Elain shudders at the sight of the dragon. "That voice.... Nado?..." she stumbles back. "Nado... I... if thats you... I didn't mean any offence... I mean that, and not becuase i'm scared now...." She sits on the ground, her arms and legs shaking violently. Is he really a dragon....? She wounders in the back of her mind. "I knew if I told you... you would be obligated to stop me... I need to understand this war... Please do not be angry with me."

 He then stares hard on her as a dragon, as his body forms back to his regular self; his human form. Nando goes over and helps her up as he then just pats her. "Why you shaking, I won't harm you. And the only thing that upsets me is why you never asked if I could come along. Yes I am by the King, but it is still my... well not 'duty'.. my 'instincts' to make sure things are alright with you and nothing is wrong. Now we just need a lie or a excuse in case they find you... or 'us' if your alright with that."

Elain looks at Nando for a minute. "Your lie will be simple, you came looking for me... and tried to keep me safe, if we are cuaght by my father. Its half the truth, and if he finds me... well lets hope that it dosn't come to that." She smiles at him slowing her breathing so she can controll the shaking of her limbs. "So... now I know why you never carry a sword, why would you need too... Why would you join my father when you could do anything you want, your... your a dragon." She asks If he choses not to answer I wont press it... but it would be nice to know. She continues to think.

He then sighs a little bit. "Why I am not running away right about now shouldn't be answered yet, it will when the time comes.." He then just takes a breath and looks around. "Only thing we can do now is just to get a hotel to stay out, cause obviously you ran away from the only FREE transportation to somewhere nice.." He then lead her down to a pathway wherever they can do to get a nice hotel or whatever...it was just something that can be done...or well..yeah. "And I'll get a bedroom for two...so hopefully we get some piracy to ourselves..."

Elain nod and folows quickly. "Well take this.. it will seem odd if we are both walking about and a women is carrying the dagger instead of the man." She holding the dagger out for him. "You don't have to use it, just wear it... we dont want to draw unwanted attention." She was planing on the spot now that her plans had changed to include two people. The thought of stayimg in an Inn dint bother her, she would rather stay there then in the rain any day and she could learn a bit. Inn lobbies were always full of gossip. Thunder rolls in the air.

awesomecacy Astrid's the name...  "Well, everyone's a wee bit different. If I woulda brought it and you freaked out.. Well, let's just say bein' mauled by a dragon is not on my ta-do list." Astrid grinned. "Betta safe dan sorry." Astrid grabbed her axe and pulled it out of the ground, setting it back on her shoulder.
She frowned a bit at Jasia's story. "Don't ask me. The only kind 'a fightin' I've ever been in is that over a scrap 'a spare food. Us dwarvs love our food." Astrid grinned. "I sup'ose it's a new experience for both u' us." Astrid shuffled her feet, her grip tightening on her axe. She had a burning urge to do some work. this is what happened when you took someone who worked all day to no work at all. "Ya have a place ta stay?" She asked. ...And axing's my game.

Astrid's the name... "Mmmh. Right. I sup'ose dragons aren't vary popular in the city, are they?" Astrid gazed at the mountians. "Would ya believe I've nevar been in da mountians before? Alwas been under 'em." Astrid chuckled. "Franckly, I think if I was ever up as high as one of ya dragans, I'd probably go ballistic. Gives meh chills just thinkin' 'bout it." Astrid grinned, looking over at Jasia. Her conversation skills were bad. And she was running out of things to talk about.
The thunder rolled in the distance and Astrid looked up at the sky. "Eh. Rain. Ya learn to hate it when it floods yer mines. Workin' knee deep in mud is 'ot whatcha wanna do." Astrid slid her axe in the straps on her back. "I betta go find a place ta call home for da night, eh?" ...And axing's my game.

Elain relized that Nando wasn't going to take the dagger from her, and tucked it into her undergarmets to hide it. As the approached the town she looked ahead. It looked like there were soldiers there If they see me we are caught already... she thought as they kept moving to the town. I've got it! She thought then grabed onto Nando's arm covering most of her face behind him. She whispers to him "I'm sorry if I'm in your space... I need to hide my face, those look like soldiers if they see me we are done."

People seem to think we're all fire breathing and we eat people. She turned her head up to the sky, ruffling her wings at the sound of the thunder. At Astrid's comment about being a dragon, Jasia clacked her teeth. Before she could reply, another roll of thunder sounded, lightning following. The storm was getting closer. You're welcome to stay with me. she looked back at Astrid, sitting up on her hind legs like a dog. My home isn't that far. Truth be told, Jasia would like to have company. Astrid's the name... "Them people jus' don't 'ppreciate beauty and diversity." Astrid said simply. "Those people ar' jus' boring." She grinned, stretching. "But no' everybody's like dat. Lots are accepting. Yo jus' always hear 'bout the unnacepting ones."
Astrid thought about Jasia's offer for a moment. Up... In the mountians? Astrid would surly be out of her leauge... But then again.... This was the only friend she had. And she didn'twant to lose her only friend because she was too much of a mole rat to go up into the mountians. "Aye. If ya're sure. I accept. How're we gonna get thar, though?" ...And axing's my game.

Jasia Why follow the system... ___________________________________________________________________ Well. We could fly, but you must not like flying. Jasia thought for a moment, then nodded. Here, climb onto my back. She crouched down, unfolding one of her wings to let Astrid on. I'll take you there, but I'll walk. Its slower then flying, but faster then both of us walking. Astrid probably wouldn't be able to keep up with her walking. She would take her to the mountains, and then climb up to the cave. It wasn't that far off the ground anyways. ___________________________________________________________________ ...when you can resist
