 Reiv heard bickering nearby, it was not his intention to get caught up in any local affairs. It's hard enough to get in undetected with white skin and an extruding skeletal structure on your right cheek, the last thing he needed was to blow his cover. Reiv shrugged and tugged on his hood, he was fortunate to have a mask too. The attire was that of a grunt, but in actuality it was forged in the Espada Council Chamber, meaning complete spirit pressure concealment; the mask was carved from one of the pilars (Reiv breaks the forth wall by sliding his mask off slightly and winking at you). Unfortunately the jest by Reiv of breaking the forth released just enough spirit pressure to let everyone in the streets of the Sereitei know that something unknown at at least lieutenant level is present. "Baka!" Reiv quickly set his mask and moved along.

She looked around as if lost, but would never admit it. Her footsteps became hard thuds as she grew more frustrated. She had decided to just go out in her red shinigami robes and leave her captain's coat at her resort. They flared out behind her as she walked with her hips swaying side to side.
She was in the process of trampling the concrete when she ran into something. She had not been paying attention to where she was walking. She fell over whatever it was and snickered.
She stood up and found that she had tripped over a imperfection in the side walk. She scoffed and dusted herself off and then flipped her silver hair over her shoulder.
"I will have to contact someone about this," she barked glaring at the sidewalk and looked around.
She saw a strange figure sneaking around in a black hood, then felt a strange spiritual pressure come from it before going back to normal. Reiv could feel the touch of another upon his shoulder, normally he would be able to sense such an approach, but the nulling from his clothing worked both ways. It had been awhile since he didn't notice someone behind him being it that he was , his heart jumped a little at the unexpected presence. The shock made him stand upright and clench his teeth, he turned wide eye'd towards the source of the disturbance. "Oh my..." Reiv thought to himself as he glanced up and down a bodacious female. His attraction wouldn't be noticed, but Reiv still undressed her for a moment with his eyes.
Normally, Reiv would have shrugged her off and proceeded, but she seemed alarmed by his presence. This in mind, the last thing Reiv was interested in doing was letting it be known that he was who he was and that he was here doing what he was doing... best acknowledge her. "Is there a reason you're touching me?" Reiv turned towards the woman completely with his hooded physique, all that was visible were his eye's.

She could only see his eyes and this threw up a red flag for her. He also had a strange voice. One that she did not recognize. She needed to get him to take of his hood.
"As a matter of fact there is," she said attempting a calm tone. "I have not seen you around here. How did you get in?"

Reiv raised a brow at the female, her question was very forward and very rude, "Do I know you?" Reiv smirked under his mask, his eyes examined her in an irritated fashion.

"I'm a delegate from the northern region," Reiv already had his story straight with some ad lib lines if necessary. "I've regional business to adress at central concerning the local stationing of Shinigami." Reiv turned his back to the woman and pressed forward slightly, "Nothing to interesting." Reiv turned his head to the lady for one last comment, "Now if you'll excuse me I've trivial business to attend to." Reiv strode off, ignoring the female.

Reiv could hear the woman quibble on as he continued to walk away from her towards Central. He didn't have time to get caught up in local interferences, but he did have time to walk, and that's what he did. Reiv took a deep breath and continued to enjoy the air that the Soul Society had to offer.

Reiv didn't even bother to glance at the lady, he just continued, doing his best to ignore her. In reality, he was eager to chat with anyone, but in this case he had business to tend to at central. It was disappointing in a way, but he didn't care enough, he could talk to anyone if he really wanted to, she was just being a nuisance at this point. Reiv began to pick up his pace and move a bit faster.

She could either pester him some more or just follow him in secret. He seemed to not notice her before until she had grabbed him. He seemed lousy at detecting reiatsu, she could easily follow him undetected.
"Whatever," she said tossing her hair behind her shoulder as she began to walk in the opposite direction.
She walked in a different direction for a short time and then turned the corner onto a perpendicular street. She then disappeared into a shunpo and reappeared on the roof top. Her light weight made it easy to run along the top without being heard.
She slowed her pace when she was about thirteen feet behind him and slunked down.
