I have to say the battle was cool when Death kid was in his other form when fighting the final boss.

I also think Kid would win, because with out Maka Soul can't fight!
But if Maka and Soul where to fight Kid together....when I think it would be more of a challenge.

I think Kidd would win, even though symmetry is a huge weakness. He was really doing good against Soul and Black Star until they cut his hair...

Well, Death the Kid already fought Soul, Black Star, and won. I would have to say Death the Kid would win.

As of where the anime left off, Death the kid would ownzers. But if soul got the weapon that can use himself thing down like he saw the blonde guy who always wears headphones do, then Death the kid would get pawnificated.
