A Touch of Evil WOOHOO! Yay, I'm so proud! Good job, keep it up! heart Thanks! ^u^ but... I ate some Mexican food Friday night and I ate fatty Chuck E Cheese food yesterday at a birthday party. D: But i will work it off even if it kills me.

Breakfast: Corn, broccoli, mashed potaos
Lunch: Lean Hot pocket
Dinner:
Snacks: Quaker crisps and yogurt
Exercise: 50 ab crunches Jogged/walked 3 miles 6min. Of shake weight.

Breakfast: Fiber one bar
Lunch: Lean Hot Pocket with a piece of weight watcher candy
Dinner: Vegan Pizza with fruit
Snacks: Special K crackers
Exercise: 50 ab crunches power walked jogged 1 mile 30 Arm crunches with 5lb dumbells

Lunch: Whole grain vegan mac & cheese
Dinner: Subway sub
Snacks: One piece of weight watcher candy
Exercise: power walked/Jogged 3 miles

Lunch: Whole grain english muffin
Dinner: Malt O meal and fruit
Snack: One peice of weight watcher candy
Exercise: 50 ab crunches 6min of Shake Weight Walked/jogged a mile

Lunch: Baked chicken, stuffing, mashed taters, peas
Dinner: Malt o meal, tofu of dogs with vegan cheese
Sancks: Marshmallows
Exercise: 20 arm crunches 6 min of shake weight 50 ab crunches waled a mile

You know, it doesn't look like you're really eating a lot of food and your protein intake is pretty low. That might be the reason for your plateau especially since you're working out almost every day. You have to make sure you're taking enough calories to support your activity level.

Munkers You know, it doesn't look like you're really eating a lot of food and your protein intake is pretty low. I eat about 1450 - 1500 calories a day, and I drink a protein shake along with other supplements. I also snack, sometimes I wont list them all due to laziness. XD

Testicular Diabeetus I eat about 1450 - 1500 calories a day, and I drink a protein shake along with other supplements. I also snack, sometimes I wont list them all due to laziness. XD That sounds a lot better. From what you were listing it seemed like you were missing out on a lot of stuff. xd

I got lazy and didn't update this I should have been, however i have stuck with the diet and stuff.
4/12/11
Breakfast: Special K bar and chocolate almond milk
Lunch: 1/2 of a sub way sub
Dinner: 1/2 of a sub way sub and some sunny D and a cookie from sub way
Exercise: Jogged a mile 50 ab crunches

D: Finally able to post again. I have been slacking and the scale shows it. I'm not gonna post how much I've gained because it isn't that much and I will loose it fairly quickly. Uhg. I feel like fail but today is a new day and I will keep at it. D:
I'm a bit depressed at gaining some weight, in fact I feel horrible. I want to be slender for summer and it is already May. D: Uhg. I'll just keep at it.
