“But Harry,” Hermione began, thrusting her wand in the direction of another batch of fog, “We have to-”
“We have to survive!” Harry said as she grabbed Hermione's hand, and together they ran from the forest, never looking back as the apparition chased them from the place.
((Casey is in bed and I'm headed that way soon, so Gamma III and Eta IV are headed back out into the open!))

Felyn  Something seems to stir in the fog, and then leaps towards you! HP: 5 Damage to Eta 2: 1 There was a disturbance in the Fog. Eta II couldn't see, but he just assumed it was another of those dreaded smoke monsters. Nevermind those.Eta II felt something brush past him. It stung a little. That was odd. Smoke monsters never hurt him before. Or maybe they did. Eta II watched the fog again, waiting for movement. Something dark caught his eye, so he raised his fists and punched in its direction. But the dark matter had disapparated into the fog again. Damage done: 0 Hp left: 12 hp

Felyn The apparition quite obviously solid as it circles around, eying its target hungrily. It grins, and then lunges, swiping at you. HP: 5 Damage Dealt: 0 It was now clear to Eta II that what he was facing was something different. This one.....seemed a little smarter. Aha. Eta II spotted the dark matter lunging at him. Zyphiris It was now clear to Eta II that what he was facing was something different. This one.....seemed a little smarter. Aha. Eta II spotted the dark matter lunging at him. No, this one was smart, and it disappeared yet again Damage dealt : 0 HP remaining : 12 The fog beast fell back onto its hind legs and chattered silent, gaping teeth at Eta II. With a look that looked suspiciously like it really wanted a snack, the shadowy apparition lunged forward and tried to bite down on the punching hand. HP: 5 Damage Dealt: 2

Felyn The fog beast fell back onto its hind legs and chattered silent, gaping teeth at Eta II. With a look that looked suspiciously like it really wanted a snack, the shadowy apparition lunged forward and tried to bite down on the punching hand. HP: 5 Damage Dealt: 2 Another sudden movement. Eta II turned around. The creature was right in front of him now. Eta II laughed. The thing looked hilarious, just like a hungry puppy. And everyone loves puppies right? WRONG. Eta II winced as the thing bit his hand. I take that back. Bad boy D< Eta II, one hand down, directed a kick at that thing. "Let go D<"It contacted. Somewhere far far away, puppy lovers cried. crying Damage done: 3 HP remaining: 10

Felyn The shadow monster didn't seem to be having any of this 'let go' stuff. The bright red eyes of the beast narrowed and, without a sound, bit down harder on the masked figure's hand. HP: 2 Damage: 1 .... Eta II felt teeth sinking into his hand now. It stung but Eta II was more annoyed with it at this point. He tried swinging his hand around in hopes of flinging the creature off, but that was a bad idea. Now it just hurt even more. Raising his arm and the monster in the air, he tried pummeling the creature against the ground. Damage dealt: 1 HP remaining: 9

He tried swinging his hand around in hopes of flinging the creature off, but that was a bad idea. Now it just hurt even more. Raising his arm and the monster in the air, he tried pummeling the creature against the ground. Damage dealt: 1 HP remaining: 9 As soon as Eta II slammed the shadowy creature against the ground once, it promptly let go and skittered a few feet away in the deep fog. For a moment all that could be seen were the eyes and then it leapt, straight for Eta II's masked face. HP: 1 Damage: 1

Eta II watched it fly into the distance.
He waited.
It didn't come back.
He was glad really, but boy did that thing make him mad.
And awake.
He half-stomped his way through the fog and after a while it seemed to thin. The air was getting clearer and clearer and soon he was able to make out some of the figures that stood in the distance.
Well, at least one of them stood out to him. That looks familiar...
Sure enough, that was the Eta Base Camp tent he had spotted. Eta II was glad at first, then it struck him that there could be others......enemies waiting for him in there. He paused for a moment, just a few feet away from the tent's opening. Muffled, yet familiar sounding voices were coming from within the tent. Eta II stepped closer, drawing himself into a defensive pose.
Cautiously, he lifted up the tent's flap.
(( Eta II is EXITING HIDING and entering Eta Base Camp ))

Z2 is entering the hiding thread.
God, this was impossible... the town was huge and it could take hours to find him. What the hell was he thinking? Why would he just leave his friend behind like that? Well, there was no use crying because it wasn't going to help him find his friend. The fog was thicker in this part of the town, so he decided he might as well take a rest here. He set down his backpack and sat down beside it letting out a sigh.

His phone vibrated with a new message... pendant. Survival. Text back... text... Z2 typed into the phone quickly as he made his way out of hiding.
