I don't really hate him, he feeds my troll-ness cause apparently my boyfriend looks like him (I don't see it) and everyone always brings it up and he HATES it. So I set a JB song as his ring tone for when he calls and I tried to take him to see that Never movie but he figured it out before I could get him into the theater ):<

I think he's absolutely adorable. It makes me sad to see that a kid as talented as he is gets such a bad rapp for having a unique voice. I own a white watch because of my Bieber Fever! ♥ I wouldn't drop hundreds of dollars on a concert but I do like to tell people that I wish he was my little brother because let me tell you, I would adore having a younger brother--especially one as talented and sweet as Justin Bieber. :]

I actually don't get it why a lot of people hate him. Give him a break! I have Beiber fever, and so does my friends. I am not sure if I should like him though. Justin Beiber, he is just really confusing.. (Poor Beiber) .___.

First time I heard him on the radio I thought he was some lesbien chick. Then when I found out it was a boy I couldn't believe it.
Personally, I don't have much respect for him. He's an arrogant little sod. What's sad is I only live 20 minutes away from his town...

I'm not a fan, but I'm quite positive about the effect of his singing career on other young boys. Before, boys wouldn't be seen dead singing (especially at that age!). Now, many of them have realised that singing is quite good.
I don't see or understand why people would not have any respect for him. I remain on the 'meh' side, but if he's encouraging talent, surely that's a good thing?

This is an old topic and not sure if theres a music forum but yeah. -ponders-
I'm indifferent really don't care about him at all. He had some documentary about him which is odd to me since he isn't really a marvel as far as talent goes. Him along with a host of other mainstream performers are no where near innovative. So just funny that he got a Biopic even though for legendary musicians most of theirs had to basically be posthumous.
Ray Charles/Johnny Cash/Richie Valens/Tina Turner/Selena/Wladyslaw Szpilma... all had significant contributions to music/culture and(or) made powerful social/political statements.
Amazing how the music industry and Hollywood get progressively worse because they don't care much about quality of their work.

I do like Justin I don't understand why people would hate him because of his fans and his success like wtf?, everyone reacts differently some might want to pounce on him on every chance they get or some (like me) just listen to his music and say how nice it is .

I don't like him at all. He doesn't have a 'popstar' voice, he has a 'sing at a church' voice. He tries so hard to be 'gangsta', but the only white person who can be gangsta is Eminem. His fans are obsessive and snobby about him half the time. The whole "OMG HES LEIK AS GOD AS MJ OMGGGGGGG I LEIK WANA KIS HM". I mean yeah he may be all sincere and stuff, but he just regurgatates (slaughtered that word) what his momma and whoever his big bad mentor tells him to say. Tells you how much I like him if I can't even remember.

Honestly, he seems like a nice person. I'd really hang out and play zombies with him any day! But it's just the fact that he's all over the radio. His singing gets a tad bit annoying after a while.
