Should be complete Parts. How it works, he wrote, that was what he had always figured, anyway. Complete Parts were important. His face was dark and contemplative. More...? He... supposed... but best to start with one, make sure it works, and make more as needed. He could gather the supplies needed to have on hand if they require a backup, though, that was true. He nodded, making notes to be sure not to forget. Yes, yes. Mal could stitch it up and he'd build the shocking system and it would be well on it's way...
Can do here? Or take home? Will pick up and then experiment?
He scribbled out onto the table.

He pointed to the bits and pieces across the bench, looking a bit hurt before scribbling out.

Christof's expression fell, glancing down to the floor as his eyes trembled. It... would involve speaking with Barth. Maybe... maybe just a few more days of planning...
Will contact soon. Must finish plans. He wrote slowly and carefully this time.

The hunchback nodded, the corners of his mouth twitching up into an eager, thankful smile as he gently took it's bladed hand. It was nice, knowing someone else who one didn't have to pull teeth- so to speak- to get a new project rolling.
Perhaps they all needed something to get their mind off of things.
