That, Carrot, would be thanks to the magic of Nintendo's Wi-Fi Connection thingie. Which I've only used a couple times, but still. Totally legit.
Also, I paid off my Black pre-order today. Huzzah! And got my three Celebi~

You exchange friend codes and trade over the WFC. Which will apparently be muchly beefed up for B/W.
Also I hear TMs will be reusable!

And no problem Carrot. And if I remember correctly, tomorrow is when I could get that Suicune over the Nintendo network that I failed to get at GameStop...I think.

Hm. This is a good question. I think it should be one of the evolutions of Porygon. Just because I find the concept of a computer based Pokémon transmitting a virus in a trade to be amusing.
