No one has ever deleted my files before.. I choose not to let anyone other than a family member play my games.. However, I was playing Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, and I was in the court. I was running out of !s, so I saved my game. The saving was still in progress when I thought to myself that I didn't need to save because I had previously saved a file with more !s. So I turned it off immediately. Then I turned it back on and my file for that episode had been corrupted. x-x;;

Can't say I've ever had that happen before, as far back as I can recall in my memory. I do remember that I had to restart a game and I saved over the old file. It was FFX and I screwed myself over since the beginning because I was selling the items needed to get Anima without realizing it. Oops. 60 hours of gameplay for nothing.

I've done it to, umm, myself before. I save multiple files for games that have neat cutscenes and sometimes I end up saving over my current game.

My brother was upset at me for accidentaly deleting something on his Prince of Persia game, so he deleted all my files. I mean everything was gone. My Final Fantasies, DDR, KH, Soul Calibur, etc. I got in trouble for threatening him with, I believe, a baseball bat.

Souless_Abyss My brother was upset at me for accidentaly deleting something on his Prince of Persia game, so he deleted all my files. I mean everything was gone. My Final Fantasies, DDR, KH, Soul Calibur, etc. I got in trouble for threatening him with, I believe, a baseball bat. If that happened to me, I wouldn't get in trouble for threatening him with a baseball bat. I'd get in trouble for punching his face in. biggrin As for me, I've never had any of my files deleted by a family member or friend. I've taught my brother how to save properly if he wants to play one of my games. However, there was this one time where Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones decided to delete all of it's files on it's own. But then they suddenly re-appeared a couple weeks later. o_O; EDIT: Oh yeah, and another time I booted up Final Fantasy VII and nearly had a heart attack when I saw that all the files where GONE. But I restarted it and they came back. ...That was when I decided that we needed a new memory card. x3

My two nephews were over and they played on my gamecube 24/7 and I took my memory card away and they kept on complaining but I refused....and I accidentally deleted one of my files on a Bugs Life for Playstation, I reached the very last level and deleted it....I was soooooo mad and I gave up, never played it again stressed

I have this little cousin...well he's not a cute little cousin. He's an evil little devil. When his brother was saving his data, you know when the screen says "DO NOT PULL OUT MEMORY CARD OR TURN OFF CONSLE", he pulls out the memory card and all of his brother's data became corrupted. And he did it on purpose.
