Ligeia looked up when he heard Chath returning, looking much like a child that got caught with his hand in a cookie jar as he was still poking at the gift when his boyfriend appeared, "Welcome back." He greeted him, ear tufts wiggling rapidly, cheeks coloring just a little bit as he withdrew his hands away from the gift that he'd been playing with.

"Did I look? No, I was tempted but I didn't want to ruin the surprise and since you weren't here I figured that would ruin it." It had been the most difficult thing ever, especially since he was wearing the bracelet Chath gave him once upon a time ago, a present he treasured, and now he wanted to know what else the newt had gotten for him! He gave a smile as his attention turned back to the present, as though he were trying to look through the box to see what was inside. His eyesight was good, enough for him to be able to even see in the dark, but not nearly good enough to see through things...

Geia couldn't help it as he thought to himself that Chath was far, far to cute for his own good. Really he wondered at times how he didn't get himself eaten up before now... he was sure him being utterly oblivious and naive helped in that aspect. His ear tufts wiggled a bit and he wanted the way the other seemed to be thinking quite hard on something, likely what he meant to do next now that the gift had wandered off and ruined whatever he'd been planning, "Well it's still a surprise, Chath, since I don't know what is inside the box." He said in a reassuring manner, not wanting for him to be upset about what had happened. The date could still be salvaged and end up a lot of fun if you asked him.

"Oooo, can I?" He asked, perking up, wings giving a flutter as he looked at the box. He looked as though he were quite eager to catch hold of it and open it up but he did his best to keep that eagerness under control, he might have quick hands but that didn't meant he was going to use that to steal the box. Giving him a smile he lifted a foot up out of his sandal and reached out to brush it lightly against Chath's leg, carefully so as not to hurt his sensitive skin, "As much as I'd love to see what is in there we can wait if you like, alright? Now come on, smile for me?"

Geia gave a smile as his boyfriend started to stutter in such a cute manner before he took the box, looking it over, before he set to opening it up, "I can't resist when you insist." He murmured, trying his best to sound as though he were dying of curiosity when it came to the contents of the box... then he went quiet as he starred at the ring, his dark eyes going quite wide, "Oh... my..." He gasped out, starring at the pretty ring with the two stones in it, one was bright orange like Chath used to be when he was younger, like when they first met, and a white one with it. He starred at it for a long moment and then with a squeal of delight he hugged the box of his chest and pounced without thinking...

A moment later the two of them were on the ground, Chath's chair having tilted backwards, and he realized that everyone in the fancy place was starring at them in a manner that said that they weren't amused... likely a combination of teenagers, gays, and ones that were loud and messy he thought to himself but really he couldn't care less as his attention turned back to Chath so that he could press his mouth to Chath's giving him a long, excited kiss then sat up, "Ahhh... umm... I mean I accept your ring." He said, cheeks coloring darkly when he realized that he was acting far to excited over the ring but it was just... just so pretty! He wasn't exactly sure what the ring meant but really at the moment his mind wasn't really questioning the meaning behind it, instead it was saying that the one he loved was giving him a ring! That was important!

"Umm... you probably want me to move... huh?" He asked as he recalled that he was sitting on the newt which was likely uncomfortable given his sensitive skin.

Geia blushed brightly as he found the two of them outside. He shifted in place, looked toward the placed they had been 'asked to leave' before sighing and looked back up at the newt for a moment before murmured, "Ahh... I'm... sorry I got us kicked out." He said, cheeks coloring darkly. He felt rather bad, he did that and likely hurt his boyfriend, his skin was so sensitive, the last thing he wanted was to cause him any pain, "Are... are you alright, Chath?" He stepped in closer to him, reaching out, but didn't touch him just in case he'd already damaged him.

"Ahh? My place? Sure." He said, giving a rapid nod of his head, "Yeah, that would nice. I am sure we have something there that we can eat since we didn't get to have dinner." He wanted to make up for the mistake, especially given that he had been given something so nice as the ring. His dark eyes dropped for a moment to stare at it where it now was, around his ring finger, something that made him smile. His gaze went back to Chath then before he held a hand out to him, "I can call for Vorel and we can head back." Hopefully if he made them something to eat and they had some time alone it would make up for him getting them booted out of such a nice place.

It had been a shame, he really hadn't gone to many places like that before in his life and he'd gotten them banished from this one. He lifted his head up to look at one of the adjoining buildings before he lifted his fingers up to his mouth to whistle, calling for the Frost that was sitting up there. A short time later the large, light blue colored dragon came down to land next to the two of them, giving them a smile, tail swishing behind him, "He can give you a ride, I can fly alongside you two." He said, looking over at newt, "Is that alright?" He hoped that Keir wouldn't be grouchy over Chath flying around on another dragon's back.

Geia gave a bit of a smile as he patted Vorel's side, "Naw, he wouldn't mind. He carries people around all the time! Mostly little kids but I am sure that he wouldn't mind carrying you too though." He told him, giving a bit of a smile.

There was a bit of a rumbling sound from Vorel before he nodded his head in agreement, "I don't much mind." It wasn't as though Keir were here to carry Chath after all he thought to himself, looking around, half curious as to where that particular dragon was at the moment but decided that it probably wasn't to important. What was important was that he wasn't here to ruin the date that the two were having. Vorel knew quite well that Keir didn't approve and give the romantic setting and now the presenting of a ring he was sure Keir would be rather... wait, wait a ring? He blinked, "You're getting married?!" He demanded of his owl in shock.

Geia gave a squeak sound a the demand, looking at Chath as his brain seemed to be struggling to keep up. Was that what he was asking? Wait no, a promise ring, that was a step before engaged wasn't it? Engaged to be engaged? He was pretty sure that it was what it meant, "I accept and I would like that, Chath, one day." He murmured, flushing a bit, looking quite happy over the though, feeling as though he were in the middle of a dream or one of those princess movies that Maria seemed to be obsessed with.

Geia watched as Vorel settled down to make it easier for Chath to get up on his back before he went back happily inspecting his ring, grinning down at it. The ring was the most amazing thing ever! Due to the meaning behind it it might even be more amazing then the bracelet, not that he meant to take it off ever. No, no both were going to be well taken care of he thought to himself in a happy manner, ear tufts wiggling.

"Eh? My shower?" He asked, looking at the newt for a moment confused, "No I think it's..." Wait, wait... it clicked then and his wings gave a rapid flutter of excitement and he grinned, "Yeah, I think it could use a look over if you are willing to check it out for me." The happy smile on the owl's face showed that he was all for what Chath was suggesting before he was pushing up into the air, wings flapping, and he started for home quickly.

Vorel looked confused, wondering what in the world the pair were talking about... then just shrugged and followed after Geia once Chath was securely on his back, "Hold on." He said, used to carrying around people that understood him before they were flapping off toward home at a rapid speed.

Geia fluttered down to land on the deck outside of his room and looked up at Vorel who was doing his normal downward spiral that would land him on the deck as well. He looked over his shoulder at the one on his back before laying down, letting Chath down there so that he could go over to the owl that was waiting for him.

For a moment Geia stood there, seeming to be thinking hard on something, then walked over to Vorel, motioning for him to come down so that he could whisper to him, "Can you wait outside for a bit? So that I can have a bit of alone time with Chath?" He asked of his dragon, not wanting for him to be lonely or sad but he would rather they have some privacy for a bit.

Vorel starred for a long moment at the pair, looking between them, then gave a nod of his head. He wasn't exactly sure what was going on, after all Geia's shower was fine since he'd been in there before they left, but whatever it was it all hinged on him letting them have 'alone time'. His owl should be alright with the newt, he trusted that Chath would keep him safe after all and if not he'd have to chew on the newt a bit! Turning to look over at Chath for a moment he gave him a long look before hopping off the deck. He'd go and see if Baroness was on the deck out front that she'd claimed as her own, they didn't get along but at least it would be someone to talk to.

The owl watched his dragon disappear around the house before his attention went back to Chath, "Come on." He opened up the double doors that went into his room for them, closing them after them, and drew the curtains closed.
