Bottom line with this argument is:
1: profiles and power setting rules NEED a lot more enforcement, mods of the guild need to be strict about this, or the Captain needs to be picking some new mods.
2: Grammar etc., my suggestion is basing power levels off literacy and creativity, if someone is posting 2 paragraphs a post, and using decent literacy, not just a ton of random pointless facts to stretch out their post, then they deserve a high power rank.
3: Assign a mod to help out the noobies of the guild, if someone is skipping everything, dont just b***h at them, try to help, hence the assigned mod, if they still act like retards, then they get Das Boot.
4: dont let ANYONE start with a rank higher then a seat 5, doesn't matter who they are, every 1 should need to work for their rank, doesn't matter how good or lit they are, in the anime they left Gin's captain seat vacant for quite some time, very few people are qualified to be Captains.
5: STOP LETTING PEOPLE WHO AREN'T CAPTAIN RANKS HAVE THE POWER OF A CAPTAIN! If their an "ex Captain" then they shouldn't even be in the Seireitei any longer, people need to start being more forcive with ranks = power lvl rules.
6: Just because characters in the anime have bankai and aren't Captains etc. doesn't mean other can, their plot characters, Bleach is simply the setting, no one's going to be running around swinging the power of Ichigo about.

That just hurtful to my self esteem XD anyways, I mean my point is. some new people are actually good at rping. while others are....umm......yeah. I will admit sometimes I be lazy just for hte fact I am either A.. doing HW B. really busy or C. I'm confused on what's going on in the plot Also D: just plain lazyness. I mean, alot of these noobs never went through training or anything. My original rank back when this guild first started was 3rd seat and I had to work my butt off just to get to where I am today and yet Noobs thinking they can just be all high and might....O.o Wait I don't feel like ranting how about a noob that uses words like yo "wahts up homie" raving etc those are just examples oh not to mention they're profile looks like crap and they were gonna use "unlimited powers"?? -.-........ im getting annoyed thinking about it.... -.-;;; Well if a noob uses that then they're just plain ******** up retarded. Hmm *Thinks* you seem familiar. though I don't remember you.... I remember when I was like that. always wanting Bankai thinking I'm the best. ...yeah Ikoi got Matsuo and he shut me up real quick.
