She hummed to herself the way back to the village and had been oblivious to Majesty following her until he spoke up. Startled, she quickly turned to face the stallion. "Of course." She told him as she gently set the bucket down beside the container. "I could always use a break anyway." She told him sweetly. "What did you have in mind?"
As much as Zarita loved the village and her duties, she was beginning to think that she might just love Majesty more. Not to mention it was always nice to get a bit of a break from chores either way.

He grinned and stuck the flower behind her ear. "A stroll I was thinking. A short one along the stream and into the forest a bit? To let just enough light glitter through the leaves onto your pretty flank?" He loved to tease her and did indeed think her very beautiful. "Come, come!" And he trotted off ahead.

Zarita blushed at Maj's comments but shook her mane prettily. She always did enjoy his compliments. Well, compliments in general but at least she knew that he meant them. She also did enjoy teasing him back a great deal.
"A stroll sounds just perfect." She told him happily. "Besides, I do always enjoy spending time with handsome stallions such as yourself." A few weeks earlier Zarita might have gagged at the comment, but this stallion had definitely made her silly and somewhat love struck. The little mare pranced eagerly along behind him.

He chuckled when she called him handsome. Perfect, just perfect, everything was perfect. He slowed to walk beside he as they entered the wood. "I have something I want to tell you. Something I want to ask you." He stopped to hook his neck along her back and up part of the other side of her neck. He rubbed on her lovingly and hummed a tuneless happy note. "Zarita. I love you. I want you to stay with me forever. I want you to be my mate in all senses of the word. I want you and I want our children and I want this to be our home." He waited and held his breath hoping he hadn't been too forward.

The little mare stood speechless for a few moments. Wasn't this what she wanted? Well of course it was. It all just seemed so sudden and then foals, oh no.. no no no no. No foals. Maybe she could just tell him that she couldn't have foals? Perhaps if she was really very careful. They could make it work somehow. But she couldn't have any baskets. As much as she might want them with Majesty, she just couldn't allow herself to hurt him like that.
Putting her past out of her mind, Zarita nuzzled the stallion. "Of course!" She told him. "I couldn't imagine myself with anyone else, and I wouldn't want to be with anyone else."

He let out the breath with a whoosh. She'd said yes! She'd said yes! He was so happy he could burst. To show her he began to kiss and n** at every part of her he could reach. He danced, he pranced and then went right back to loving on her. "I so happy! God I love you little lady!" He murred something unintelligible about goddess, and dreams before quieting to just stand with her in the pretty wood.
