"...I'm going to assume very close?" Lance chuckled, though he was seriously wondering what the answer to that question was as he wrapped his arms around Kali's waist. Maybe this party wouldn't be QUITE so bad if this was how she was going to be dressing.
"Sorry it took me so long - it took me a while to find something for a formal event; good to hear that you like it though." He grinned at her before returning he kiss. "You look pretty damn good yourself." At the mention of the two shadows who were probably wreaking havoc inside, Lance found himself sighing, but he nodded in agreement nonetheless - it probably wasn't a good idea to let Cain and Luka terrorize the guests more than they already had. "Alright - lets get in there before they destroy everything then." he muttered as he took Kali by the hand, leading her inside the building and to the party.
"Vim, vi vi, vim!" Cain snuggled his friend, quite happy that he was finally able to see him again. It had been so long! Now they could finally have some fun together again! Fun translated into trouble, of course, but that didn't really matter, right? Fun was fun!
The little shadow looked over as Puff made himself known and chirped at him - another new friend! He was always happy to make new friends! "Vim, vi!" They weren't allowed to bother Howl? Well, that was okay! There were plenty of other people to mess around with!

"Your lip ring saved you." She chuckled, reaching up to touch it softly with the tip of one finger.
"If you were having trouble, you should have told me. I could have come to help." Although, she knew very well that being in a room with Lance and him changing would have ended them all very, very late for this particular party.
She peered around for the two Shadows as they entered, spotting them over by Puff, and a little girl she recognized as Leyla. Puff was pointing at Howl, and shaking his head. She was no expert on reading what Shadows meant, but...did that mean they weren't allowed to bother him?
It didn't take long for her to see why. He seemed almost nervous, behind his suave exterior. And he was with Sophie.
Kali smiled, leaning against Lance. She wanted to go and say hi to her friend - but she would wait. Whatever he was doing with Sophie was important, and she wasn't about to go and interrupt them.
"It's nice to meet you too, Keya? Don't you just love this party? I'm so glad Daddy let me come!" She giggled, and, with a small gasp, dug in the white handbag she carried with her. From within, she produced a small pouch of heart shaped candies, and held it out to Keya.
"Here! This can be for you. I have them left from my class's valentines party, and I wanted to give them all out. I like you, though." She smiled. Dimitri wanted to vomit. She was sickly sweet.
Luka cocked his head in Howl's direction, but nodded his consent, turning his green gaze out to the other party goers. It wasn't as if they lacked anyone else to 'have fun' with.
He spotted Kali, and quickly turned away. Maybe if he didn't look at her, she wouldn't give him trouble. She seemed to KNOW when he was plotting to do things he shouldn't. It wasn't fair.
"Lu~!" He snuggled Cain, and examined the part of the room where Kali was not. Where was someone they could go and bother, instead of Howl?

Eve smiled, "I've been all right. Just worried about my mother a little. Your outfit is cute by the way." Her friend looked very cute though part of Eve was nervous. She simply didn't know why she was nervous.
Keya nodded, "It's my second party so far. My daddy had to work." She blinked at the pouch, accepting it with a smile. "Thank you, Katia. I've never had those before." Aries was strict on what he let his daughter have and heart-shaped candies definitely was not something he'd let her. Keya smiled though planning on hiding the hearts from her father.
"Why does your brother look ill? Is a germ bothering him?" Keya was too young to understand boys or others at that, but she reached in her pocket for the two cookies her father had helped her make. "Here, for you two," she said, offering the two chocolate cookies in a baggie.
Herion watched the other shadows around the room, feeling a little out of place. He blinked, he shouldn't care about making friends with the others of his kind. Eve was important and she only mattered. Still why did he feel a little be jealous?

Cookie wriggled a little in her dress, "Sanksu, yours too!" she purred, hugged Eve again before questioning about Eve's other statement, "What's wrong with Ivy-Mama?"
Xanny nodded as he spun Alome in a small twirl, "Ya'd think more people would be dancin, at this rate. The tunes are lovely."

"Pwaty is okay... It need more pasta, buh... Mama said if I make mess, I'll no get kisses from her for a whole day!" Feli couldn't help his love for pretty girls, and his mother was no exception to him. He adored her as if she were the goddess Venus herself.
"You a vewy pwetty girl, Mizz Leyla~ Wanna dance?" He took great pride in the way he could make his feet move.

Alome's eyes glittered with an joy she had not felt since she was just a toddler, and as she spun out, she immediately returned to the boy's arms.
"Maybe they are just shy... Many children are like that.. Yet there are other's like you who just want to have fun... I think.. I'd prefer to be with you for now, if you don't mind."
