redheadsrule13 odd my school has a lot of blonde girls, that have it naturaly oh yeah I get made fun of because of my hair color too. People call me a "Ginger", and say I have no soul because of South park, but I know they don't mean harm just having fun, unless it's a certain person. And then there's my best friend who likes to make fun of me every once and a while cracking jokes about irish things at me. yeah i know it's like having a high fever when you get burnt, it sucks. I had to do that after a softball picknick at the beach. I had stuck sunscreen on but it didn't work when it got wet so I ended up with blisters on my shoulders and my back/ neck. Then like the next day my sister suddenly decides to hit me where it hurts the most, no punny crap either. My parents were standing there, and I whacked here right back, and my parents were not happy when she did that either. Yeah, there's a good amount of them these days. 'Specially on the coast where I grew up. But when I was in schooling, most people either had brown or black hair naturally. Any blonds I went to school with only had blond hair cause it was bleached or dyed. I dye my hair either a natural looking red or black these days. Thanks to dying my hair black once though, my naturally blond hair has this really sand brown to it. Learned the hard way that once you dye blond black, it never really goes back. Sun block never works... even with the higher SPF & religious applying of the goopy crap. I've decided I'm just going to wear long sleeves & jeans almost all the time, & limit my exposure to sun light. Its the only thing that really keeps my skin safe anyways, & the last thing I want to worry about is getting skin cancer when I'm older.

OldTecktonik VII blood_lust26 OldTecktonik VII blood_lust26 OldTecktonik VII hmm, well, in all honesty, i don't really find anything special about st. patrick's day since i don't celebrate it or anything. but i do make sure to wear green...most of the time. lol i always celibrate it. mainly cuz im hafe irsh and proud of it =D oh very nice. what do you do to celebrate? theres not many things i can do to celibrate. parents are always busy and theres no festivals around as far as i know and i cant drive yet to go and find out. so i dress in all green. drink green apple jones soda (to young to drink xD) listen to some irsh rockbands. sometimes i go to my grandpas house and hear about him talking about our irsh history. today my mom took me out for my 1st driveing lesson so ill always remember this st.patick'day cool fact! i read st.patrick was achasly from scoutland but was sold into slavery and got sent to irland ohhh, i see. well that's still more than i do for it. xD but sounds fun. huh, that's an interesting fact. Its important to note that St. Patrick wasn't sold to the Irish though. He was sold as a slave to one of the English Lords that ruled over Ireland at the time. The Irish recaptured him, mistaking him as a English men & for 6 years the Irish didn't believe him but eventually set him free. When St. Patrick saw that the English were oppressing the Irish as they had the Scottish, he did his best to align himself with the Irish men & they welcomed his alliance. He became very involved with the church & decided it was in Ireland's best interest to learn the wonders of the Catholic religion. One of his most famous gestures, was when he used the shamrock as symbolism & example of how the Holy Trinity worked. More than that, St. Patrick, as many others, saw the colour & shape of the shamrock as symbolization for rebirth & the eternal cycle of life. Still, details of St. Patrick's life are very much a mystery to man kind. Most stories of him are only word of mouth tales that Irish grandparents tell their future generations. There are only two letters, written by St. Patrick himself, that actually prove his existence was even real - as every other detail of his life are widely unaccepted by historians.
