"You're how old, and telling me to fight you like a man?" There was a distracted edge of sarcasm to it, muffled as Ilmenite tipped his head to tear off a long strip of duct tape with his teeth: not enough to wrap around wrists, just enough to fit perfectly across Vin's mouth. And that was exactly where it went first, preventing the young man from answering. More importantly, it kept him from summoning another glass of wine, one that might leave Ilmenite too drunk to even stand up again...
"Anyway, I have more important things to do." He didn't need an answer, anyway, shifted to dig a knee into Vin's stomach and wriggle out of reach of those kicking legs, buying time enough to rip off a much-longer piece of duct tape. This time, he was going for the wrists. "And I get the feeling you'd chase."

Vin squirmed, trying to turn his head away, but ultimately failed as the strip of tape came down. A few muffled angry sounds escaped him as he flailed his arms to try to punch his opponent out, or at the very least knock the roll of tape from his hands.
The tables seemed to have turned rather suddenly.
Still struggling with whatever limbs were available, Vindemiatrix took some comfort in knowing that the skinny Negaverse guy would most likely have a hell of a hangover the next morning. Tried to remind him, too, but the tape sort of got in the way....

"I'm not going to hurt you." It came out slurring, of course, and when he finally caught Vin's flailing arm, it turned him into a liar. He worked roughly and duct tape stuck uncomfortably against skin, pulling at the fine hairs of Vin's arm.
"...goddamnit..." It was definitely easier to tie someone up when one, he was more sober, and two, they were -- well -- willing. He dug his knees into Vin's sides to keep his lower half pinned and trussed up one wrist in much, much too much duct tape before he reached for the other. It was going to take him a while to get that tied, too, and he'd likely pull out more hair and flesh as he worked.
"..stupid kid..." But he finally sat back and blinked down at a properly trussed Vin, his expression distracted. Wobly. That looked fine to him. He reached down to pat him gently on one cheek before standing. "Watch the liquor."
At least he left Vin mostly undamaged, except for whatever parts of him would be left rubbed raw when he finally managed to pull away the duct tape...
