"It's nice to meet you, Ashley," she said, shaking the girl's hand. "Thanks." Then her attention roved right back to Kirin.

A smile twitched on Fallon's lips. Magenta eyes flickered to the group around them. It was widely known that there had been a terrible organ ring that affected the lives of many teenagers in Destiny City. Fallon just didn't like people to know that she was among them. Still, it was Kirin. They had shared the same confusing experience.

Finding no suitable polite response, Fallon chose instead to breeze right past the comments on Barren Pines. "Not graduating," she said, laughter in her words. "I'm in my junior year." And barely passing. School had never been Fallon's strong suit, but now, she was find a hard time finding more than three reasons to go at all. "I'm just looking to... survive it." She laughed lightly. "I might spend the summer in France, who knows." This was a lie. Fallon might pretend to spend the summer in France so that she could dedicate herself fully to the Blood Moon Court. It was a decision yet to be made.

Full lips parted to speak again, but she was caught off-guard by a familiar voice behind her. "Lily," she said. The teen turned over her shoulder to Kirin. "Sorry, one moment." And then she looked back to Lily. "It's good to see you." Was it? Lily didn't seem too excited. The awkwardness was eased as the redhead breezed past her toward a boy that had been identified as 'Chase.' Fallon didn't know him.

The little group had gotten a touch awkward for Fallon. She turned stiffly back to Kirin and then smiled, raising both eyebrows. "Boyfriends are overrated," she said. Now girlfriends...

"Im handing out drinks, first round's on me." Ashley announced, cheerfully.

"Boys are strange and rowdy creatures." She couldn't help but rib at Senri a little. "Maybe they should come with a handbook."

Of course, Ashley was convinced that Kirin was a very nice-looking lady, and it was highly unfortunate that she couldn't read Fallon's mind, or else she might have been interesting. The magenta-eyed girl certainly was quite pretty herself.

"Hey, Lily," Kirin greeted the girl as she joined the group. He brightened a little. "Wonder if they've got a karaoke machine here? Or we should organise a giant group to go some night soon."

When Lily relayed her sister's opinion, Kirin made a face more suited for an emoticon. "If not partying and not having boyfriends made you socially inept, sign me up for that list," he said firmly. It wasn't just that he didn't do or have those things - mostly, he didn't want to.

... Though there had been one exception to that, and it caused him to nod along with Fallon's claim that boyfriends were overrated. "Tell me about it! I tried that out, but turns out he'd rather make out with another guy than with me."

Kirin shrugged. Not that he wasn't also 'another guy', but Zac hadn't known that. And neither did anyone here. So it totally counted as a 'boys are stupid' story.

His lips did twitch at Ashley's pronouncement, though. Hiding his amusement, he solemnly agreed, "Yes, yes they are."

Lily and thought for a moment before saying, "if they have tea I would love that. And if the first round is one you than the second is one me."

Lily smiled at Kirin and shook her head, "I doubt it. I do not think the owners wants to be subjected to more rowdiness than nessecary, but we will have to check later right."

Lily frowned having caught Fallon's moment of greeting, they girl seemed less well distracted than at her party, it made her feel momentarily bad, her eyes going downcast. Oh why did life always have to be this way. She really needed to stop holding gurges against people, but she really could not help it. For now she would let it drop, just like with the argument with Elzo, some things just weren't worth holding onto.

Lily grinned at the group and said, "I think I would like a boyfriend at some point, but I do not think it will happen. The last person that flirted with me or at least I think she was fliriting with me was female. I didn't know what to do, oh I think I was red for the entire night. She sure thought it was amusing."

Fallon had hit on Lily before, not that Lily had noticed. Fallon had hit on quite a few girls who never put the pieces together. It happened. The teenage girl had never given much thought to her orientation, or to relationships in general. Anyone who was close to her knew it; it was no secret. But Fallon's orientation was just another thing about her. It didn't define her everyday life.

"I have never understood boys," she said, placing one hand on her hip. "I far prefer their lovelier counterparts. But girls... well, girls can be just as crazy."

She smiled then, thinking of the brief and varied romances she had had in her short seventeen years. The longest had been with Leonette back in Barren Pines. And she was dead now, wasn't she? Had she ever been real? Fallon couldn't say. She only knew that Leonette had been very important to her... and then had just disappeared. Just as Nehelenia had been very important to her -- and then died. Everyone died on her. Relationships... only led to pain.

Still, it felt nice to participate in the conversation. For a brief moment, Fallon actually felt like she was her true age, instead of the vessel for a centuries old militant senshi.

Jada smiled at Ariel, and slid her arm through the other woman's, pulling her towards the groups that were forming and out of the way of the bar door. More people were spilling in, and Jada was missing them! She caught sight of Fallon talking to a familiar-looking redhead, very close to Fallon and the others. It would be good for Ariel to meet other people-- right?

"Hey hey," she chided the vaguely familiar redhead cheerfully, sliding back into the group, Ariel at her side, "No bemoaning not having a partner! This is a night to revel in being single." the wrinkle to her nose probably said everything the others needed to know, though-- Jada wanted a relationship too. What all had she missed in the conversation? It didn't look like she'd missed too many new people, at least. "Jada," she said to Lily, holding out her hand. "And I would swear I know your name, but I really don't remember right now.

"Anyway," she glanced at Kirin and winked, "I thought I heard you mention a karaoke machine?" she grinned, nodding towards the stage. "We have one! It's small, but it works. I was thinking a few rounds would be fun later!" She was brimming with excitement. Tonight was going to be fabulous!

He laughed as she explained how she had ended up in that particular outfit. "Sounds like Rose," he ran a hand through his hair as he chuckled. He had known Lily for a while, her family as well. He nodded in agreement, but Fallon interjected in the conversation stating that boyfriends were overrated. He feigned a seriously look and jokingly said, "I have to agree, boyfriends are definitely overrated, quite a pain really."

He couldn't keep a straight face for long before his grin returned to his lips. He had never had a boyfriend and he never planned on having one, he was like Fallon in some ways. He really had a thing for girls. "Hey, girl's should have a handbook too, they're very complex creatures," he argued trying to 'defend' his gender.

He listened quietly as his friend said that she'd like a boyfriend someday and he placed a hand on her shoulder giving it a reassuring squeeze. "Relationships are a pain but can be worth it," he told her thinking about old girlfriends, none of his relationships ever seemed to last too long and it was probably his fault which was why he preferred being friends with girls rather than dating them, regardless of how attracted he was to them. "You'll find someone," he assured her. "It'd be impossible for you to not find one."

He was there for his friends ready to feed them encouraging words when they doubted themselves, especially for the ones like Lily, who didn't realize how amazing they really were.

"Karaoke? Man, I dunno if you really wanna hear me sing but I'm game," he clapped his hands together. He was tired of the whole relationship conversation, he'd rather do something more...fun.

Lily grinned at Fallon before saying in a fake old time actresses voice," we are lovely little vixens aren't we, a little crazy every so often, but well worth the trouble." She missed the point entirely even thought it may not have sounded like it.

Chase was such a good friend, she was really glad she'd met him. It was nice to hear words like the ones he spoke and personally she thought everyone should have a chase. "Thanks," she said grin still in place.

Next thing was blushing at the chiding she recieved, but happily took and shook the offered hand. "Lily ," she said offerin up her name, "I attended your ball, it was much fun."

She turned and greeted Ariel, "Hey, thanks for coming to my birthday party, too bad I got food poisoning halfway through huh?"

Her attention was pulled away by the mention of karaoke which made her grin at Kirin before looking back to Jada. "Count me in. I love to sing. It such much a few rounds of karaoke will be a blast."

Lily was very suddenly extremely gratful to her sister for dragging her here. It seemed tonight would be a very fun night.

Ashley was, amusingly enough, completely silent for a moment. She had really just said that, hadn't she ?

She wished she could have said what Fallon just had just as easily, just like that. She couldn't. Would she ever ? She had no idea. It was a feeling she had kept to herself, locked deep inside her chest. She'd never dared, not really, and especially not sober. In truth she was afraid of many things - how would her parents react if they figured out ? Her brother ? Her brother was her best friend. If he hated her for what she was...

She was afraid to be judged. That was the bottom of it.

Still, her smile never faltered. "Ill go get the drinks, then. Just a moment~" And then, the short girl was gone toward the bar.

Jada was taking her around, Ariel was thankful for that, because she would probably just had ended up in a corner looking at people.
She saw the girls from Lily's birthday who started to form a group.
When they are closed to the group, Ariel could recognized more the girls, she tried to remember all the names, it was not too difficult she had a good memory.
She greeted back Lily “You are welcome, and yes too bad for the food poisoning. I hope you will enjoy tonight much”.
Her two colored eyes were following Jada as she spoke about karaoke. She actually loved singing. She had not a bad voice, she could even say she had a pretty voice, but she usually sang alone at home. She was kind of exciting about hearing other people singing.

"I'm afraid that I don't understand, being as daft and overrated as I am." Senri said amusedly to Ashley and her ribbing. He wasn't offended by the girl's conversation of his particular gender, moreso entertained. Although he liked to think that woman had better things to talk about in their spare time.

"Hey Ariel." Senri waved to her as she was brought into the conversation. As Ashley left for drinks, Senri was left with the other woman, several whom he didn't know. But from the way that they were addressed, Senri at least knew their names. "Fallon, and Lilly, correct? I'm Senri."

"And as always, Destiny City has its share of beautiful woman." Lily and Fallon were striking, in their own rights.

Since Senri didn't feel in the mood for karaoke, he refrained from that particular conversation. Instead, he addressed Jada with, "I heard you have a movie going on? I might take you up on that offer."

Jada drew her arm away from Ariel Storm and clapped her hands together brightly. More people were interested in karaoke? Fabulous. "And we can't forget that in..." she looked at the clock over the bar, doing a double-take at the time. "Oh, goodness, it's seven? Well, at nine the DJ was going to play a trivia game. There are lots of little prizes." It had only been an hour, but it was going fairly well! It was at this time that the first little snacks were set on the tables, the servers mingling among the guests that were coming and offering them treats.

"I'll listen to you sing, Chase," Jada told him gamely, smiling. "And I'm sure you'll do well up there, Lily." Her attention slid to Senri, who had spoken up about the movies. "We'll have four different movies tonight." she pointed out the two doors. "There are signs outside each one saying what is playing and what time- I believe the Kill BVill movies are in movie room 1, while the Hangover and Zombieland are in room 2."

She clasped her hands together and chewed thoughtfully on her lip. "We can get the karaoke machine now, if you like? It was a little earlier than I'd planned it."

Ariel was actually quite surprise to see Senri here. Not that he was not at his place but she didn't expect to see him again so quickly actually.
She first was not sure how to call him, but because they were in their private time and he called her Ariel she guessed she could do the same.

"Good evening Senri" she replied to the young man. He was attractive as usual. When he started talking about movies with Jada she remembered he was in the business too, so it was actually not that surprising for him to be here.

"Zombieland??" she frowned at the words. She was not sure she would like it. It was quite strange for a senshi but she was not really good with scary things.

"Why not starting the karaoke" she said while taking a mini pizza from a server's plate passing near to her.
