Technique Name: High Velocity Beatdown
Description: Dante focuses his chi into his arms, fists, feet, and legs until they glow with the color of his ki. He then rushes at his opponent as fast as lightning and unleashes a unbelievably quick volley of kicks and punches that knocks the opponent all around, ending in a large vacuum release of ki energy that blows the opponent away and causes massive damage. (+2 Attack +3 Speed)
Activation Cost: 500 Ki
Himmm...that depends....I would have them stay in effect for at least the one battle Dante is currently in, but that might be asking for to much. Maybe.....4..."turns"(going turn based style RP here xD) long effect? Would that suffice? O.o If it's still to much I can live with just for the one attack. Your decision :3

Technique Name: The Sixth Form
Description: A form created by Reaver through a small amount of gene manipulation in order to further the strengths of the Changling race. This sixth form is one that actually causes his body to change again, this time taking on a more advanced appearance. The spikes across his body will recede back in, allowing him a more human appearance, while his body becomes more thin and agile looking. Despite how thin and agile his body appears, this form is actually heavily armored. Minor razor sharp spikes line either fore arm almost like gator skin, able to be extended to roughly three inches at will. Easily making a more armored body, the legs and knees have the same sort of armor. A face mask of sorts made of a combination of metal and bone can now be seemingly grown from his face, to cover his mouth and nose, while twin horn like spikes emerge from just above his hair line, on his forehead. His eyes grow black around the pupils, and black lines extend to a small degree in a diamond like pattern around his eye sockets. This new form grants him +2 to all stats, much like the other Changling forms. It can only be acquired once all other forms have been acquired.
Activation Cost: Learning all 5 other forms.

Description: When Dante gets Enough Ki Built up. He Goes into a Demon Transformation state which Doubles his Speed and His Bullet Shots turn into Dark Ki Shots that have a Slicing Effect. (The Slicing Lasts for the Post it was fired if it Hits its target). This Ability lasts for 10 minutes and Has to wait an Hour until can activate again. (Meaning this Ability lasts for Five Posts and you have to wait 30 posts that The User Writes to use it again)
Activation Cost: 7000 Ki

Damascus Forge Character Name: Hero Shen Race: Human Classification: Kame School Technique Name: Hard To Swallow Description: Absorption has become a fearful prospect for Hero. So he has developed a technique to fight against it. Whether it be ki absorption or absorption by engulfing him, Hero creates a barrier around himself. That is composed of a combination of psychic and ki energy, the psychic/ki energy hardens around him that if made in contact with, will create a physical and mental spike against the absorber. The physical for those who are immune to telepathic powers will be shredded apart. For those capable of regenerating, the telepathic attack will cause the absorber to mentally block Hero as a candidate for being absorbed. If successfully hit by the barrier. Using his telepathy, Hero has even placed a subconscious activation if his body is being absorbed whether entirely or by ki while unconscious, or unable to control his body. Hero is unable to move when using this ability however and will need to take it down if he wishes to move. This technique is unable to shield other people unless they are extremely close to him. Activation Cost: 200 every round this barrier is up. Approved; It only protects you from being absorbed by other people/beings? But your Ki attacks and etc. can still be absorbed by another users defense. Edit: That sounds reasonable. So if he shoots of a ki blast, an android can still absorb it. This simply an upclose defense that prevents him from being digested, much like a ki shield but to a greater level. (Wanting to replace this, since A. it hasn't been placed on my character alongside Breaker Combo. Which I wish to keep.) Character Name: Hero Shen Race: Human Classification: Kame School Technique Name: Beyond The Impossible Description: Hero is capable of funneling his raw ki into his normal stats. For instance if he needs to become stronger, he can place enough energy into one of his stats to increase it. Each one point stat increase, counts as one move. However this is not permanent and it will reset itself after the battle is over. Activation Cost: 600 points for each stat increase. Approved mrgreen So you can't use like 6000 Ki to raise your strength by 10 you'd have to do it all individually?

Technique Name: Jell-O Shot!
Description: The Majin as a whole are a versatile race. If one is cut in two, or even more, pieces, those pieces can reform into smaller versions of the whole and continue fighting. For a single mind to control multiple bodies in this manner requires a unique outlook on life, and a solid grasp of spatial connections. This knowledge allowed Hedoro to develop a different method of using her projectile Ki attacks, especially her Majin Beam techniques. Now, she can diffuse the beam into multiple smaller beams, and cover a wider area of effect, making it more likely to hit the desired target, or possibly targets. Each beam may not be as strong as the original would have been, but the larger area of fire often recoups this loss in full.
[Hedoro may diffuse a beam to increase it's area of effect. Practical effect is a temporary -6 to target's speed to handle the more difficult dodging that would be required, only during the duration of that beam's attack.]
Secondary effect is that if used with Chocolate Beam, and the words 'Taste the Rainbow!' are shouted, each individual beam can turn the target into a different sweet.
Activation Cost: 50% more than whatever energy is used in the beam attack. (Like if she charges it with 3000, refracting it would require an additional 1500.)

Technique Name: Divergent Evolution
Description: As the Naturon Dragon Incarnation, Anima can absorb a target to gain their power for her own. Normally, this power will leave her when she abandons it's host in favor of a new vessel. But after swapping bodies numerous times, she learned how to retain a portion of the victim's knowledge and strength.
When she abandons a body, rather than losing all that they had given her, she may retain 20% of their Maximum Ki, 25% of each stat(rounded up), and any one technique, permanently.
[So if she was 5000 4/4/4/4, and absorbed a 10,000 7/3/5/9 and then abandoned them, she would still gain an extra 2000 Ki, 2/1/1/3 and one technique from their list, along with whatever she would gain from her next victim. I am responsible for all number-crunching/paperwork for these alterations.]
Activation Cost: None, passive.
(Might possibly take this for Hedoro as well, since Majin can absorb people to become stronger as well. Assuming it's approved.)

Description: A powerful compaction of ki, the user digs the sphere of ki into the ground and using quick speed, dashes forward. The ground is used as an anchor for slowing and turning if necessary while keeping a good momentum. Upon striking, the user lifts the sphere up ki up and slams it like a jab, its equivalent power to an explosion.
Activation Cost: 900 (Equal to "Burning Attack" in power so I believe this cost suffices.)
