Finding herself longing for Mimoko's soft touch Kimil twitched as the servant turned from her. A soft bleating of a baby fawn reached Kimil’s ears. Having gotten up to aid Mimoko should her vassal require it Kimil looked over Mimoko’s shoulder at the fawn not certain what to make of it. It resembled edible meat in her own homeland, yet it’s colors were different. “That seems a bit young to be a treat.” Rustling further out made Kimil step back wondering if the mother to young was coming back to fetch it.
(Honestly I had nothing. Kimi only heard a sound. She has no idea what it was. And being unfamiliar with the outerworld I was basicly giving you free range to do whatever you wanted. Bear, bunny, whatever you felt like tossing in.)

(( So you want a bear attack? You get one! First Taiat, now Kimil ))
Mimoko turned to smile reassuringly at her mistress, however when a large roar from the right rang out the vixen nearly squeaked. A bear was approaching the two, either hungry or deranged. Either way, Mimoko crouched to the ground. Run, she needed to run. No. No never! Kimil needed her, and Mimoko was loyal! She ran forward, shoving Kimil into a brush.
"I'm sorry, Kimil!" Mimoko called out, worried she was hurt. The sleddog stood in-front of Kimil, ears falling against her head, a savage snarl escaping her.

(( o3o Kimil is unfamiliar with this land’s fauna so she has no clue as to what is about and what’s dangerous.)) Gazing down at the small life before them Kimil couldn’t help but smile softly. A deafening roar shattered the piece and the next thing Kimil knew she had been shoved into the brush by her servant. Clenching her wings close to her Kimil rolled over wincing as sticks drove themselves into her side. A snarl formed on her lips out of pain. Looking up she saw Mimoko snarling at a large hairy beast. What did Mimoko hope to accomplish? To scare the beast away? Kimil was bigger than her so would it not make more sense to have her drive the creature off? Mimoko couldn’t even fly away if the thing attacked her. Heart in her mouth Kimil struggled with the bushes to escape them to help her servant. “WHAT ARE YOU DOING MIMOKO!?! RUN!”

(( Well Mimoko is very... determined to say the least. ))
She turned around, snarl cut off and distracted. "No! My duty is to serve and protect you!" She said back, defiant for once. "And not only that, but I want to!" She turned around just in time to see a paw whip out at her, eyes widening and yelping loudly as it made contact with her side. She snarled viciously, darting under the arm and biting into the soft underbelly, however yelped once more when the bear tossed her to the side. Once again, she rose when the bear seemed to spot Kimil, snarl once again low in her throat as she forced herself to run in between the two, the hair on her back raised, ears pulled back, and body hunkered down.
However, the last swipe didn't use claws. The bear hit her with the pad of its paw, causing a low growl to escape as she collapsed, blacked out. The sled-dog stayed on the ground, unable to move.

(that she is. LOL Nasai’s picture fits like always. ^.^ she’s good.) What good is serving and protecting if you die and leave me all alone? Kimi couldn’t say this sentence out loud. It logged itself in her throat and refused to move. Wrenching herself free from the bushed with a gasp Kimil looked up only to see the bear coming after her and Mimoko, her Mimoko, get struck by the beast. The bear turned its gaze to her and Kimil much to her own horror was frozen in fear. The bear came after her and the only thing that saved her was Mimoko’s selfless act of defending her master and being knocked out. Ignoring her own chance to flee as it never occurred to her to leave Mimoko behind Kimil rushed to Mimoko. Rather than stopping though Kimil scooped up the unconscious Mimoko with her front paws and kicked off hard with her back ones. Her wings crying out in pain flapped hard as Kimil’s own eyes filled with tears when she felt a sting of claws drag down her tail. Nearly dropping Mimoko in the water as she tried to escape Kimil wrapped her back legs about Mimoko and kept flapping awkwardly as fast as she could only praying to the modeities that the fox in her grasp wasn’t dead.
(Hello exceedingly awkward flying that is going to not be fun to land.. much less go back and get Kimil’s clothes.. )

Mimoko woke up when they were in the sky, eyes fluttering open in pain. Where was she? Did she die? She was flying! She must have died! No wait.... a wet drop hit her muzzle, head raising to spot wet hair. Blearily, she shook her head, head leaning back slightly. Kimil? It smelled like her.
"Kimil?" She croaked, voice low and gravelly. Had Kimil rescued them? Why did she smell blood? Was it her own or Kimil's? Had she failed her duty? Was she a failure to her mistress?

Laboring Kimil barely heard Mimoko. Her flight was not as smooth as it should be due to her wings complaining about the abuse they endured in the bushes. “Yes. It is me Mimoko. I ah” A jerk in her flight made Kimil drop down lower. “I need to land. I did not take off well and it is hard to carry you as I am. If I drop you on a bush will you be ok?” Kimil really didn’t want to let go of Mimoko at all but she knew the others vixen’s chances of a less dramatic crash landing would be better in a bush than under Kimil. Besides with Mimoko down safely then Kimil could land and they could tend to their wounds.

"You may drop me, miss." He wounds were distracting her from her obligation to not call Kimil miss, instead she just wanted to curl up beside Kimil, tend to the 'Phim's wounds, and sleep. Sleep for a long time. She didn't care if she was dropped, even if it hurt it was okay. Anything to get her closer to helping her mistress. Anything to curl up and go quiet. Anything to just stop feeling the wind relentlessly pulling at her wounds on her sides. Those would leave some nasty scars, that was for sure.

Not having the breath to waste on a response Kimil grunted and kept her eye out for a soft looking bush. After several heartbeats she spotted one that would serve her purposes. “Careful!” Dropping even lower Kimil let Mimoko go so she would land in the bush. Unable to gain enough height to find a better spot to land Kimil dropped into a roll and simply rolled to a stop with her wings curled up tightly around her taking the damage for her. Thankfully she was lucky enough not to roll into a tree or bush. She only hit one or two exposed roots which would leave bruises and cuts but no broken bones. She lost conciseness wondering if Mimoko was alright.

Mimoko fell, landing on her bad side and whining. However she smelled Kimil nearby, lifting herself and padding over to where she smelled the 'Phim, rather limping. When she spotted Kimil she blinked, wearily rolling her over and spotting her wounds. Mimoko needed to do work, cleaning her wounds and limping off. She spent a long, long time, returning a hour or two later with Kimil's armor. The bear had left when she returned, vanished, and she had spent longer dragging the armor back. It was muddy, her fault, but she was to weak to pick it out of the mud.
She plopped it down, collapsed near Kimil (but not touching her, that'd be rude), and blacked out.

A few hours later Kimil’s consciousness started to flitter back into being. She took a gasp of air in and her eyes snapped open. She was sore, but alive. Mimoko? Where was Mimoko? Groaning she turned her head and blinked. There were a pile of what appeared to be her clothes. They were all muddy though. It didn’t make sense. Those should be at the river. Just beyond the heap was a familiar patch of fur. Raising her head Kimil nearly passed out again. With relief rather than pain thankfully. Mimoko was there and it seemed like she was breathing. Crawling on her belly Kimil went over to Mimoko and looked the other vixen over. Mimoko seemed worse for the wear but not fatally injured. Staying close Kimil spread a wing over Mimoko and fell asleep once more.

Mimoko awoke hours later, feeling a little better. Something was on her, almost causing her to panic until she saw Kimil had her wing on her. Her aching body hurt as she stood up and slipped from Kimil. She was Kimil's servant, she needed to fix everything for her, even if she was feeling hurt. Mimoko had to clean her armor.
Mimoko began to grab leaves and rub off the armor, back legs wrapping around the armor to keep it still and close to her. Her ears were down against her head, tail uncurled slightly and low. She glanced over at Kimil, and when she finished cleaning she limped off to find longer leaves. She returned half an hour later, waiting for Kimil to wake to dress her wounds. She began to clean the area, making a bed for her mistress. Kimil would need somewhere to relax until she healed.

Cold. Why am I cold? Kimil’s eyes opened a fraction of an inch before snapping shut again. It was far too bright. Turing her head she realized how stiff she felt. Forcing herself to open her eyes Kimil took a moment to accommodate herself in the twilight.. or was it morning? She wasn’t really sure anymore. Looking under a now empty wing she frowned at the space. Where was Mimoko? She was sure she has fallen asleep next to the vixen to keep the other warm. Lifting her head she looked about and was surprised. Mimoko was there, along with a bed and her clothes. “Mimoko are you ok? Where did those come from?” Kimil looked at her cloths. “When did you?” Kimil looked at the bed, then to her clothes and then to Mimoko. Hadn’t Mimoko been hurt? She shouldn’t be doing things if she were injured.

She turned to see Kimil, blinking at her wearily before shaking her head. "I went back to get it." She answered, looking back at the bed she was making. "When you were asleep. I'm making a spot for you to lie down in." She looked over at the 'Phim, limping closer and flopping down.
"Is that good?" She asked, loyally looking at Kimil and smiling, tail wiggling. She smiled up at Kimil, happy she was safe and okay.

“Oh I see.” Kimil was surprised and happy that Mimoko was ok, at least until she saw the other vixen limping. “Mimoko go lay down on that bed this instant! I don’t want you to hurt yourself further. I am capable of heading there.” Forcing herself up to her feet Kimil walked over toward the bed and flopped down on it. Thankfully Mimoko had made it rather large. “You did well but you should not hurt yourself. I would be displeased if you did.”
