Having just passed through the gates with Rika, Ikumen burst through the door happily. "Oji-sama, I finished my mission, yosh!!!!" Qastor jumped up with a bright smile and a thumbs up to both Ikumen and Rika. "Excellent Young Ones!!!" Qastor hopped over the desk quickly and whipped out a scroll and two vests,"Congratulations, I am promoting you both to Chuunin! And!!!!" Qastor paused for dramatic effect. "You two are going on your first B Ranked mission as Chuunin with Haruka-sama to a foreign country known as Kusagakure!" Ikumens eyes lit up as he spun around,"The Grass Village, oh boy!" Haruka stepped up off the couch and walked forwards smiling as she slapped Ikumen half way across the room,"You should be composed for your missions!!!" Interestingly enough, discipline with a smile.

Rika grinned, exhausted and completely out of energy as she stepped into the open door to the Mizukage's office. But she sobered instantly as she looked at the worn look upon her leader's face, bowing low before him. "Lord Mizukage, I apologize for my brash actions. " But that look on his face instantly turned to a smile, reassuring her. She was even promoted to a Chuunin and was going on a real mission with Ikumen.
Then she froze, seeing Haruka in the corner of the room. She didn't even see her upon arrival to the office, fighting her urge to step away from her. "Lady Yamada, it's an honor to accompany you on a mission." She bowed before the Sannin and then straightened, narrowing her eyes to the Mizukage. "This mission...it isn't a B-Ranked for nothing, what might we possibly run into?"

"I swear! I'm only a teenager, barely an adult and these two about made me tired! All these battles are getting to me." Kirin abruptly announced with a wide smile upon seeing Qastor, his eyes closed as he leaned upon the doorway with his snowy samurai garb still intact as it was last time he fought. "Though; I didn't mind having Ikumen and Rika come to my village, but I would have loved a warning!" Kirin chuckled lightly as he kept his cool gaze fixed on everybody in the room, gently, but still intimidating enough.

"Oh its just a treaty, I dont know much about the territory though, I want you to address that business in the dojo earlier you spoke to me about also. Haruka can explain!" He was babbling freely as Haruka patted the young childrens backs and pushed them kindly out of the room,"You have time to train, Ill have us head out in a day."
Qastor perked up slightly after going back to his papers as he heard a voice, Kirin Tatsuka! "And Im older than dirt and I can play around with them all day, their like pups just give em a chew toy and their fine, haha! I didnt really have a choice, they both kind of hopped off before I could speak, kids eh?"

"Heh. Damn right. But, you're a legend, they live forever and never lose finesse." Kirin said, smirking as he strode over to Qastor and held out his hand to his mentor. "I've been wondering about you sempai. How are you doing?" He questioned with a gentle and wondering tone, as if he was actually intent on knowing what was wrong.And he was, he was worried.

Rika nodded and stepped out of the office, looking at Ikumen. "Well, what now? We've got some more time to train, and I'm rather liking this vest." She put it on over her kimono, enjoying the feel of it. Then it hit her that she had forgotten to ask Lady Hakuka about the summoning scroll. "Oh jeez...a full day to train and I don't even get to learn to summon. What a drag." She pulled the mask above her head, looking to Ikumen. "Hey, how about we go get something to eat before we train?"

"Oh boy! That sounds awesome Rika-chan. Lead the way!" Ikumen was actually a little tired despite the fact he was full of energy he wasnt so eager to just train again yet, he needed to get some energy in the tank
[Exit with Rika]
Qastor frowned slightly,"Legends can fade Kirin, thats what makes them legends. Being able to live through word of mouth alone..." Qastor smiled a bit as he listened to Kirin,"Well, I dont know how long Im gonna be around. I used up a lot of cell regeneration when we fought Tenichi, and I lost my right eye. You know, I have spent the last two years rebuilding everything that was destroyed just so someone I trusted could take my place? It feels like giving up... but Ive come to terms with it. I dont show it or feel it really all that much, but I think Im slipping away a bit more everyday... That is why when Ikumen returns, Im going to tell him I am stepping down for him. Its too early, I know... But, I cant teach him anymore the way things are going, I wish he could have been better prepared." Qastor looked up at the ceiling as he kept a dull look on his face,"It cant be helped though, I still believe true to what I told you then... That boy is the key to destroying evil in this world, and bringing about a really true peace to this place. I just... I just know it!" Qastor demanded rather than stated with quite conviction as he slapped his free fist down relatively hard on the desk.

"Qastor..." Kirin placed a hand on his mentors shoulder and sighed, a tear welling up into his eyes. "I'm gonna hate to see you leave. I came here to check up and see how you were doing. And to thank you for helping me when I needed it the most. And, if there's anything you need me to do, I can." Kirin said as he gently put his hand away and walked towards the window; looking out at the Mist Village and the two Geninn, Ikumen and Rika, walking together and chatting.

"I have done all I can, Im not sure what else could need to be done. Just..." Qastor paused for a moment as he spoke, the two had their backs to each other. "Just watch over Ikumen-kun, from afar... He is young and he might not always make the right decision until he learns, but at the same time he cant have anyone over his shoulders. He has to maintain confident in order to form judgements properly and mold himself as a shinobi, he cant be babied and he cant be let loose. He needs to be advised only when he truly is heading down the wrong path, if he is stopped at the right time, not too soon or too late... the boy will listen." Qastor turned his chair at this moment to look at Kirin,"I believe you are the only person I have left to trust with that kind of responsibility. To mold a leader, without even being in his presence. That said Im not telling you that you shouldnt visit him every once in a while, Ikumen is eager, but he enjoys company. He has trouble with being all alone sometimes, he has friends in the village though, and his mother." Qastor bit his lip as he spoke the last warning he had for Kirin,"I fear the worst for the boy if he is left in solitude... Loneliness makes people change, we saw such with Tenichi... Something like that..." Qastor sighed slowly,"It cant happen again..."

Walking through the hallways, Prince finally reaches the Mizukage's door before knocking on the door. He quickly drops his lit blunt on the ground before crushing it with his feet and begins to open the door.
'Here we go...' Cough. 'I just want to listen to some music...'

The Prince casually walks into the office then looks at the Mizukage with a rather lazy look.
"Yea... Koushaku Hatake... but most just call me Prince. I was told to report here from the academy. I guess I'm looking for something to do that will meet my standards as such... I'm I gonna get a mission or somethin?
Prince fidgets with his fingers as electricity sparks up...

Ichiro Mikami  After finishing his training, Ichiro decided to give the Mizukage a visit to report his training progress. He walked along the hallways of the building and eventually arrived outside the door of Mizukage’s office. Seeing that door was left open, Ichi took a peek to see what was going on and saw another shinobi talking to the Mizukage about something. he looks weird....perhaps he's another rookie, though I dont think I've seen him anywhere around the academy before…. hmm, he's tall and muscular but, I bet I could take him down in an instant. Ichi confidently thought to himself while giving a somewhat arrogant glance towards the shinobi that the mizukage was talking to while he waited outside for his turn to speak at the Kage.

Glancing outside, the Prince turned around sensing a shinobi outside of the room. After making a quick analysis of the kid, the Prince pulled another blunt out of his hands and start to flip it between his fingers.
'Sigh... another shinobi... but he seems like no trouble... Though I am slightly antsy to get in my first battle since graduating.'
The sparks of electricity lit the blunt and the Prince quickly blew it out as he thought this.

Ichiro Mikami As Ichi glanced towards the man inside the Mizukage's office, he saw him taking out something and lighting it up using maybe some kind of lightning release. Eeekkk, Electricity, one of the things that I hate the most... *Shivers* No wonder I didn’t like the feel of this person at all…. Not even one bit. Ichi thought to himself as he just simply leaned his back against the wall, closed his eyes waiting for the odd man and the Mizukage’s conversation to end.
