I know that.. I'm saying under the shikai its stating that i can use it and turn it into weapons

I'm saying under the shikai its stating that i can use it and turn it into weapons ((Okay and what I was saying was that you were not in your shikai state until after you appeared inside a flower and made a stem cage. Therefore, you would not have been able to do that. Where are we missing each other at here?))

Ok I'm saying that originally he could Control it but i forgot to put that.. But they are harmless but in shikai state he can make them into weapons

 Kasumi stood there looking at the Captain and said to him "Thats was a waste of reiatsu my friend but you can try this on for size". Kasumi positioned his feet in a paralleled stance. He then channeled a massive amount of reiatsu into his hands. He then sheathed his zanpakuto as he blasted forwards off of his feet. And using his wings for extra speed Kasumi threw a tremendous Barrage of Punches, this was the Pink Flower Punch Technique. He aimed specifically for the Captain's head. And if he was caught the Captain would lose a lot of reiatsu. In Kasumi's mind he thought he would make a better Captain then Rey. Due to the fact that he couldn't use his bankai on his own. And even if Rey dodged the punches there was an even deadlier attack waiting since they were outside of the Soul Society. And thanks to his Shikai he was gaining excess reiatsu so when he finally used his attacks he wouldn't be left with little reiatsu.

Rey stated as he stayed still. To the normal eye, it would look as if Rey didn't move at all and just took the attack, but in reality he was waiting till the last second to shunpo away. a technique he taught himself. . Basically, a person gathers his reiatsu to their feet and by doing so , when a person shunpo's it will leave an after image for only 2 seconds. Rey then started to sigh as he was standing 10 feet away from Kasumi on the opposite side of the battle area. "You obviously have some things to learn, it's true you should be one with your zanpakutou, but if you don't master and control your reiatsu you will be wide open when your zanpakutou becomes useless. " Rey stated as he then sheathed his zanpakutou and started to intensify his reiatsu causing the electricity in his body to thicken and move through him faster. "Plus, you need to figure out how your shikia can help you, like mines. Since Electricity flows through me like a circuit I can control where it goes through my body. Due to that ability, I can choose to eliminate the electric impulses that are attached to my pain nerves and bye bye pain for me. Well, until this battle is finished and walk away the victor." Rey stated. In Rey's mind, Kai was trying to tell him something, but what was a mystery to him. Kasumi's punches seem harmless, but in this world nothing is what it seemed and as to that Rey followed Kai's orders exactly. He put his hands together and made a ninja sign which released another hint of how much reiatsu Rey really had. His purple reiatsu started to flail more around him and started to put pressure on the battle field. This battle was pathetic to him, he was having no fun at all and his opponent didn't seem to have the ability to kill him. At this point now, Rey just felt like toying with him until proven otherwise. "Hey, disgrace!! WHY DON'T YOU USE YOUR BANKAI. do YOU NOT HAVE ONE? ARE YOU SCARED?!" Rey yelled as his hands fell to his side with a creepy laugh slipping through his lips. As he was standing there waiting for his opponents next move, Rey was using his ability that he explained earlier and started to nullify the nervous systems in his body that causes him to feel pain. As I walked through the valley of the shadows of Death... I were my crown of thorns I pulled a knife out my chest!!!

(OOC : It just came to my mind that you are right. A plant-based shinigami would never beat a lightning type fighter. I'm going to remove this charcter and make a new one.. Flowers don't even fit me.)

Someone who "lost" the battle could still win the captaincy or keep their captaincy. If you delete this character and make a new one, then you are not to challenge Rey again. You will have to challenge someone else.))
