Due to the strength, tenacity, and resourceful cleverness of the Wolverine, I've gone with unbalanced stats that don't reflect highly in magic, but instead show their force and also their curiosity and willingness to use their surroundings [SP]. As they are more suited to the physical, it would take effort and concentration to turn a wolverine into a magic user.
Wolverine:
+5 Body, +2 Mind, +3 Soul
Banjorie the Wolverine:
Just a feral babe when she ends up in the hands of Fangroot's PaW, her survival instincts, as well as the lack of intellectual persuits within the group of youths, have resulted in her point distribution. Over time, and through RP, her stats will balance out, as she sees there's more to life than attacking or defending herself.
I also tried to take into account that Banjorie is relatively new to StoneCrest, so the power of the tree might be joining with her over time, lending her more intelligence than that of a 'mere animal' as she ages.
+2 Body, +2 Soul
Fangroot:
Recovered from a crash on the eastern portion of Route 65, Banjorie found herself in the underbrush of Fangroot, to be discovered by a band of young ruffians.
+1 Body, -1 Mind

While I'd love for him to be able to use his knowledge of poisons towards battle, I'm fairly sure he'd have to obtain those items in order to use them, yes? So I'll worry about that later. Skark could also be prone to use magic, though he doesn't really know much of it yet.

She avoids conflict when she can, but she knows it's unrealistic to assume she'll be able to avoid it all the time thanks to the conflicts between all the different clans. So she studied and trained in magic throughout her long years to be able to end a fight quickly with the least amount of harm done. She'd rather teach her opponents a lesson to not underestimate her than truly hurt them. This distaste for fighting is also why she makes her home in Fleuve - it's a relatively peaceful clan, and it's close to Mossflower so she won't have to deal with the headache of crossing any other clans' territory when she goes to Mossflower to trade her healing salves or provide her services as a healer. Kitty Sprightt Username: Kitty Sprightt Name of Pet: Cain Number of Stonecrest beasties I currently own:: Two Link to my Quest Post: frog in a waistcoat. Ok so. Frogs and Toads are a little wimpy as far as arm strength goes, but they do have some boss leg strength goin' on. That's a base 3 points for body. They're fairly average as far as intelligence goes, relatively adaptable, so there's 3 for mind. I have no idea how to explain the 4 for soul except that it's the leftover points. Maybe they are good at trading, or maybe they're very eccentric or likable, I don't know. Cain is from Breezemoor. He's an intellectual above all else, but he has not let his other skills decline entirely. He's suave and charming, but very incredibly nervous, as most Breezemoorians tend to be - he has a tendency to scream like a little girl and get tremors when startled. As I said, he is very bookish and studious. While his main focuses are history and mythology, he's also picked up the basics of magic in his studies. He learns almost startlingly quickly. Link to my Quest Post: HereJust to lump things into the same post, I'd like his stats to be 3 Body / 8 Mind / 3 Soul. I figure a Hare base would probably be something like 4/3/3...ish...ish... But Nolan's got half a leg, so I lopped him there and moved it to mind instead. From there, all four child points on mind, because his soul is being CONSUMED. This is all pretty up in the air and more than open to rearranging. And no additional math, because I don't want him affiliated with a clan. He'll be a Mossflower wanderer.

ladyumbra Username: ladyumbra Name of Pet: Lanette Number of Stonecrest beasties I currently own:: 2 (no customs) Link to my Quest Post: click Burrowing owls are fairly small creatures ( 10 inches tall or slightly larger than a robin) and while they have sharp talons they aren't exactly the powerhouses most other owls can be. Due to this I went for an initial stat setup that was pretty even but with both both mind and soul being higher. 2 Body , 4 mind, 4 soul Secondary point allocation:Lanette was never much of a fighter growing up, she preferred to make things and think up new more fun ways to do things instead. This includes experimenting with art and weaving magic into the things she crafted. She's also always been fairly good with others. Due to this her point spread clearly favors soul and mind over body. 1 body, 3 mind, 4 soul Hallowmarl Area bonus: A natural in low light situations like the tunnels of the Hallow and able to endure the heat of the desert both underground and above Lanette manages to improve her body score just a little. +1 body, -1 soul Final stat setup: 4 body, 7 mind, 7 soul. Lanette can't take more than few solid hits but she's a clever girl and there's a good chance she's hiding a nasty magic skill or two to use on those who might get aggressive with her. *Despite her soul score Lanette's sp count may not actually be 14 since she's likely spent some of it on spells and whatnot that looked flashy but also useful. Then again it could be higher if we assume she's sold art or glass wares recently and that's what it was oocly traded for. Edit: edited to remove 1 base body point and one final body point due to math fail.

I'm going to go on a wing and say that body would probably be their highest base stat because badgers are tough. Really, really f'n tough. And their head are shaped like wedges. So Badger stats: 4 - Body :: 4 - Mind :: 2 - Soul Although Spot is a wanderer at heart, he'll settle in Fleuve and receive +1 Soul and -1 Body. Plus adjustments for his personality, final stats will be: 5 - Body :: 8 - Mind :: 4 - Soul
