With permission from Seth, Faleen turned her attention back over to her fellow Grunt,
"How big is the Galactic organization? Or at least, last you knew what the body count was? I'm curious becasue from what I have witnessed with the kind of machinery they are producing and you've mentioned they are working with, up and moving a base doesn't seem like it would be an easy thing to accomplish, especially with how often it seems to happen, how are they able to move an entire organization so regularly without drawing more attention to themselves?"

She only had the Rockets as a references, just imagining what they would have to move and how difficult that would be, it seemed so impractical, unless Galactic had members defecting that often that they would need to move for risk of being found.

"What I know to be Galactic's approximate body count is without a doubt completely inaccurate," he said. "A rebellion took place within the organization. Many left, many defected, and many more were killed for their treason. However, that was months ago, and I'm sure Deimos made a point to draw in more numbers. I believe it's safe to say they're at least as big as Team Rocket is now, but that is nothing more than my estimate." He couldn't imagine them being too much bigger, but Luke had no grasp whatsoever on how active they had been in recruitment after the revolt was put down.

"We never moved all at once. Migration was staggered over the course of a month or more, depending on the number of projects underway and available agents at the time. Deimos designed our equipment to be mobile, so the relocation itself was a fairly simple, if not time-consuming, process. It helped that what we were moving was only the base of operations. The main project, Deimos's 'machine,' is housed in a stationary workplace, but only agents directly involved in the project know the location."

Seth listened with some intrigue as Lucas answered Faleen's question, which had been a good one. Although there was a derisive snort from the elite as mention of a revolt was brought up. So that was it, Lucas was likely involved with this revolt and had been lucky enough to escape with his life.

"So, even the so called genius has trouble controlling his followers. Seems his only gift lies with machines. An incompetent leader on his own."

A mocking tone laced Seth's voice as he said this. The man pleased to know that he had been at least partially right about Deimos' idiocy.

"Do you know which legendaries he's acquired? Other than that Shaymin and the Ho-oh, of course."

Faleen nodded softly when Lucas answered the question, but she continued to frown. From what she understood, it would mean that in a way, Galactic was constantly moving, or preparing to move their base, putting so much time and energy into this, would cut efficiancy in their man power significantly.
Faleen agreed with Seth, their leader was definitely an idiot.

One thing that did interest her though, is hearing that the laboratory that was oh so important to the Galactic was a stationary location...

Luke gave a restrained nod in agreement with Seth's criticism. Were it not for his commanders and his brilliance in engineering, Deimos wouldn't have lasted weeks as the leader of all of Team Galactic. He passingly wondered if such a though was what had caused the rebellion in the first place before returning his attention to the question at hand.

"Azelf and one of the legendary beasts have been obtained," he explained. "Possibly others as well, though I could not even hazard a guess as to which. I never participated in a recovery mission." And the missions themselves were kept quite under wraps, even after their completion. It was only through loose lips that Luke knew what he did in that regard.

Seth was now jotting down notes on a piece of printer paper. Things to research if he could, and mention in his report to Lucere. A short, disproving grunt coming from his throat and brows furrowing at the mention of Azelf and legendary beast. Although he knew of all known legendaries, his was most familiar with those originating in Johto.

"I see." He stated before looking up from his notes, focusing his gaze on Lucas. "You have been quite helpful, and I will see to it that you are well placed. Is there anything else you can tell me?"

A sense of relief drew silently from Faleen's breath, being cautious not to disturb the conversation still in progress, but that seemed to be coming to a close.
She was glad that had gone well, hoping that this would be something Team Rocket could use, so glad that Lucas did this so willingly.
Faleen did wondered though, curious as to see what Seth meant by seeing that Lucas was well placed.

He sorted through his memories of Galactic in search of something significant. From what he could come up with, though, all of the bases had been covered. "Not that I can think of," he replied. "If I come up with anything else, I'll bring it to your attention." A thought flitted into his head, a passing concern for the future. "If I could make a request regarding my placement, I would prefer not to continue working in surveillance. Though my training was geared towards the department, it is not work that I believe I am suited to." It was through Luke's performance in his training in Galactic that he had first been assigned to surveillance and eventually to assassination, and he had no wish to doom Lucas to the department all over again now that the opportunity to prevent that was before him.

Seth nodded, seemingly satisfied with that answer. However, he did raise a brow at Lucas' request. That was odd that he would decline working in an area he was supposedly good at.

"Very well. What would you prefer?"

Lucas had done him quite a favor, even if not quite intentionally, and Seth was willingly to accommodate, within reason.

Faleen watched for his answer as well, wondering what he wanted to work with instead.
Shifting her leg over to cross her ankle over the other one, leaning forward a bit to pull her back away from the chairs rest.

"I would like to work with weapons development or related technologies, if you have such a position available. I was not formally trained in the area, but I have both aptitude and experience." And, more importantly, it was not only something that Lucas himself could do without Luke's assistance, but it was also a thing that he had seemed to genuinely enjoy.

"Is that so," Seth said, pondering that for a moment.

It was then that the elite rose from his chair, and went to where the rifle was leaning against the wall. Although it wasn't completed yet, it appeared to be mostly intact. Picking it up, he then turned and used both hands to toss the large gun at Lucas.

"What can you tell me about it."

Rocket Agent Faleen

She remembered mention from Lucas about him working with weaponry when she had talked to him the first time. She was intrigued with this idea, wondering just what Lucas did know,
When Seth went over to the gun that had been placed over against the wall behind him.
The Grunt tilted her head when it was tossed over to Lucas and Seth asked him to tell him about the weapon.
Faleen tilted her head softly as she looked over the gun now in Lucas' hands.

He caught the weapon as it was tossed, supporting its weight between his hands and inspecting it carefully. "This is very nice," he evaluated at length. "The design and execution are quite sound, despite its incompleteness. It's not actually a weapon, though, so I'm afraid I can't say much about the processes involved in its function." That much was evident. It had all the necessary parts - such as a trigger and a barrel - but the manner in which they were implemented was one that would conduct neither a bullet nor a high-power beam. He ran a hand over an empty slot, noting its connections, and a subtle realization dawned on his features. "Do you use this in combination with pokeballs?" A long-distance capture or release device; it was quite innovative, if that was indeed its intended use.

There was a smirk on Seth's face as Lucas evaluated the so called "weapon" that he had in his hands. The fact that he managed to identify that it wasn't really a weapon, meant that he was competent enough, especially as he seemed to realize in part what its intended use actually was.

"Yes, its a beam concentrator rifle. Its meant to recall, release, and catch Pokemon from long distances."
