M SO SORRY DARKYYY. My wi-fi died in the middle of the night, you know? When the chat was quiet even if a lot of people were there. I disappeared because for some reason, it died. So now I can't use my laptop until the wi-fi is fixed somehow. Then again, I have a feeling it will never be fixed. Anyways I'm going to use my mom's computer which is going to be shared with my family..and stuff...and..ohgod I miss my laptop and my privacy ; A; And I hate this stupid keyboard D: Its just soo mooshy and I have to click on the keys hard, which I don't usually do thus I miss a few letters now and then ; 3; Oh forget the keyboard, I hate everything there is to it in this dinky computer..but it'll have to do if I want access to the internet. Now, without wasting more of your time reading my ranting I'll just go write.}}

Roxana quietly listened to the Torchic. Now that she realized it, he never had properly introduced himself yet. She was assuming this whole time that he was the leader of the Reds when she never knew if she was right. But by how he act and how the other Red members always follow his orders, he is definitely the leader, no doubt about it. Aside from that, she also didn't know he's name. She opened her small mouth only to close it again before a word was released. It would be a bit of problem if she interrupted he's valuable explanation to their mission with her minor question, so she'll basically just wait until he finished.

A group of Pokemon that lives in the middle of the Villa? Or at least that's how she heard him said. It was sometimes difficult to tell some words with a distinct accent. But how could there be another group other then the Reds, Greens, and Blues? If he meant one of the said groups, he'd mentioned, but he didn't. The following sentence then cleared it up of how it isn't one of the three main groups in the war. Her eyes brightened up a bit. If there is a group other then the two teams who wanted to stop the war, then they do have a more chance on ending this current on going war. But what the Torchic wanted was to stop them. She wanted to stand up to him and defend the so called group but she thought better of it and kept quiet for the moment.

She was thinking of do the exact opposite of what he said secretly. Instead oh stopping them, they would help them. But ti would be bad to discuss it out in the open like this. Maybe they should discuss it when they're in the middle of their walk to the group's location. She slightly nodded to herself, agreeing with the plan. I mean, the Red's wouldn't follow them to make sure they stop them right? It's implausible. She glanced at Era and Riley. Maybe they have the same idea as her? Possibly, their first mission was the most important thing right now, stopping the war.

After the Torchic seemed to end their conversation, Roxana stopped him from walking away, if he was planning to leave them in the first place. "Umm, sir?" She spoke up. As how she planned to say in mid-conversation, she continued. "C-Can we know your name first?" She said with a tilted head. "If you must know, ze name iz Pietro my good lass." He said with a light smile stretched around his beak. Huh, that's a fine name, she thought. Quiet a common name, she'd prefer that more than, oh I don't know, maybe the name Bacca. She never met a person with the name Bacca before, but she will quite soon. Oh yes, quite soon indeed.

-------------------------

As that being said, Nadia looked out to he nearest window. Behind the clear glass was the bright orange sun slowly falling down. The sky turned to golden orange. The clouds turned to the color of....pink? Well if you think about, since the sun is orange-red-ish and the clouds are usually white, if you combine them like mixing two different paint colors, it would turn pink, kind of. The white moon started to become visible. its round white surface glow in the-soon-dark sky. Her ears pricked before bringing her back to the conversation. No time to lose? They pretty much have the whole night and the more days to come. Even if there is no limit on how many days they'll need to finish this mission or end the war, she felt there is a limited time. Like if they have 24 hours to complete their mission or something like that. She put the thought off her mind before she gets all paranoia.

"Thank you, Evelyss, for everything." Luke said before standing up. He agreed with Celus completely. All of this was quite and advantage for them. He was right after all of having some kind of advantage sooner or later. And that is now! "It is quite the relieve isn't it?" He said while following the Ivysaur out of the hallway.

Era & Riley & Celus

Era smiled back at the Torchic, surprised to see the gruff leader bearing such an expression on his face. Maybe he really did have a heart after all; she'd like to think so anyway, she hated the thought that any Pokemon was truly bad. "Thank you Pietro," she said to the Red leader with a nod, "We will return as soon as possible." With that the Pikachu turned toward the way that Pietro had pointed, and looked to Riley to take the lead. The Reds seemed to be under the impression that he was their Leader, so there was no need to break that illusion. The Eevee caught her drift immediately and headed into the grass first, leading them onward, and Era followed, making sure Roxana was behind her.

When they had safely traveled a bit of a distance away from where the Reds were, Riley let out a sigh of relief. "Wow, those guys were intense!" he said, with a laugh as they walked, his pace growing more leisurely, "Turns out they're not all bad though, who'd have thought?" He was pleased to be away from the groups again, it was rather stressful being amongst so many military societies, like everyone there was constantly ready for war. "So what's the plan Era?"

The Pikachu paused, considering the question as she stared up at the darkening sky. "Well, I'm not certain if the others are finished with the Greens yet," she said, "But they can't be much longer. If they don't find anything out then Celus would leave, but if they do find something out he would look for us and try to let us know." Era glanced forward through the grass, "Well, I guess we just keep going and see what happens. The place where we parted ways was somewhere around this direction so it can't hurt to head back that way. We'll either find the others or this group that Pietro was talking about."

"Sounds like a plan to me!" Riley said breezily, allowing her to come up beside him too, and Roxana as well if she was so inclined. They headed through the grass in an uncertain direction, weaving past building and through the grass and hoping to find some sign of one of the two things they were searching for.

----------

"Yes, I suppose," Celus replied, his serious gaze shifting to the Lucario, "It's good that we have a path to follow now, unlike before." The Ivysaur had many things on his mind, most specifically how they would be able to meet back with Era and the others. There was no excuse for heading to the Reds' territory if they had a guide, but at the same time, that was likely where they'd find them.

Soon a familiar voice met their ears, "'Ello mates!" Bacca's voice called from down the hallway. The Turtwig was headed toward them with a broad smile on his face, his pace an easy one. "So, how was your meeting with the boss?" he asked, eyes glinting with amusement, "I take it she treated you kindly?"

Celus nodded, "Yes, Evelyss was quite hospitable," he replied, "She requested that we bring-"

"Ah, yes, yes, I already know all that mate," Bacca replied, interrupting Celus' comment. He whispered, slightly conspicuously to the three, "That's top secret information alright, don't talk about it here, there's a good chap." He winked at them and turned to lead them out of the building. They passed all of the Pokemon filled rooms faster than they'd come in, and then, almost without warning, they were outside once more, the cool night air feeling quite pleasant on their faces. "Righto! Onward to the Neutral Territories!" Bacca said cheerfully, heading forward. Celus considered saying something but decided against it. They would address that problem when they were closer. Either that or maybe they'd get lucky and stumble across the others unintentionally.

Roxana stayed quiet through the few paces of lenght to get away from the Reds to get some privacy to discuss a plan as how she expected. She glanced at the both of them with a curious expression. Her rainbow-colored eyes catch the dark gleaming sky. Stars starting to shine down their shine down to their planet. "I-Its getting dark..." She mumbled to herself, she didn't meant to say it at either Era or Riley. She didn't acknowledge the Eevee's joking. She kept looking at the endless dark blue sky before looking down again to focus on hearing on what Era have to say about a plan.

Huh, the chances of two results might appear in the plan. Sounds fine for her. She had no objections on it since it was all they could do anyways. She turned her head restlessly before resting her gaze into the direction Era said the spot they parted was around here. She could see some of the grass was a bit bended. It was leaning aside meanwhile the other grass was standing tall and proud of its tall leafy self. It does proves that somebody walked through there earlier. That somebody might be them. It couldn't hurt to try, could it? She thought of something and was about to said it out loud at Era and Riley before having second thoughts. She rushed to their side and followed them through entering the uncertainty.

A few grasses tickled, brushed, etc, her fur. Rather than feeling any ticklish sensation, it was an itchy sensation instead. She really hate these grasses. She wanted so bad to raise her temperature highly and burn down all these grass but that would be so terrible to burn down a place that has such good hiding spots. She looked above her without stopping her pace to avoid losing Era and Riley. The sky was still clear. Only a few clouds passed by. Then she saw a glimpse of a twinkle. Some white light was twinkling above the sky. Without any signs of warning or anything, the twinkle released a trail of white light. Her eyes widened. Her rainbow irises turned to a small ball of speck. Her mouth gawked in surprise. She stood there staring at the sky. That was a shooting star! She closed her eyes and wished something. She believed in all of those wishing theories. Which explains why she is doing one now. "I wish that this war could end soon." She wished deep in her thought. She couldn't think any other wishes other than beautiful gift that she, herself, thought it was a terrible curse. But this was much more important than that.

Forgetting that Era and Riley have gone somewhere without her, she bolted through the grasses until she found the two not so far away from her than she thought they were.

----------------------------

Nadia shifter her head to the incoming Turtwig that was approaching them. His greeting sounded like the same cheerful Bacca they all know. Top secret? Really? She didn't think its top secret. No, not at all. Instead, she thought the opposite, she thought that everybody knew. If its top secret then only a few Pokemon in here knew it. They passed a lot of wandering Greens. She mostly saw them going around, going back and forth to carry whatever their jobs are. She even saw a Bulbasaur carrying around a weapon. A metal-coated weapon that is. She wondered why she seen a lot of the Reds, Blues, and Greens carry a weapon all the time. Aren't their power enough? Sure with all the type-weaknesses could be a bit problem but their powers are stronger than any man-made weapons they could ever built. That's only her opinion, but then again, a few weapons could sometimes overthrow one's power. But that's sometimes, not all the time.

As they passed a small amount of Greens more, Luke could see the dark sky engaging, ready for nightfall through the open entrance. The soft ground prickled his foot paw pads, but it isn't really a new thing. Lucarios don't wear shoes. The grass near the Green's base was so small compared to the tall grasses they went through earlier. It rustled about as a gust of wind flown by. The clouds hovered way above them as they were about to move onward to the peacemaker's place. As how Evelyss explained, it was in the middle of the Villa. How it could be easier if you could just fly up really high and see the whole Starter Villa. You'll bound to spot the center soon. And once again, none of them were Flying-type. How convenient everything could be if you have some wings. He sighed while Bacca suddenly burst out. And now they have a name for the peacemaker's place. Not quite helpful other than making sentences about it easier.

"I'm kinda afraid if we go to a wrong direction. We're supposed to go straight forward, right? What if we're not going straight without even noticing it?" Nadia said with an unsure expression stuck to her gray furry face. She always liked to kept her thoughts to herself but sometimes she just says it even if she doesn't want to just to get some sort of reassurance. Luke and Vincent are usually the two Pokemon that reassures her. Since only the Lucario is here, she was glad that at least one of them was with her.

He took a minute to think up something. Reassuring words doesn't just pop up like a pop-up book. "If we did head to the wrong direction as instructed, it will only burn time. No real harm done in doing a small mistake." He pointed out. Well for one, he was right. If they went to the wrong direction, they just need to find their way back to the straight route.

"Guess your right. Sorry for being a bit paranoid." She apologized sheepishly. Her tail swishing right and left nervously. She doesn't seem quite convinced yet, but she'll believe in what her team member says. Or at least, some of her team members. For your information, she does sometimes aware when she was paranoid or not.

"No need for apologies, lad!" Bacca answered. His beady eyes looked at the Poochyena for a moment before glancing at all the three of them. "Now without anymore distractions, shall we?" He said. He turned his body and headed forward as how he intended to do in the first place. He led the trio without giving any of them to say any comments or anything.

Era & Riley & Celus

Era lead the group through the darkening grasses, beginning to worry now that there wasn't any real light. Luckily she still had her Volt Globe which hung around her neck and glistened brightly against her fur from the electricity that crackled within it. She looked around with concern, unable to tell if they were headed the right way. Looking up into the sky, she located the North Star, finding it to be directly to their right. The direction Pietro had pointed had been southwest, she knew thanks to the setting sun's light that had come from that direction, so that meant they had to go south more. "We need to head to the left a bit," Era whispered, feeling almost afraid to disturb the silence. She lead them down a leftward path of grass leading between the buildings and they arrived in a clearing.

Era blinked with surprise as she realized that the clearing they were in was the same one they had seen the Reds and Blues fighting in earlier. It had to be the same place; there were scorch marks everywhere and blood still stained parts of the grass. Fortunately it seemed that both sides had taken their dead and wounded back with them, but still, it was an unsettling sight to say the least. Riley looked around, his eyes wide with surprise. "We're back here again? Wow, that was fast."

"Well, this time we knew where we were going," Era replied, although she was a little uncertain; it had been pretty fast. "But if we keep heading straight across this field we should get to where we're headed sooner or later." They did as she said, heading into even more grasses, and when they finally reached the next break in the grass they found it a little different. This was a clearing with no buildings, but instead the remains of what used to be a statue. It was so whithered down that it was impossible to tell what it could have been. Looking around, Era voiced the question they were all wondering. "Is this it?"

----------

Celus glanced around through the night quite curiously. Nadia had reason to be uncertain of their direction, what with all this tall grass it was a wonder that they weren't lost already. Bacca seemed to know his way around the Villa quite well, but when it was dark it was a whole different story. You can't easily distinguish landmarks in the dark, and this place was like a maze with all the abnormally large grass. "Are you certain you know where we're going?" he asked Bacca.

"Of course mate, don't I always?" Bacca replied cheerfully, leaving Celus less than reassured. Contrary to what he might have thought though, they arrived in a peculiar rounded clearing after a great deal of walking to find the remnants of a large statue there. Celus was mildly surprised to see something like that, but said nothing. "Right then mates, you're in the center of the Villa," he announced, "If you'll find them anywhere it'll be here. They won't show up if I'm around, so I'll head off for now. Come back straight away once you've finished." He smiled and nodded to them before turning and heading back into the grass.

"That was close!" came a familiar voice, and Celus turned his head to see Era and Riley step out from from behind the fountain, hopefully with Roxana too. "That guy would have seen us if we hadn't heard you guys and hid fast enough." He smiled, "So, I guess you heard the news about the Pokemon here then?"

Roxana followed the two obediently. Her head was dipped down, looking nothing but the ground. It hardly looks like a ground anymore. More like a dark black void of nothingness. Even if it looks like that way, she could still feel the earthy dirt beneath her paw pads. Its just so dark. Its already hard trying to get through the grass while the sun is still up but in the dark?

Soon she found herself to a halt. She looked up to why did Era and Riley stopped. She turned her head to every direction. The tall grasses was dyed with a somber red coloring, blood. This must be the place they watched the Reds and the Blues fight each other. At least there isn't any corpse left. She shuddered at the thought of having to see a dead lying corpse all over the ground. She turned to Riley. As she looked at the path they just took to get here, the Eevee was right, it was faster than before. She glanced at Era and thought that she was also right. Maybe its the path that's different? The first time they got here is after they arrived at Starter Villa which and this second time is from the Red's clearing. That means that the clearing is just closer to this very spot than from the entrance.

After agreeing to her answer too, she followed Era and Riley once again. In no time, they arrived at another clearing without any buildings. Everything was too quiet. The only thing noticeable in here is the remaining cracked stones of what looks like a statue that shattered maybe years ago. She could hear the wind whistle with the many silence. Its starting to get creepy for her. She moved closer to the two and kept looking at her surroundings for any signs of life.

--------------

Everybody walked deeper into the grass. It was so dark, it seems like it could be darker than oblivion itself. Nadia moved her head left to right. She could still see the large grasses that surrounds her. This grass thing is starting to irritate her. Why don't somebody just cut all this effing stuff? She thought as if that nobody isn't so busy with all the war and stuff. But she knew that all along. She's just grumbling about how annoying these grass is.

Luke started to think that Bacca's behavior is kind of creepy. Being cheerful all the time isn't good. But being sad all the time isn't good either. You just need to balance the two. Which is quite the challenge for being in a guild that bad things happens more than good things.

After struggling through the grass, they arrived at a clearing. In the middle of the clearing is where a statue used to stood proudly but now is lying down in the ground in sorrow. Nadia scanned the area. Her ears pricked at the sound of rustling but when she tried to focus on the sound, there was nothing, just silence. Her attention turned to the Turtwig who said he was leaving. Finally, some privacy. She felt kinda relieve that he wasn't going to be around them again for a while. Now they could speak freely of anything they wanted to..kinda.

From the look of the Lucario's face. He knew something. He sensed another aura other than Nadia's, Celus', and Bacca's. A familiar aura actually. But he kept quiet of it and let them show themselves first. Then, as he expected it, out came Era and Riley. Wait, where's Roxana? "Hello Era, Riley. And you are correct, we did." He said with a relaxed tone. "By any chances, do you know where Roxana is?" He asked curiously. He wasn't supposed to say 'by any chance' because they all know that Roxana was with them two all this time.

Nadia tilted her head in the direction of the Lucario. "I'll go find her, wait here." She ordered before walking out of the group and into the grasses. Not even a minute passed and she already spotted the Vulpix. "Roxana! There you are." She exclaimed before approaching her closer. "Roxana? Hello? What's wrong?" She asked, waving a paw in front of the stiff Pokemon.

It took Roxana a few moments to collect her bearings and answered. "T-That." She gestured a paw shakily.

The Poochyena glanced at the direction of where she's pointing and her eyes grew wide. "Uh..guys..? Guys!" She exclaimed as hard as she could while she is still in the process of flinching. "Come here!" Not long the others arrived at their side and she directed their attention to what she and Roxana was fearing. A trail of blood, fresh blood. A few grass was still parting from whoever parted them. In their wake followed a bright red crimson blood all over the place. The blood was quite a lot. It was surprising that the person didn't collapse already from so much blood loss.

Era & Riley & Celus

"Roxana?" Era said with confusion, looking about with concern, "She was with us just a moment ago." The Pikachu frowned, looking puzzled even as Nadia went off to look for her. She had been doing her best to avoid leaving Roxana behind, the Vulpix was so quiet as they traveled though, and the visibility so low, that it had been difficult. Still she knew Roxana had been right there only moments before, but now she was gone. Era sighed, she really only wanted to keep watch over the group, it made her nervous that she had somehow managed to lose track of Roxana.

Celus came over to her and Riley, pleased to have the rest of his Team back again. "We visited the Green base," he reported to her, catching Era up one what they'd done, "They're strange little creatures, that's for certain, always cheerful and eternally optimistic. It turns out that they're the most peaceful of the three groups, although they have a rather complex spying system. We met with their leader and she told us to come here and find a group of Pokemon here that wanted to end the war. The Turtwig who was with is was the same one who we ran into in the grass, he was our guide, apparently pretty high up in their ranks as well. At any rate, that's what we know."

Era nodded, her thoughts still mostly on Roxana, but she knew this needed her attention just as much. "We found the Reds, although I'm not so sure the place we found them was their home base," she told Celus, "Anyway, we managed to pass off as hired mercenaries and scouts. Their leader told us to finish this group off and report back to him when we finished." How strange that two of the fighting groups could be so different. The trio was pondering this when they heard Nadia's cry and all of them came hurriedly to where she and Roxana were.

"What's going..." Era began to say before cutting off abruptly, spotting what it was that had instilled the terror on their faces. Riley's eyes widened and Celus' eyes narrowed; there had been someone here who was losing excessive amounts of blood and it wasn't all that long ago.

Riley looked about at the group, "If the Pokemon who was loosing all this blood is still around here we should find them," he said gravely, "No matter who they are we should try and help them out...if we can." Even though they all hoped otherwise, it was pretty obvious that it had to be one of the peaceful group, it wouldn't make sense for any battles to have been fought nearby or a Red, Blue, or Green to have been harmed around here since it was neutral zone, which must mean that the person bleeding heavily here was trying to get home, and that home must be close by. The Eevee jumped up front heading cautiously through the grass and keeping a close eye on the dripping blood. He was determined that they find the victim. Exchanging a glance, Era and Celus followed, indicating that Team Darkstar should come too.

They traveled for a while, Riley having to pause every now and then where two blood trails collided and figure out which one to follow. The wounded Pokemon must have wandered around for quite some time out here, menaing no one had helped him or her. At last they came to a building that had a small crack in the side. Riley found that this was where the blood stopped abruptly, the trail disappearing without a trace. "It just stops here you guys!" he said softly, staring in through the crack curiously. "There's no way in though."

Celus stopped beside the crack, cocking his head slightly as he did so, "Listen," he whispered, "You can hear voices." Era and Riley both went silent, straining their ears to hear what Celus could, and to their surprise, found that he was right.

"Good thing we found 'im when we did mate, 'e's in awful shape."

"I should say, he's in a right terrible state. Poor dear, he never really had a chance when they attacked him like that."

"Hush now, ve don't vant to vake him, it's better to let him sleep."

Era's eyes widened with surprise, Pokemon of all three groups were in there, you could tell by their dialects, which could mean only one thing. "We found them!" she whispered with excitement to the others, "We just have to get in there!"

Nadia turned her head to Riley with a shudder. Every fur on her body seemed to stand up stiffly. The person who lost all this blood must be in much pain right now. She could barely imagine how deep the would would look like. She nodded to show everybody she agreed. Her mouth is unable to make a sound at the moment. She clawed the ground to relax her muscles a bit. She hates it when her body tensed when she sees something frightening. And that path of blood is frightening. She looked down to the ground. She made a hole from her clawing. She stopped and dropped her gaze at Roxana. She's must be in the same condition as she is. As the group started to move out, she stayed behind, making sure that Roxana moves as well. "Let's go." She whispered to the Vulpix, encouraging her to move.

Luke walked in a saunter in the middle of the two teams. He had to look back every now and then, concerned at the two quadrupedals in the back. Like if there's going to be a random Pokemon that popped out of nowhere and ambushed them. His pace slowed down quite slightly. His white useless eyes blinked. He felt a faint aura, a different aura. An unfamiliar one. But he can't see any other auras other than the team's. "Must be my imagination.." He thought before shrugging it off. As time passed, they finally found the end of the trail. It just stopped so suddenly. Not even a speck left after the large trail ended. But it led them to a building of some sort. The most noticeable thing in the building is the small crack that stretched at the far side of it. He sensed that same aura again, but now with more auras surrounding it. He turned his head to Celus' direction in reaction. As how he was told to do by him, he listened closely. Everybody followed also. Silence came by and only the rustling of grass could be heard. But then what he said was right, there was voices.

"Should we 'et help or sumethin'?"

"Vho are ve going to get help vrom? Ve can't get help from ze Reds, Blues, or ze Greens!"

"He, is right. Why there's not much we could do...I feel bad for him."

Nadia glanced at Era after the voice faded. "But how are we going to get in there first? We can't just barge in there!" She pointed out. Its just, odd, for a group of Pokemon outside of the Villa to randomly appear and then telling them that they could help. It sounded like they've been spying on them, isn't that just creepy?

Era & Riley & Celus

Era frowned at Nadia's point realizing the Poochyena was right, they couldn't just go in, but they could help the group if they got in there, somehow, someway they needed to get in to help. "We can't just stand here!" she replied, looking towards the crack. They couldn't even see through to the voices, let alone get in themselves, but they had to be able to get in there. "D-Do you think we could talk to them, and have them show us the way in?" The Pikachu's instincts to help others were overacting right now; the sight of all the blood concerned her a great deal. She hated death, and if it could be prevented that was the most important thing to deal wth right now.

Celus looked around warily with his large red eyes, searching for any sign of spies or from the other groups. "There's no one here but us and them," Riley said, causing Celus to look at him in surprise. "Luke would agree with me," the Eevee said with a wink, "What we have to focus on is figuring out a way to get in there."

"'Ello mates, what've we got here?" came a voice from behind them, causing Era and Riley to jump. They turned around to find a Mudkip looking at them warily, a Cyndaquil beside him, back alit with flames. "I guess we did here voices out here." The Cyndaquil was bristled as if ready for a fight, but the Mudkip put a paw up to stop the Fire Type, looking at them curiously, "But you blokes aren't from around here now are ya?"

The Cyndaquil grimaced, staring them down with more hostility than curiosity in her eyes. "Ve don't have time for zis," she said to the Mudkip, "Outsiders or not, zey most likely were sent to cause us trouble. Zey have a Green and Red in zere ranks, most likely zey've been corrupted already."

"On the contrary," Celus said, causing both pairs of eyes to lock on him, "We want nothing to do with any of the groups here. We're from the Guilds." He paused to allow that to sink in, watching both of their attitudes change to one of shock before he continued, "We recently recieved a letter that was covered in blood. The police were uncertain of the situation that was going on so they handed it over to the Guild." He gestured to Era who removed the letter from the bag and offered it to the two of them, "Teams MistMelody and Darkstar at your service."

The Cyndaquil took the letter, the flames on her back lessening in intensity so that she wouldn't accidentally burn the paper. Both she and the Mudkip opened it, a look of complete astonishment on her face and one of mild surprise on his. "Zis is..." the Cyndaquil said, "Zis is his-Zis is Luciano's writing!" She turned to look at those from the Guild uncertainly, "You came to help us?"

Riley nodded, "Yeah, we've been looking all over for who it was that sent that letter," he told them, "We walked in here and immediately got attacked, and things pretty much went downhill from there. We found out lots about the Greens and Reds, but the Blues just tried to chase us off because of Celus and Roxana. We've been all over the place to find you, and needless to say, we've found out how bad of shape this place is really in."

The Mudkip glanced about to see if there was anyone around and then gestured to them, "Oi, follow me," he said. The trio from MistMelody looked at each other for a moment and then nodded in agreement, heading after the Mudkip and the Cyndaquil. The pair led them into the grass and down a hidden hole. They headed through it and emerged in a large center room lit by torches. A Chikorita was standing by a Charmander, who was bandaged tightly, his bandages bloody. "We brought guests!" the Mudkip announced, smiling broadly.

The Chikorita turned around, and Celus noticed that she looked oddly similar to Evelyss. "Who are they?" she asked, looking at the group with a wary gaze, just like the others.

"Friends," the Cydaquil replied, holding out the letter to the Chikorita, "Zey came vith Luciano's letter."

The Chikorita's eyes widened with surprise. "You came?" she said in disbelief, "Oh, thank Arceus you came."
