Anne Rice freak here. Of course I've read more than just the Vampire Chronicles though. whee I've almost got all of her books under the name of Anne Rice. I'm missing only 6 of them now. Of course, I recieved most of these books fom a friend absolutely free. heart A bit later I'll write down my fave couples. It'll be a damn long list though... sweatdrop

Lestat became my fetish after I read the second book. (fetish isn't strong enough a word, but I can't think of one at the moment as my brain likes to switch itself to Spanish nowadays...) Then it kinda drained slowly away and Armand became my center of attention. Armand and Marius. They make such a... (fill in the blank -_-;; ) couple. =^-^=

I read teh first five vampcron books and Pandora, after that I lost intrest, the searies just got too blah for me, well that and the whole Anne Rice shut down the fanfic sites by sicking her laywers on the writers. That's just biting the hands that feed you.
But I did rather like the first three books, Body Theif was alright but a bit absurd and Menoch, .....uh no. I heard that it was orginaly supposed to be a stand alone story then she decided to slap it into the Vampcron universe.

I like Lestate a ton! I liked him before I even read the series. (I had seen the first movie.) And Armand.... OMG!! I cannot believe how depressing he is! Throughout his book I was like, "Don't cry Armand! You're making me depressed!"
However, on the other side, Lestate has made me laugh until I darn well peed myself. The Tale of the Body Thief namely. I cannot believe he even agreed to do something like that. And talk about a drama queen! He should get an award for being the biggest one ever!

I think Anne Rice's books are meant only for a stage in life. After you pass that stage, her books seem... stupid and perverted. I'm just saying that. Not to be mean.
