Charles Broker ”Healer” Seeing Remi walk back with 5 boxes of peanut brittle made Charles laugh, looked like he was listening in! " Haha! thanks remi, but I'll need more than that aha! Here, I'll take those off your hands." Charles Chuckled as he caught up with Remi and Deimi and took the boxes from Remis arms. Mariya REALLY liked peanut brittle... She lived on the stuff! Charles quickly walked back down the asle to pick up another five. He would have lifted more but that just added the problem of carrying them back, and he didn't know any size compression spells... They didn't weigh too much, but they were a little bulky, which was just awkward really. " that doen't look like cotton candy does it. changed your mind then?" charles asked seeing the sticks of rock in Remis hands. Chaz ((Bleh, excuse my s**t post... it's 4am lol))

Remi turned as he heard Charles laugh, thanking him, and saying that he was gonna need more than just five boxes. Well, five boxes was a good start at least, the little wolf boy smiling as the older boy lifted the load of boxes from his arms. " Your friend must really like peanut brittle if five boxes isn't enough~" he remarked, chuckling a bit as he watched Charles go down the aisle to where the peanut brittle was, picking up another five boxes. The boxes were rather bulky, seeing Charles carrying ten boxes of peanut brittle seemed almost comical, Remi had to refrain from bursting out laughing. He looked up as the older boy said that it didn't look like cotton candy, and asking him if he had changed his mind. Remi could see he had noticed the sticks of rock candy in his hands, and nodded, smiling widely, " Yup~! Besides, I think these will last me a little longer~" Rock candy was pretty much the same as cotton candy, except it was just sugar in a hardened, crystallized form, as opposed to the soft, spun sugar of cotton candy, and came on sticks rather than in bags. " You know, I could help carry some of those boxes if you want," the little wolf boy offered, being polite and helpful was in his nature, and, getting used to talking and being around Charles, Remi was always willing to offer his help. Of course, this was probably one of the times he wished he knew telekinesis or something of the sort, which would make carrying all the boxes around a bit easier, but he figured they'd have to make due with what they had for now. Deimi gave an amused chuckle at seeing Charles carrying all of those boxes of peanut brittle. Well, he HAD said his friend loved the stuff, she wouldn't be surprised if they had to empty the whole store of it's peanut brittle supply just to satisfy said friend of Charles! Her gaze shifted to the sticks of rock candy Remi was holding, and smiled, figuring he had changed his mind, her assumption confirmed when he replied to Charles' question about the exact same thing. " Good~!" she said happily, reaching up and plucking a few things she wanted, three bars of milk chocolate, one plain, one with almonds, and another with raspberry, a pack of chocolate mint truffles, and a dark chocolate bunny with a vanilla creme center. " Mmmmmm, gotta love chocolate~" she said to herself, her tail wagging as she gathered up her sugary loot in her arms, her eyes drifting over towards the caramels section. She could spot salted caramel, which Charles said was one of his favorites, though, seeing as he was carrying ten boxes of peanut brittle at the moment... " Hey, Charles, I found the salted caramels~ How much do you want?" she asked, figuring she'd handle carrying it for him, once they paid for all this candy, her ears flicking as Remi offered to help the older boy with carrying some of the boxes.

((Lol excuse my absence there, had work last night >.> )) Charles Broker ”Healer” Stuck in a sugar filled maze " She really does... In fact at one point I thought that was all she ate ahaha! And you're right enough, no point in making a trip here only to have your money disappear in a matter of minutes eh?" Charles said smiling as Deimi shouted over about the caramels. He hadn't thought about it yet, and as for sweet things Charles wasn't the biggest fan, hence why he liked the slightly savoury salted ones. All he wanted was something for after breakfast really, any more would be too fattening. " Emm, maybe just two bars? I can keep one for later." He shouted over to Deimi from behind the towering boxes. It was almost comical seeing Charles keep so many upright even above his own head height, but luckily he didn't have to suffer alone... " That, that would be a great help. Here take the top few could you?" Charles asked dropping some of them down for Remi. " Why not just make the little s**t into a slave? make him carry the lot! HAHAHA!" Shouted the ever wise voice of his split personality. Charles sighed in tiredness at dealing with Chaz all the time. It was a constant struggle not to burst out shouting at himself for things only he could hear! And anyone but a telepath would have been rightly freaked by that. " so, is that us done with browsing for now? where IS the checkout anyway... " Charles wondered aloud as he stared at the mirrored ceiling trying to see any sign of a cash register. Chaz

Remi's ears flicked up as Charles said that his friend really does like peanut brittle, and that, at one point, he thought that peanut brittle was all she ate. The little wolf boy nodded in agreement as the older boy said that there was no point in making a trip here only to have your cash disappear in a matter of minutes. " Yeah~ I'm sure a place like this would tempt just about anyone with a sweet tooth to spend all their money here!" he remarked, grinning widely as he heard his sister shouting to him about the salted caramels. The towering boxes of peanut brittle seemed so overwhelming to Charles, the boy had to shout over to Deimi from behind the Leaning Tower of Peanut Brittle. When Remi offered to carry some, Charles said it would be a great help, and asked if he could take the top few, dropping some boxes down. Catching them as quickly as they fell, the little wolf boy carried the boxes in his arms, keeping his hand tight on the rock candy sticks. " It's no problem~" Remi said cheerfully to Charles, " I love helping others~" Deimi glanced over towards Charles and the tower of boxes as he asked her if she could just grab him a couple of bars, saying that he could keep one for later. Only two? Surely he'd want more than just that! But then again, he probably didn't have as much of a sweet tooth, so she decided not to argue. Reaching over, she plucked a couple bars of the salted caramels off the shelf, and nestled them among her chocolates, walking back over to Charles and her little brother, who was holding a few boxes of peanut brittle in addition to the sticks of rock candy. She looked over to Charles as he asked if they were done browsing, and where the checkout was. " I guess we're all pretty much finished on our little spree~" Deimi said with a smile, before moving a little past the two to see if she could find the register. " Ahhhhhh, maybe we should keep moving, I think the register might be over this way," she remarked, starting to walk in the direction, looking down at the floor, which seemed to be a road made from pink bricks. Remi glanced around as Charles brought up mention of the checkout, and wondered where it was. This store was so big, Willy Wonka would be proud to have a place like this somewhere in his ginormous chocolate factory! Glancing up at the ceiling, he noted how it was one, big mirror almost, though it was a bit difficult for him to see all the way around, what with his short height and all. He looked over as his sister began to walk, suggesting that they should keep moving, and that she thought the register might be over in the direction she was walking. " Hmmmmm... I guess we should move around and search too, won't find the checkout counter just by standing around here," said Remi, glancing up to Charles and starting to walk after Deimi, " Can you see well enough around those boxes, Charles?" he asked, just to make sure, so that the older boy wouldn't be walking into everything if he had trouble seeing around the stack of boxes in his arms.

Charles Broker ”Healer” Don't make me angry, you won't like me when I'm angry! Staring up over the boxes to the mirrored ceiling to walk was frustrating, annoying and down right clumsy... But it worked and that's what mattered at the moment. And that's when he spotted it, the tills!! It was like a blessing really, the sweetness of the air was giving him a headache... headaches weren't good, they weakened the bond between Chaz and himself... " Indeed. And I'm alright, I can see where I'm going from the mirror... Actually, the register's that way, it follows the 'road'." Charles said casually as he followed Deimi down the pink path laid out before them. In actual fact the register wasn't too far away, and after a minute or so of staggered walking avoiding some other customers and various displays they were there. The registers were large, actually quite ornate, some long desks built into the floor with wooden carvings on every corner. Maybe not so unusual considering the rest of the area, but certainly unusual when compared with the usual shops Charles was familiar with. " Woah! check her out! She's pretty hot. Offt the things I would DO to HER!" Chaz shouted around inside their head. He had spotted one of the workers, a gothic looking girl, she was sitting at the tills reading a book of some sort. As Charles approached and sat his boxes down she looked up at him from over her book, which on closed inspection seemed to be a manga of some sort. " Ah, hello there. You ARE serving aren't you? In case I'm at the wrong place or something..." Charles asked politely. She didn't really react much though and just stared at him. " Oh! Sorry I was just thinking that you REALLY look like the character in this book AHAHAHA! You're not gay too are you? Kyeheh~! That would be sooo cool!" She gibbered and swung in her chair laughing at her own realisation. Charles just looked at her. Was she serious? No she was deadly serious... That's what was scary... His eyebrow twitched, he was actually a little pissed off with her! He had a slight headache, he was hungry and generally he wasn't in the mood to be made fun of! " Hey wait a minute here... Don't you have any manners? You're working a service here, for the public as well!" He said heatedly, letting his annoyance be shown. " And? It was only a question you know. Actually the character here gets quite pissy too whenever his gayness is mentioned. KYAA~! You really ARE gay aren't you! Awww and is that your little boyfriend there? He's so YOUNG! Oh you're not into 'that' are you?" She giggled to herself. things were getting out of hand now... Clearly this had just started as a joke but both sides looked like they weren't going to back down... Bad times were ahead. Charles scowled at her, it wasn't in his nature to get angry, maybe it was the headache, maybe the hunger, but this was unusual for him. " Oh ******** HER! Let me at her, I'll show her who's gay... Come on bring it b***h!" Chaz screamed manically, Charles just laughed back inside his head. " You know, I'm actually considering it..." He replied to Chaz. Sure they didn't get on, but saying Charles looked gay was saying Chaz did too, not something he'd take lightly... Chaz

Remi nodded, smiling when Charles said he alright, and that he could see where he was going using the mirrored ceiling, and that the register was in that certain direction, they just followed the 'road.' The little wolf boy pattered after Charles and Deimi as they followed the road of pink bricks through the store. It took them a few moments, having to avoid some of the other customers and to keep from knocking over displays, but they finally made their way to the register. Remi peered at the rather ornate designs of the registers, seeming to match right in with the rest of the area. ' Definitely looks like something from Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory,' mused the wolf boy in his mind, looking up as Charles starting to speak with someone at the register, a rather gothic looking girl, who was reading a book of some sort, though, upon getting a closer look, said book was actually a manga, which Remi remembered seeing some at a comic book store once. Charles said hello to her, and asked it she was serving here, the girl not answering him, just staring for a moment, before she spoke, saying how Charles looked like some sort of gay manga character in the manga she was reading, laughing as she swung about in her chair. Remi blushed furiously as she asked if he was the older boy's boyfriend, and Charles seemed to be getting quite angry with the girl. " N-Now look here, miss..." he started to say, trying to keep his polite demeanor, but, after the girl had called him Charles' boyfriend, she was starting to get on his nerves as well. The goth cut him off, glancing at him and tilting her head, " And what about you??? Oh! Are you some type of shota or something?? I'd watch out if I were you, you might be good jailbait for big ***** men~!! Kyhehehehe~!!" " E-Excuse me?!?!" Remi exclaimed, his ears flattening and his tail lashing about in agitation as he grit his teeth. He had no idea of what a 'shota' was, but the mention of being jailbait for big ***** men definitely got to him, even if it was supposed to be meant as a joke. Deimi's eyes narrowed as she noticed Charles and Remi getting angered at the gothic register girl, who was really teasing them, but what she was saying seemed to get on their nerves. The wolf girl immediately wasn't too fond of this girl, her inner voices taking her moment of anger to fill her head with thoughts of killling. ' Kehehe, you just gonna let her talk to them like that? Kill her!! Slit her throat! Bash her brains out against the wall! Shove her face in the register!!' To be honest, Deimi actually was considering going into 'Kill Mode' and wreak some hell around here. As the thoughts of killing became more and more fervent in her head, her hand began to reach for the giant billhook knife at her waist. This was going to go all to hell quickly if they didn't get out of here soon, and Deimi was trying to fight back the urges to start going on a killing spree. ' Take the knife and cleave her head right in two, that'll learn her!!' shouted her killer instinct voice gleefully, having taken note of her hand reaching for the large knife. A snarl left Deimi's lips as she pounded a fist down onto the counter, her face turning a slightly pinkish color as she felt the pleasure of the pain from the impact, and her red eyes glowed angrily, " Hey, b***h!! I'm not in the mood to be dealing with this s**t right now, so just let us pay for the goddamn candy and leave already!!" Her ears flattened against her skull and her tail swishing erratically, it was clear that Deimi was losing her patience, and her composure, the killer part of her was literally screaming to be let loose now, since anger was one of the things that strengthened it to an extent to where it started overpowering the effects of the pill.

Charles Broker ”Time Healer” escape to calmer pastures As much as Charles was angry, he wasn't about to start threatening the girl. Sure he'd have let Chaz do it! But he himself wouldn't have. The sudden almost violent turn from Deimi stole his attention all of a sudden, to hell with the gothy girl, she was just rude was all. " Ooooo we got a fighter do we? I never said you COULDN'T pay for the stuffs, actually I was just asking questions you know... I don't come to work to get assaulted~." The girl said uncaringly and started scanning through the boxes on the counter that had fallen over from Deimi's battering on the wood. " Wow wow wow! Let's keep things civil here at least! I doubt violence would make things better." Charles shouted at both the girls in his company. The fact that he had only known Deimi for a short while meant that he wasn't too sure of what she was actually like, in fact it would be easy to say that he didn't trust her still, they'd only been talking for an hour, maybe two at the most after all. " Now you there. you're a customer service provider, know your place. And Deimi, calm down would you?! Insults are one thing, violence is another!" He strained trying not to raise his voice too much. His headache was just getting worse with all the noise, not something he could deal with right now. Charles reached into his pocket and pulled out a piece of paper and a pen before jotting something down and sitting it next to the counter with a few notes of money. " Here, you do deliveries yes?" " Yeas we do... SIR..." " Well I'd like those delivered please... that money should cover it, and I want change along with a receipt please." He ordered and walked away from the counted with a scowl on his face. The girl was still rude, but at least she was pretending to care this time... " ARGH! ******** this!" "Pfft, YOU'RE angry?!! I'll rape seven shades of s**t outta' her! Let me at her!" Charles gritted his teeth as he turned away and made for the door before something happened, he could feel Chaz clawing at the doors so to speak, his physical signs were starting to come through a little. The atmosphere went from alright to slightly boring to bad to s**t-storm in less than 20 minutes... If he stayed around, blood was sure to be shed somewhere. "I'll be waiting outside, it's too noiSEY in hERe..." He said carefully whilst lifting hood up to cover his face a little, especially his teeth which were starting to lengthen a little, as was his smile ever so slightly causing his words to break up a little.
With a push against the door Charles found himself outside to lean against the wall of the ornate building. "You never let me have any fun you know that? If I Such a p***y man!" Chaz said aloud quietly through their 'shared' body. It only ever lasted for a few seconds though, not something that they could hold for any length of time. "Of course I don't. I'd be the one charged with assault you idiot." Charles sighed as he started to calm down again. He could still feel the stretching where his smile had widened, though it was back to looking it's usual again. It was something he'd never gotten used to was the change, Chaz brought on a shark like grin all the time, his cheeks opened up like a horribly grotesque 'Glasgow smile' filled with long sharp pointed teeth. That was only the worst change, the other changes like the black around his eyes and the claw like fingernails were less of a problem. He put a hand up to his face, feeling his cheek as if to make sure everything was back to how it should be....

Deimi glowered at the girl as she spoke, saying that she was only asking questions, and that she doesn't come to work to get assaulted, scanning the boxes of peanut brittle. She was brought back to reality as Charles shouted at them, saying to keep things civil here, and that violence wouldn't make things better. He spoke to the goth girl, saying that she was a customer service provider, and to know her place, and for Deimi to calm down, insults were one thing, but violence was another. The angry glow left the wolf girl's eyes, and she looked away elsewhere as Charles paid for the peanut brittle and said he wanted them delivered. As the girl started scanning the chocolates and rock candy, Deimi glanced over as Charles made for the door, saying that he'd be waiting outside, and that it was too noisy in here. For some reason, his voice sounded like it was straining as he reached the end of his sentence, but she didn't question it. Reaching into her pockets, she pulled out the money and paid for both herself and Remi, picking up her chocolates and handing her little brother his rock candy before turning to exit the store. The killer instincts had gone down now, though she was still feeling a bit angered, but starting to slowly calm down now. A deep sigh escaping her lips, Deimi pushed the doors open, and strode out of the store, her eyes on the ground. She took notice of Charles leaning against the wall of the candy shop, but did not lift her eyes to look at him. " I'm sorry..." she said softly, her tail lowered and her face solemn, " I didn't mean to lose my temper for a moment there..." Another reason she had almost went violent was because the goth girl teasing Remi brought back horrid memories of the orphanage, when the other kids used to bully her little brother before she taught them a lesson. Deimi just didn't want her brother to go through that again, though she didn't say any of that out loud, it wasn't something she wanted to talk about right now. Remi followed his sister as she paid for their candy and left the store, he looked a bit on edge himself. He had felt the rise of the killer instincts within his sister, had heard what her inner voice had been telling her, but kept his mouth shut about it. Charles was leaning against the outside wall of the store as they came out, Deimi keeping her eyes on the ground as she apologized for losing her temper. The little wolf boy could feel the tension in the air, which made his ears flick about rather quickly, not really liking it at all. Right now, he was hoping everyone would just calm down, though he was feeling a little uneased as well. Not speaking a word, Remi walked over to his sister and took her hand in his, looking up to Charles, who was wearing his hood over his face a bit, and noticed his hand on his cheek, looking as if someone had slapped him across the face or something. " A-Are you okay, Charles?" asked the little wolf boy carefully, his tail lowered a little out of tenseness, and his red eyes full of concern and worry for both Charles and his sister.

Charles Broker ”Healer” Pondering ponderful stuff Charles took his had away from his cheek as the two siblings approached him, hopefully they were calmer than earlier... " Yeah I'm, I'm alright.Yous alright?" He asked stepping away from the wall onto the road.To be honest Charles didn't really know what to do with himself now. He'd been quite happy staring at the clouds refracting the orange morning sun, now he was outside a sweet warehouse with two strangers and a bit of a grumpy attitude. He lowered his hood slowly with a sigh and looked back to the sky. the clouds were still an orange glow, but that early feeling was gone, the feeling of first light... " So... What's the plans now?" He pondered looking at the two dog eared siblings before him. Chaz

Remi's ears flickered as Charles said that he was alright, and asking if they were, stepping away from the wall of the store and onto the road. " Yeah, we're alright, for the most part," said the little wolf boy, still feeling a bit frazzled from the happenings earlier, glancing over to Deimi a moment, who gave a nod in agreement to confirm that she was okay. The killer instincts that he had felt that had been on the rise earlier had boiled down now, he had almost been afraid she would've gone on a rampage or something. Well, they had gotten their candy, what was there left to do now? It was still quite early, though it was more mid-morning by now, the sky still having that orange-ish glow from earlier... Remi glanced over to Charles as he asked what the plans were now. To be honest, the little wolf boy had been about to ask that same question, but the older male had beat him to the punch. A thoughtful look crossed Remi's face as he pondered of where to go next, he had talked about getting the candy for later and heading over to the dining hall. " Perhaps we could head over the dining hall?" he suggested, thoughtful look still on his face, " Though, since we took you to the candy store, I think it's your turn to decide where we should go next~ I think we might also have a chance to meet up with your peanut-brittle-loving friend along the way~" he added, a light note of cheeriness if his voice to try to raise the mood a little. Deimi's ears flickered as Charles and Remi began to speak of where they should go next, her little brother suggesting that they head over to the dining hall, since candy would not likely be enough for a meal to eat for them, heck, it was hardly even a meal at all! She looked up to Charles, nodding as her little brother said that the older boy should have a chance to decide where they go next. " Yeah~" she added, putting in her two cents, " We dragged you here, I think you should have a chance to drag us around next~" Deimi smiled a bit as she spoke, trying to show that she could keep her positive attitude up, tucking her chocolate treats away, though making sure they were in a good place so that they wouldn't get melted too quickly by heat, and handed Charles his salted caramels, which she had paid for in addition to her chocolates and Remi's rock candy.

Charles Broker ”Healer” " Ahhh, the dining hall... Maybe... No, that is a good plan, get in before it starts to REALLY get busy!" Charles said in response to Remi. Though meeting Mariya would probably be a little more difficult, she could be anywhere at all at this time, though passed out in a drunken haze was probably a good bet... " As for my friend, She'll be somewhere, I wouldn't count on it though..." He added and began to walk slowly down the road back to the campus. Hopefully they'd be back before the crowds arrived. " Like Mariya would put up with them! he's not one to be as friendly as you after all! Actually, why ARE you so friendly all the time! It PISSES ME OFF!!!" " It's nice to meet new people and don't you even pretend it isn't, otherwise you'd have never met Mariya..." the arguments could go on for days..... Just as he was making his way to go, Diemi held out two salted caramels, something Charles should have left with his delivery of peanut brittle.... " Well, let's go then I suppose... Oh, thanks! I completely forgot about those, how much do I owe you?" Charles said politely, and then took the caramels from Diemi. If anything he was a little glad he had forgotten them, otherwise he wouldn't be able to eat them later. Chaz ((Exit to dining hall? no, yes? up to you...))

Remi smiled and nodded as Charles seemed to agree with going to the dining hall, and that it was best they get there before it was packed to the rafters. His ears flicked about slightly as he then mentioned his friend was probably somewhere, though he wouldn't count on it. The little wolf boy agreed on that, with how big this whole school was, it could take days to even look for one person! He held onto Deimi's hand, tugging for her to come along as Charles started to walk back to the on campus locations, knowing that the less they kept dawdling around here, the sooner they could get to the dining hall for some real food. Deimi smiled slightly as Charles took the caramels she held out, thanking her and asking how much he owed her. " Ya owe me 10 Andy Jacksons worth of cash, bub," she answered in a mock Mafia-styled voice, before she giggled and added, " Nah, just kiddin'~ Those were only about... $1.50 each? So, yeah, just three bucks~" And, with all that said, she complied with Remi's tugging, following along with him and Charles towards the dining hall. (( Short post is short x3 Exit to dining hall~ :3 ))
