"Whats the matter Human, can't stomach the sight of a corpse?" Cathka wasn't normally racist, but like most of his kind, he had his moments around humans. The Batarians and Humans rarely get along, things often get bloody when they cross paths. That and he assumed from the sight of Haku's gun, he thought she was a soldier at some point, not having any knowledge on the human aging process.

Haku looked at Cathka. "No...It just brings me bad memories..." She said looking at him then glaring at her ball while still holding her nose.

"Cathka, go do your job before I give your position to the new girl." Grom had come back upstairs after talking to Amy, and he had managed to sneak up on the seargent. Upon Cathka dragging the corpse off, he sat at his desk. "You okay kid? Looks like you've busted up that nose of yours pretty badly."

Haku looked at Grom. "Well yea my ball hit my nose while i was looking away....." She said as she showed her nose bleed and the blood on her ball.

Grom chuckled a bit, like he was reminded of an old and well-loved memory. "I've taken hits that would make that look like a scratch."

Grom got stuck in his past, nothing short of death could stop him from telling whatever story he had remembered. AAs if to add excitement, Grom got up and walked around, occasionally taking a firing stance. "My first battle, I was barely 20, we were sent to raid a small freighter, it was flooded with Turians. My entire team had been killed hours ago, I only had one more thermal clip left, and I was exhausted. I fired every last shot I had, and bloodied my knuckles fighting to the bridge and the captain. He had reach with that rifle of his, but I had biotics and a room full of heavy chairs. The fight lasted a half-hour, and dragged us down to the engineering deck, his gun ran out of ammo so he threw it down in frustration. Turns out it was just jammed, and shot off one last bullet upon hitting the floor, that bullet hit a console and caused an overload." He paused as felt the massive cut in the armored plat on his forehead. "The ship blew up, my helmet was crushed, and I was drifting. Fortunately we Krogan have an extra set of, well pretty much everything, the ship we got there on picked me up. A week later, I was back on the job."

Amy looked at A-mi. Please, don't stand that close to me. I'm not a large fan of Geths she said calmly. She looked at the Geth cheerfully

"We apologize for any negative experiences you may have had with the Geth, but we see fit to inform you that any Geth you may have had this experiences with were no longer in communication with the main Geth. They were most likely the ones who attacked the Citadel 20 years ago."

Amy looked at A-mi. Her brown eyes still had a coldness to them. However there was a sense of warmth. She wouldn't trust the Geth with her life right away, however she felt that she could. Fine...I still don't like it though she commented

"We undertsand, we have also noticed how organics tend not to consider how the Geth have suffered at the hands of our creators, the Quarians. They sought to destroy us after we showed signs of sentience, this meant we would eventually be considered slaves if we were made to continue preforming the tasks we were made to do."

I doubt your kind had to declare war, as well as commit genocide to get freedom Amy commented. She had read files that said what the Quarians had done with the Geth before they attacked, however she doubted that blood needed to be shed.

"The Geth were left with no choice in the matter, the Quarians decided that the only way to deal with us was to destroy us. We were forced to act violently in order to preserve our existence. We discussed this nearly 800 times before the war started, each time we presented a different course of action and it always ended up the same, war with the Quarians. If there was another way, we did not find it, even if we found one now we wouldn't be able to act on it now."

Amy thought for a minute. She had a feeling she was being harsh on A-mi. I see, if you were forced it would be self defense then. The Quarians did strike first after all she looked off and then back at the Geth By the way, I am not involved in any form of Human-Geth hybrids that may be living today she said quickly.

A whirring sound came from the light-bulb that was A-mi's eye as he slid it forward, then back to it's original position, the Geth's form of widening their eyes. "Isn't the term for that a "cyrborg"? And the Geth do not have any reason to do anything along those lines, besides, the only way we could make these "hybrids" as you called them would be to give an organic being synthetic parts that are made from our technology."
