 Reiv rolled speechlessly down the net that Soren had used so effortlessly to catch his fumbling attempts as a ninja. The event was less than graceful... Reiv had to recover. As he rolled off the net he springed off the net with a push-off from his upper body and landed a 3600º quadruple backflip on the center of the table effortlessly. Reiv had a tall posture from the recoil of his landing that would otherwise thwart others balance. "That won't be necessary Soren." Reiv opened closed eyes and proceeded across the table top to his seat at the head, "I'm certain I can manage" He stopped for a moment as he came parallel to Soren's seat. "Aahh.." Reiv brought his hand to his mouth, "Aahh.. Achoo!" The rose so inconveniently plugged in Reiv's nostril went flying out towards Soren, singing as it pierced the air.

The Mind of God   I have this amazing power...
Yet I dont know how to use it...
I know I can go great things... Soren arched an eye brow at the happenings, then Reiv's actions, he caught the rose in his mouth, biting down on the stem as he looked up at him with that usual dead and lifeless look in his eye's as he mumbled. "Gesundheit..." His word meant he cared... Tho the tone in his voice made it sound like he was going "******** you..." Oh the irony... He took the rose out of his mouth before handing it to Mathias. "very well then Reiv" He said crossing his right leg over the left while waiting for the proceedings to begin. 'Reiv still seems as spry as ever... while all the other Espada seem to be losing faith in him... well I can only hope his words don't start an up-roar... but then again I suppose thats what the net is for...' He thought to him self, shutting his eye's as he laughed quietly at how it was horribly ms-used... But why help those people...
They did nothing for me in any way...
All they did was laugh and mock...

"Danke." Reiv turned his head and winked at Soren as he grinned happily at his show of prowess. "Friends." He spoke with a presence and could be heard loud and clear across the interior of the Council Chamber. "As Soren has explained," Reiv proceeded to his seat, "We will be reconsidering several of you today." Reiv made an about phase and faced his audience, "Many of you may be dissatisfied with the evaluations." Reiv did not sit, but instead proceeded to the other end of the table to pace back in the other direction. "I understand that." Reiv made a face of serious implications. "All decisions are, however, not final." He paused in his stride and examined all his subjects. He stood not far from where he had proceeded his about phase so it was easy to give them all a good look. "I will now state all decisions made and will not stop until I am done." Reiv squinted his eyes at the crowd and pursed his lips slightly and eyed the crowd menacingly, "So no interruptions!" His voice boomed the statement loud enough to make a small child piss themselves.
"From the bottom up of the list up." Reiv pulled out a tiny notepad and flipped the top to the first page. "Ahem!" he turned to Emanuel, "Emanuel François, El Cero." Reiv raised his chin and checked to see if he was there "..." He paused for a long moment, staring at him with disappointed eyes. As the gaze deepened, his dissatisfaction emanated with the anticipation he created in all those who observed, "As you were." Reiv tipped his head back down to the notepad and snickered slightly.
Reiv flipped a page or two in his notepad, "Dona Yizel." Reiv looked up at her to assure himself she was present. "Late." Reiv scribble a bit in his notes. "You are to be tested for ranking alteration by me personally." Reiv gave her his attention. "If you decline you shall lose any rank as a potential Espada or Fraccion until further notice. I will notify you of the location and objective at my leisure. Anything to be said on this matter by anyone present shall have their chance at the end of the reconsiderations." Reiv fliped a page.
"Kazuki Yugito." Reiv turned to number 5, "You are to be tested for ranking alteration by your peers. If you decline you shall lose any rank as a potential Espada or Fraccion until further notice. You will be notified of the location and objective at the leisure of either me or Soren. Anything to be said on this matter by anyone present shall have their chance at the end of the reconsiderations." Reiv scratched his nose and flipped the notepad to the next page.
"Miramoto Musashi." Reiv turned to number 4, "You are to be tested for ranking alteration by your superiors. If you decline you shall lose any rank as a potential Espada or Fraccion until further notice. You will be notified of the location and objective at the leisure of either me or Soren." Reiv made a nasty sneer at Miramoto, "And it has been decided that for not making me tea..." Reiv frowned, "You will not be given the leisure of a democratic opposition." Reiv returned his gave to the notepad and flipped back a few pages.
"Melina Amista." Reiv turned to the number 9 seat, it was void of any presence, "Hmm..." Reiv turned to Soren, "I'll leave you to personally inform Miss Amista of her reconsideration exam." He nodded at Soren and then faced the group once more.
"That is all for the list of reconsiderations." Reiv picked at his nose and proceeded talking, "Any..." He pull out a booger. Rolling the sticky green ball between his fingers, he flicked it off to the side, "You may all present any cases or concerns now with relevancy to this meeting or otherwise." Reiv turned around and went to his seat to listen to his council.

" I have no idea what that means but okay... " Kazuki had a strong thought that he would be released soon but he knew he should at least try to keep his position. He then scratched his head as he remembered he was to tall for his seat. Standing worked to. " It's been a while since I was here...... Where have I been...? " Kazuki mumbled to his self as he awaited anymore orders.

Emanuel shook his head, trying to keep in a fit of laughter. Their leader now, instead of being an idiot, was trying to act cool. Or maybe he was just like that. Emanuel has no idea about what was going on, so he listened. His name was called, and he really had no idea what the "As you were" meant. Did that mean he kept his position as it was? Licking his lips he looked at Reiv, wondering why his gaze was so...dissapointed or something. The man snickered for some reason, and that really pissed Emanuel off. He smiled lightly, veins popping upon his forehead. He listened to what else was being said, even about the tea part...but then, when the guy plucked a booger out from his nose, Emanuel stood. "I have a suggestion here leader. How about you do me the pleasure of fighting me? That way, I'd be able to either wipe your face across Los Noches, or you could throw me all across Hueco Mundo. Seem fun? You could TOTALLY test your ninja tricks on me if you want!" Emanuel held up a single finger, pushing it up his left nostril. He pulled out his own booger, flicking it in Reiv's direction. A Little girl came bursting into the room and saw that Reiv had already started and began babbling off excuses like "I got lost!" and "Lucas didn't tell me!" blah blah blah... Then thought to herself Oh snap I interrupted Reiv, he's gonna eat me! and cringed a little, but not quite enough for it to really be noticed. She liked herself the way she was...
She sheepishly made her way to the ninth espada's chair and stood behind it while Reiv finished talking, and completely missed anything that was said about her. Then with her head down and her arms hanging loosely at her sides she waited to get in trouble like she seemed to do a lot she thought I really hate getting in trouble... i wonder why it happens to me so often... she paused in her thoughts when she thought she heard her name spoken... but didn't think it really happened and kept thinking Probably because I'm so small... then she smiled and was glad her hair was in front of her head so nobody could really see it. ...yet so strong.

Soren sighed as Emanuel spoke out, but before he could comment, the ninth's Fraccion burst into the room, his gaze shifted to her as he held his right index finger to his lips. "shh... I need to speak with you after the meeting Melina" He said shifting his gaze back to Reiv. 'at this rate... the Espada will always be viewed as a series of mindless morons... as well Reiv doesn't seem to be doing to well either with keeping the chain of command in respect... then again with Espada like these... it's no wonder...' He thought to him self more thinking of someone in specific, but more everyone in general, him self included of course... Soren was a scientific mad man in most cases... So of course he'd be seen as insane and illogical...
((ugh!! all my posts are tiny again! I blame.... um... Someone....... eventually...)) But why help those people...

She stayed quiet since he told her to but she couldn't hide the concern that suddenly haunted her thoughts. What does he want? ... Did i miss something important while i was lost... probably... The Nariiku and Maniiku interupted "Yes you did you ninny." Maniiku said angrily. "Oh its okay sweety, I'm sure Soren will fill you in. I bet that's why he wants to talk to you." The girl still didnt like the sound of that. Soren scared her, but she wouldn't let him know that.
Do you really think he only wants to talk? There has to be more to it. Why would he waist his time talking to a fraccion like me? "Because you matter." Nariiku said simply in a motherly tone. Mel didn't believe it, she knew Soren would much rather replace her spine with a broom stick than just talk. Thats a scary thought... i like being bendy... how elts am i supposed to get stuff from under the bed when Lucas can't, or do a handstand? That's part of my fighting! she gasped quietly. Soren wouldn't really do that would he? ...yet so strong.

"Yugito." Reiv made certain he had his attention, "Welcome back." Reiv squinted his eyes as he smiled sarcastically ay him. "This part of the meeting is for 'Q&A' so please limit your gabber." Before Reiv could turn his head back to the group--"I have a suggestion here leader. How about you do me!? That way, I'd be able to either wipe your face across or you could throw me all across Hueco Mundo. Seem fun? You could TOTALLY test your ninja tricks on me if you want!"--Reiv jumped a bit at the urgencey of Emanuel's statement, "Well I--" Emanuel held up a single finger, pushing it up his left nostril. He pulled out his own booger, flicking it in Reiv's direction. "Now then...Deal, or No Deal!?"--Reiv was indeed a bit shocked by his advances, "Hmm..." He looked Emanuel up and down, examining his slim, build, and sexy physic. "Yeah..." Reiv started nodding, "Yeah I could go for that." His face euphorically grinned at the image of Manny in a speedo. "I could really go for that!" Reiv plucked the booger off of his face and admired it slightly, gazing into the green mucus ball and sighing. "Name the time and place and you got me all day." Reiv slung his arm forward and stuck his thumb up, "And bring your lunch!" He winked at Manny and tilted his head into the wink, "It's an all day job!" And then proceeded to wink with the other eye, "Bah!" Reiv caught his mishap by rubbing his eyes open in a flurry.

I know I can go great things... Soren simply sighed as Reiv and Emanuel seemed to start getting into it. "there's no real reason for me to say as I've got nothing to put into the conversation anymore then I already have, so I'll take my leave, if anyone needs me they can find a clone in my lab at all times" He said standing up slowly as he walked towards the door. "Melina, you come with me as well, we have some things to discuss..." He said stepping through the door as he inhaled slowly. It was a long and soothing breathe as he could feel his power restrictions return as they had vanished... A cool breeze would flow around the boy as he let out a content sigh as it would slowly vanish, allowing a calm and cooling current of air to flow through the hall he stood in while waiting for Melina. "come on, lets go" He said to her. 'knowing her she probably thinks I'm going to pick her apart and replace various bits and pieces... well I suppose that does sound like me but never the less...' He thought to him self, rolling his eye's slightly. But why help those people...

~~~~~~~~~Miramoto Musashi~~~~~~~~ Miramoto rose from his seat, he was so quiet no one noticed he was there, "Same thing for me, if you need me I will disable the security system of my room for a day and let my automatons serve you instead of killing you on the spot.." he let that sink in, " as for you tea, Reiv-sama," he said emphising the sama. Miramoto dug through his netsuke and took out a thermos and two wooden boxes, he served his self some, closed the thermos, and threw that with the cup at Reiv. He walked out thinking about the cute couple that is gonna battle Reiv, and his own fight, he listed the arrancars and imediatly devised a plan to win over every single one individually.He remembered something and ran into the room, "Manny, may you come with me, I want you to test something with me".

" Okay can someone explain to me what's going on about my judgement or whatever that word he said is about?" Kazuki watched Emanuel and Reiv chat and looked at Soren. Kazuki didn't bother to say anything or start anything, he just simply walked towards his seat and sat down. He then opened his hand, a little ball of foam resting on it. He started to squeeze the ball and maneuver it between his long fingers. " .... " Kazuki then looked at the little female Espada and shook his head. He then looked towards Reiv and Emanuel again. He then started to wonder if they would really go through with it.
