Zaiadea Junsui: Squad Four Captain
Zaiadea walked upon the Hill and saw all that was fixing to commence. Her eyes where shut as her stomach began to churn about. She had a plan where she was going to activate to set this innocent boy free but after a long thought she couldn't. She could not betray the Society that had just promoted her to Captain. She stood there with her eyes shut as crystal tears began to run down her face, she couldn't watch. She didn't know the kid but she just didn't feel right sending a kid to his death.

 Let me make myself perfectly clear... Ruka Kusabana Captain of Squad 9 Ruka stood a little away from the others as they arrived, she'd been there for a while now and hadn't moved since. Her long brunette hair was tied back as always and swayed slightly in the faint wind. Though she stood tall, her face turned up to the light, her gray-green eyes were shadowed from the world, leaving her thoughts a mystery.
The movement of her lips was nearly imperceptible and soundless as she spoke quietly, reciting a story from the book of tales she'd given Hikaru.
"Boy did not understand what fear was and so set out to find "the shivers". He searched far and wide, having many adventures and eventually marrying the King's dsughter, but still he wondered about "the shivers". His wife became so fed up with his constant talk of "the shivers" and at last threw a bucket of cold water upon him as he slept. At last Boy could shiver, but he would never know what fear was." If you ever try to harm my friends then I will rip you apart! ((Responses will be slow as I am on my phone. And on bleedin vacation. ))

How we react to duty defines all of us...  Yukumi offered proper nods to her Captain and Lieutenant but it seemed rude to speak so instead she kept an eye on what was happening. Ready to watch respectfully if no one acted, but just as ready to defend the decision of her superiors as they had made this call having all the information they did. Still, neither would she look away, it was a matter of respect for her to watch all the events even if they were likely to haunt her later. ...what best describes you?[/

~There was a short moment of silence as Hikaru proceeded forward, slowly walking, accompanied by the four guards. They released the chains from his neck, leaving only the red collar.
He still looked down, blonde hair shadowing his eyes, as he looked up to the Captain Commander. With a sigh, he was led on to the scaffolding base, the cold tile chilling his bare feet as he turned to face the rest of the Captains. His eyes were glistening with drying tears, it was obvious he was afraid, still a vulnerable child at heart.
The Kido Corps. Members continued to chant specific rhymes as they moved their hands in certain positions to activate reiatsu, forcing the Sogyoku to burst forth with pure blue energy. Hikaru gasped as the ropes unraveled from the hilt of the Sogyoku, revealing a long pole that led to a sharpened blade at the end. The ropes spun around and around, soon shooting off of the hilt, hitting the ground somewhere at the bottom of Sokyoku Hill. Hikaru stared off into the sky, blonde hair swaying in the wind as the twine binding his hand dissipated.
Three cubes, seemingly composed entirely of marble, began to glow as they shifted from their place in the base. Slowly, they floated upwards, two to either side of Hikaru's body, and one behind the feet. With a thrust, his hands were forced to either side, his feet snapped together as he was now stuck by pure energy. Slowly, little by little, he rose up into the air, arms spread wide apart, his tiny body struggling against the firm grip. He soon gave up, staring down at the others beneath him. His heart beat faster, his mind racing with thoughts of panic... Maybe he hadn't accepted his death as well as he seemed to before.
There was another ominous silence as the Sogyoku grew a deadly still.
'Thank you... Hisa-chan... for letting me take part in your Squad...'
'Thank you... Ru-Ru-san... for having faith in me even when I was accused...'
'Thank you... Junsui-Taicho.... for visiting me...'
'I hope they catch Shiba-kun's real killer... I hope Bya-kun... catches the culprit...'
His eyes shook with growing tears as the Sogyoku began to rumble with pressure. Soon, he couldn't help but to let out a sob, tears streaming down his cheeks...
'I... I just wish I could have seen my brother one last time...'
The tears fell to the ground below him.
'J-Just one last time...'
.... Suddenly, the Sogyoku burst forth with flaming energy, a vast cyclone of pure power that spewed up to the sky. It roared with a terrible cragged grumble as it flared out in enormous flames. Indeed, this was a far greater power, even stronger than the famed Ruka's Suzaku. The entire Hill was illuminated in a bright shade of orange as the enormous flames began to take the form of a phoenix. The heat was immense, scorching the very heavens as the phoenix glared at its prey. Hikaru's frightened scream was drowned out by the very roar as it hovered in place.
It would take only a number of moments before it would proceed to kill him.

~ The Sokyoku began to flap its wings, gaining power with each thrust as flames spewed off into the open air. Sparks flew everywhere, and surrounding trees upon the actual hill were, mostly, reduced to ash. Nothing seemed brighter, nothing seemed nearly as terrifying as this phoenix with the power of a million zanpakutos. Hikaru was destined to endure its wrath.
With more powerful strokes of its wings it reared its head back, now ready to make the final blow that would end Hikaru's life... permanently.
The tears on Hikaru's face evaporated, as fear was now his only emotion. As the phoenix prepared to slay him, he desperately hoped he would not feel pain when it killed him. Everything seemed to come to a slow stop, the the roar of flames the last, uncomfortable noise he would ever hear.
'So this is how it ends... Goodbye... Kumatsume...' He stared at the Sokyoku before closing his eyes.
'Goodbye...'
Turning his head away, the Sokyoku, with a final flurry of flames, rushed towards Hikaru... There was a bright flash, and the heat grew far more intense...
Followed by silence...
Hikaru, gasped, releasing the breath he had been holding as he cracked open his eyes.
"My, my.... It appears I arrived just in time...." A smooth, sleek voice could be heard from above. Hikaru's eyes shot open, looking up in shock as he could see a young man, standing atop the scaffolding that held Hikaru in place. He had dark brown hair, and most noticeably, piercing blue eyes.
The entire front of the Sokyoku had been crystallized, a beautiful fiery gem of a glassy composition, it thrashed about, flying higher into the sky as it attempted to release itself from the crystallized form.
Byakuya stared up in complete, utter shock, mimicking Hikaru.
'Is that... the older Yamada~?'
The man smiled, twirling a large keyblade in one hand. "I'm sorry to have stopped this wonderful little show you put together..." He called from above. "I do recall not enjoying this experience however, I think my own younger brother might think the same...."
Indeed, it was Umehara Yamada...
He smiled. "A few of my friends decided to come along with me..." he chuckled. "Why don't we give them a warm welcome?" He gestured to those that would soon appear...

  Shroud emerged from the senkaimon and bolted out up the hill, stopping just before the group and staring up at the phoenix ascending to escape it's crystal prison. Once again in his armor, Shroud looked up to Umehara at the top of the scaffolding and glanced around at the other captains, he was no longer silent.
Slamming a fist into his open palm, he did not smile, he only let his eyes shift back from silver two blue. "You tried to kill an ally... who's first to die then?" he said, the ground around him forming up into a circle of sand, growing quickly and piling up for use. "Ah good, plenty of minerals under this hill.

 While Byakuya was busy in his complete and utter shock, staring at Umehara the young oddly colored hair boy carrying his sword, with a blue hilt, and small threads dangling off the bottom of the hilt who seemed to be not there, would appear so it seemed from what appeared to be a shunpo. Nearly right next to him, the young boy send a slice, at Byakuya's side, though with the intention of missing any and all vital organs, seeing as he wanted to pull out fighting for a while. That was the reason he came, for a good fight, not an easy kill. He grinned, his teeth appeared extremely sharp, though it they weren't very special, simply teeth. He choose this person to attack, because he knew in the end, he'd get a good fight out of it.

Zaiadea eye's popped open as the voices began to talk. Her tears stopped from flowing and for some odd reason she had a sense of relief but also a sense of agitation. These people meant to hurt the Soul Society although she did not approve of killing Hikaru she had no choice but to help her allies.
"Now please understand, there is no need for violence. We all did not want this to happen, there is no need for a huge battle. Take Hikaru and leave the Soul Society at once."
Zaiadea said as she place one of her hands on her Zanpakto, Hoping that these men would listen to her advice.

Byakuya raised an eyebrow as he felt a sudden split in his haori, a slice in his back, not too deep, but enough to catch his attention. He turned, only to face a rather strange looking boy with vibrant hair, glasses, and a pipe. He slowly moved his hand to reach his zanpakuto, a deadly glare in his slate gray eyes.
"I do wish to know your reasoning for interfering here. I also hope you realize that the penalty for infiltrating the Soul Society... is death." He stated in his deep voice as he drew his blade.
"Now... Hado number 73... Sōren Sōkatsui..." He stated simply as he pointed a palm out to the man, a large burst of pale blue fire erupting from his open hand.
"... Anyone who disturbs Soul Society will be cut down."

Yeah! Play nice! Rei had been standing silently alongside the rest of the captains, his head bowed in respect for Hikaru. He was shaking gently, holding himself in check. He was tempted to stop the Sokyoku on his own, but doing so would only result in him being badly burned, and would only stop one charge of the Sokyoku. then something unexpected happened. A single man held back the Sokyoku with a single sword. The old captain smiled gently and shook his head, laughing gently. " Man... no one's done that since Kurosaki..." Shingotsu only smiled gently beside him. Rei looked gently over to the other captains and smiled. " This is the 'Family' I spoke of. The rest should be here momentarily..." Without even a second to spare, more visored appeared... he looked back at his new lieutenant with mild concern, wanting her to step back. Hinata landed on the Sokyoku stand a few feet from Hikaru. Her shikai was activated and in the axe form already. " Stupid Shinigami... trying to execute man. You anger us now. We have fun now!" She smiled and tapped her weapon against the execution stand, showing it would be the first thing to go. Then Byakuya launched his blue fire attack. " Oh! We're using fire now... ok! Hado 73: Soren Sokatsui!" Due to her natural control and skills with fire, Hinata's strike easily canceled out Byakuya's. But... but... She's trying to kill you.
And you actually think she could manage it?

The Flirtatious Vizard The world is more than just statistics! Kankei walked in behind the others and looked around with a shocked gaze at the Shinigami before him. He began to back up slowly and then froze up as he noticed all of the imminent fights about to happen. "Well, looks like we came in here at a bad time.. So how about we just take the boy and leave?" He knew it would pointless ask, however maybe, just maybe, he would have a divine streak of luck. "Dammit, I didn't know there would be a fight the second we got out here. I was hoping to avoid as much contact as possible." He then looked over towards everyone and once again slowly began to distance himself from the masses. The value of life is incomprehensible!

I maybe, be the new girl. That play with blue fire.
Jasmine stand there beside her captain, with just a blank look on her face, as Hirgana slightly foating beside her. She turn her head looking at her captain as another visored appeared seeing the look on his face. She slightly sigh, but as the new girl she took a step back not wanting to get her captain mad at her yet again.
But when it comes right to it, I don't hold back and you shall burn within the blue flames.
