Rave nodded. "Sure, thats sounds enjoyable." Rave did a pre-flight stretch. She spread out her wings to their full extent, licks of her colorful flames danced on them. "Ahhh..." She shook herself off after the stretch. "Ready when you are."

Frost unleashed his wings and spread them wide. He admired her colorful flames. There was something that intrigued him about the flames, so different from his hard, clear ice. He had never noticed how opposite they were. She was colorful and warm, he was transparent and cold.
"Ready...." He voiced lowly as he took a running start then shot into the air. He figured that he'd take the lead being the male. Besides, he might as well take her to his favorite spot. He soared through the air easily, aiming for the cliff sides that were illuminated by the Borealis lights.
He landed on the plateau and looked up at the bright colored lights.

Rave shot up into the air after Frost. They flew up toward the mountains. Rave looked a little closer. The Borealis Lights illuminated the mountains. She looked in awe as her breathe was taken away. She couldn;t take her eyes off of them and crashed landed into Frost.

Frost looked over annoyed at the female, at least until he saw the look of awe on her face. She would be forgiven....just this once. "Watch where your flying." He reprimanded her, but not in his usual harsh voice. Then he looked out at the night's with her. "Remarkable...isn't it."

"S-sorry" What a space cadet she could be. At least he wasn't mad. She looked up at the skies and back at Frost, the lights reflected of his fur. "Yeah... Y-" Rave caught her tounge and coughed. "...They are." Rave looked up and was blushing, more than usual.

Frost looked back at the female, catching the last part of her stare. He figured that she would be more preoccupied with the lights but for some reason she had been staring at him. It was strange.
"Ahem...." He cleared his throat. With the lights flickering above them, the colors danced across her fur, making her even brighter. Something he didn't think was possible."Mm...." He slowly looked her body up and down, taking in every detail.

Rave sat and enjoyed the lights. Her cheeks felt warmer then usual. "H-hey... Frost?" She looked over at him, feeling her warm cheeks grow hot. "Do ever get the feeling that you have a butterfly in your stomach?" Maybe Frost knew what it ment.

Frost's eyes widened in surprise. Normally that would be such a random question to ask, but since he was suffering from the same aliment at the moment it seemed relevant. "Perhaps..." He said a bit leery of the conversation. he didn't want to give too much away. "Are you talking about.....a slight....nervous....apprehensive butterfly?"

Rave nodded slowly. "A butterfly that only flutters when near a... certain someone?" Rave can feel herself blushing hard. She kept her eyes on the lights. Almost afraid to look at Frost.

He looked at her intensely, "Around....a certain male?" He could feel his heart pounding loudly in his chest. For some reason her answer meant a lot to him. That seemed to be happening a lot with this female.

Rave nodded again. "Yeah..." Rave looked over at Frost. If her heart beat any faster than it already was she was going to pass out. "B-but I've only known him for a few days. I.. uh.. Really like him though." That butterfly was fluttering more than ever.

A slow smile crept over his face. There could be only one male that fit her description. "Do you....?" He leaned closer to her. He felt a warmth spread throughout his body that was unlike anything he had ever experienced. It didn't make him feel uncomfortable like any other heat. It felt right, good in fact."Quiet your heart little bird...." He licked her cheek affectionately, "Before it explodes.....I have.....feelings for you as well.."

Rave looked into Frost eyes and blushed from the lick, her heart settling since all the pressure was gone. "I'm glad..." She smiled like she never had before. Then she laughed. "To think we thought l-love was an ailment." The word love was new to Rave. She knew it was a powerful word, it felt so good saying it, inspecially toward Frost. She got closer to him and nuzzled his neck. The combination of her warm and his coolness felt perfect together.

He chuckled deeply, something that he was not used to so it sound loud and robust to his ears. "Yes....love....is not something that i am accustomed too.....but i shall try to adjust...." He closed his eyes and returned the nuzzle. He thought her heat would make him feel uncomfortable, and was surprised to find how perfect it felt instead.
He realized that many things were going to change. He would have to adjust to no longer living alone. And the thought that he would have someone to protect now was a little terrifying. What if something ever happened to Rave? How would he ever be able to live with himself?

Something just hit Rave. She usually lived in the forest or near the lake. Frost seemed more accustomed to the mountains. While she was here during the day she remembered a cave. Her heart raced abit at the the thought of being with him more. "Let's stay in the mountains!" She blurted the statement out randomly. "You seem more at home here, and every night we can look at the stars and lights together." Rave blushed. She really liked the idea. Hopefully Frost would too.
