Hinata Senjimira Visored of Flames
I have lived, and I have died. Through both life and death...
As Hinata walked in through the barrier, all she felt like doing was smacking Dawn upside the head for not listening earlier. She had dissipated her mask to save reiatsu, and coated her hands in high-density reiatsu to act as bandages. As Dawn collapsed, Hinata caught her by the shirt collar, and then yanked her up, carrying the girl over her right shoulder. As they walked in, Hinata cupped her left hand to her mouth, shouting in her native tounge. "Nǐ hǎo! Nǐ zài nǎlǐ? C'mon, I have an injured girl here... get your lazy butts up here and help!" Hinata talked tough, but she was smiling still. And so the visored brought Dawn down to the medical bay...
I have found that worrying... only makes the little problems big.

A lion's work hours are only when he's hungry; once he's satisfied, the predator and prey live peacefully together.
Alexander Zero Squad 1 Lieutenant Aid to Rukia Kuchiki Visored Hollowfication Trainer
Alexander walked flashstepped through the Barrier and into the Warehouse, he was in quite a Hurry. "Where's Yuka-Sama!" He yelled as he dissipated his Feline type mask, as it vanished it gave off a brilliant golden glow. "This is an Urgent message, tell her that the Hellfires are attacking Karakura, Many hollow's have slipped through and are causing mayhem out there, we need all of the help we can get!" He said to a Random Visored telling him to pass the message. He then held out his hand as it began to glow gold and his mask formed. "Now, tell her i shall be on the front line's!" He said as he then placed his mask on and vanished from the Warehouse. many stack's of paper flying around the room due to the draft of wind from his flashstep.
I am impelled, not to squeak like a grateful and apologetic mouse, but to roar like a lion out of pride in my profession

Substitute ShinigamiAlly to the Visored The shadow of the day... Will embrace the world in grey... Ringo's eyes widened upon seeing the warehouse, only to dim a few moment's after. He took a few steps forward just as Umehara caught up behind him and slowly proceeded to the door. Just as he reached for the the handle, he was blown back by an odd sort of barrier, falling into the ground and sliding several feet back. He grumbled several cuss words beneath his breath as he rubbed his hair and stood back up. Umehara was on the floor in complete laughter, never had he seen someone react so violently with the barrier, and to him it was far more comical than Ringo perceived it to be.
"Baka!..." He cursed as he aimed a kick for Umehara's side. "Y'could've told me there was a damn barrier!" Ringo's face was twisted in utter annoyance, as he approached the door again, careful to keep distance from the barrier, and gestured to it, indicating to Umehara that he should open it.
Umehara had managed to roll out of the way to avoid the angry kick, and finally coughing up his final laughs, with but a few sputters and giggles, he got back up to his feet, brushing his clothing off. "You'll have to excuse me, it has been a while since I had last seen something quite like that." He said as he parted the barrier with his bare hands as if it were a curtain. Opening the door gently, he allowed Ringo to step inside.
The inside was quaint, nicely decorated, not perfectly, but enough to serve the purpose it needed, and it appeared to be quite practical. Ringo looked around in slight wonder as he stepped throughout the room. Umehara watched him for a few moments, allowing him to take in some of the scenery before giving in his input. "It's not much, at least, not like my manor..." He seemed to brag, his usual tendency to impress upon others his wealth, "-but it serves its purpose and has housed us for many-a-years as it is." He lightly fingered through a stray book he found on the countertop, gently placing back in its place as he folded his arms.
Ringo paused for a moment, looking over to Umehara. "I don't get it. Why do you say 'us'? Who else lives here? And who are you guys anyways?" He was utterly confused, similar to the way he was several years ago, when he had been told he had these powers of a Shinigami. He could not possibly understand what was going on, or why this man could tell of his powers immediately.
Umehara simply smiled, chuckling softly. "You, my friend, still have much to learn. We are the Visored, similar to you in a sense, but with greater powers. This is our warehouse hideout, and we are led by Yuka Hana, who should be coming out at some point. She doesn't know your here, but she won't be disappointed I brought you here... Though..." He leaned in to Ringo's ear, speaking on a much softer scale. "I'd watch out for her, she can be a little... off... sometimes." He smiled again as he leaned back onto the wall. "But in any case," he sighed, "-feel free to look around here awhile, make yourself comfortable until she arrives. She might be able to answer your questions a little bit more than I can."
Ringo paused for a few moments as he sat down in a chair, trying to organize the thoughts in his head.
'What the hell have I gotten myself into!?'
And the sun will set for you...

Tell me what you know of hate… Yuka Hana Leader of the Vizards A chill wind coasted through the room sending goosebumps to the skin of it's two occupants. A ghostly, intangible voice wafted from the air: "Now what poor soul have you brought this time..." Before anyone could take full notice of the voice or its source, a woman appeared sitting atop the air across from Ringo.
She was petite and small, giving her form an almost delicate, pixy-like quality. Her long blonde hair tumbled well past her waist in waves and her skin was pale. Her most astonishing feature, however, were the golden, tiger-like eyes she possessed. Their odd coloring giving them an eerie look. That gaze was fixed intently on the redheaded boy seated not too far from her.
Yuka Hana, Leader of the Vizards, tilted her head as she finished the sentence she'd begun, her cat-like gaze never leaving Ringo's singular green eye "...Umehara?" Tell me what you know of pain.

"No point in playing chess with you..." Umehara raised an eyebrow, rubbing his arms lightly to shrug off the chilly wind that nipped at his skin. He looked to her, his sapphire blue gaze meeting her golden tiger eyes. "Ah, always a pleasure to have you around, Hana-san." He smiled lightly as he proceeded forward to the same area where Ringo and Yuka were seated. "Please, do meet young Ringo Maruyama."
Ringo seemed to have been somewhat in shock, his widened eyes frozen in place, as if the chilly wind had petrified his soul. He shook his head lightly and returned his stare to normal, not knowing exactly how he would go about greeting this woman. In his own opinion, she was beautiful, flawless in all possible features, he could not mark what it was about her that radiated with such a youthful glow. There was something about her golden gaze that seemed to peer into his soul, search its contents, and analyze his being as a whole. He shifted uncomfortably in his seat, attempting a light smile as he rubbed the back of his crimson-red hair. "I-I... Well hello there..." He stuttered at first, suddenly realizing something, he glared up at Umehara. "I don't remember telling you my name... How do you know it?"
Umehara smiled lightly. "I know many things you'd be surprised of my friend."
Ringo looked back to Yuka, ignoring Umehara's perplexing comment as he could not bring himself to meet her gaze. "You are Yuka Hana-sama right? I just recently heard about you. Nice to meet you." He managed to say, not bothering to ask her to ease the large chill that swept through the room, especially since he was wearing a sleeveless uniform.
"You'll never outsmart me at my own game..."

Tell me what you know of hate… Yuka Hana Leader of the Vizards Yuka tilted her head once more, a nod being her only response to Umehara's greeting, her gaze still keenly fixed on the redheaded boy before her "Ringo Maruyama." she murmured as if to get a feel for the words and memorize them.
The air to her left rippled and shifted as something that had already been there became far more solid than before. It was massive and obviously full grown, it's white and black a sharp contrast to each other. It stared at Ringo as it stalked forward, it's gold eyes a perfect match to Yuka's own. Its approach was silent but it carried a presence all its own, distinct in the chill of the air. As it neared the redheaded boy it growled low in its throat, gold eyes sharpening as it took him in.
The tiger sniffed the air, paced back and forth in front of him and then abruptly turned and bumped the boy's leg as a housecat might. With that done it crossed the room back towards Yuka were it sat at her left side.
"Do not be frightened." her cold expression never changed but there was the faintest traces of warmth in her voice. The chilly wind softened and eased into nothing, leaving the room at its normal temperature.
The tiger at her side let out an odd growl that might have been a laugh, prompting the vizard woman to place a hand upon its head and give it a pointed look. The tiger seemed to roll its gold eyes as the vizard woman turned back to Ringo "It is a pleasure to meet you as well, Ringo Maruyama. As I'm sure Umehara has informed you, we are the Vizard. Ask your questions, Maruyama-san, and I will see what I can do to answer them." Tell me what you know of pain. ((I like the Vizard version too much to say Visored. XD ))

Substitute ShinigamiAlly to the Visored The shadow of the day... Will embrace the world in grey... He heard his name, spoken clearly in such a warm voice. She seemed as if she would make for a very kind person, if not for her mysterious stare and her chilled presence. He nodded lightly, as if to confirm that it was indeed, his name. As his eyes caught enough detail of his surroundings, a new being warped into form, in the shape of a white tiger. At first his eyes widened, his heart beating somewhat faster as he watched it approach him with a burning growl. He blinked as it looked at him, sniffing the air around him, and rubbed against his leg. This action eased his fear, and he seemed to feel more comfortable now more so than ever.
'Do not be frightened.' He heard her say, her voice seeming which deprived him of any further worries that had troubled him before. As the tiger returned to Yuka's side, the chill left the room, leaving it as it once was before. After a moment of silence, he opened his mouth to speak.
"Well, there are three main things bothering me... How did you just summon a tiger? When Umehara-san said to me that we were all connected, or that we were all the same, what does he mean? And lastly, who are the Visored?"
And the sun will set for you...

Tell me what you know of hate… Yuka Hana Leader of the Vizards Yuka nodded and closed her eyes for a moment, mulling over his questions and judging how best to answer them. After a moment she opened her eyes again and began.
"I suppose that to explain this is to start from the beginning. You are aware that the blade you carry is called a "zanpakuto," no? This "tiger" is my zanpakuto's spirit in its true form." there was a soft ring! as Yuka drew her zanpakuto from its sheath. The blade gleamed softly in the light, a chilling aura falling off it. The tiger seemed to grow a bit faded, less distinct around the edges "When Yamada-san speaks of our "connection" he is referring to the fact that every one of us in this room is in fact a Soul Reaper. However we are better known as shinigami." she paused and her gold eyes met Ringo's once more "The task of the shinigami is to guide spirits to the afterlife, Soul Society. You might not be aware of this, but you are not the only one with a zanpakuto and it is not so much a rarity as a gift. Each is unique. Each is special. And each and every shinigami carries one." She sheathed her blade again, the tiger's form becoming distinct once more.
"You asked me what the Vizard were and I will answer. The creatures that stalk you for your power, the ones you fight, you know their name is "Hollow." Beyond helping spirits pass on it is the task of the Shinigami to fight these as well, exorcising and purifying their spirit by slaying them via our zanpakuto..." her voice trailed off and she met Ringo's gaze firmly "There is a law in Soul Society. It is forbidden for shinigami to acquire hollow-like powers." She drew a hand through the air and something white and blue appeared in it. This she placed on her face, staring at Ringo through the singular socket of her hollow mask. Her voice doubled over, influenced by her hollow as her eye glowed an icy blue: "We are shinigami who have broken this law, banished from our home. These masks are our hollows, and thus we are called the Visored." She snapped her fingers and her mask shattered, the fragments disappearing before they even hit the ground. Free of her mask, her eyes returned to their original tiger-like gold and she was still expressionless as she spoke "Any questions?" Tell me what you know of pain. (( Yuka's hollow maskI do hope I explained everything well. ^^; ))

Substitute ShinigamiAlly to the Visored The shadow of the day... Will embrace the world in grey... Ringo nodded, understanding everything, but was taken aback by the sudden appearance of her mask, the change in her voice, and the sharp spike in reiatsu when it happened. He eyed the mask carefully, noting it was similar in a sense to those of the hollows that he fought. He then looked down to his zanpakuto, which piqued his interest far more so now than ever. In thought, he reached his spirit, speaking to her calmly, as if asking her to come forth in the shape of an animal.
'Kage no Tsuki... If what she says is true... then please come forth...'
There was a long period of silence before there was a voice, a soft, mysterious voice that was not nearly as warm as the voice coming from Yuka. This one sounded more noble, sharp and clear, as if a princess was addressing him.
'I will come forth then, Ringo.' His zanpakuto shifted a few shades of black, lightly before a white moth fluttered from the blade. Upon it's tattered wings were thick black stripes that ran along it's back, forming a 'V' like pattern. It hovered and coasted in the air, it's wings fluttering and leaving behind a black particle essence. It's tiny antennae twitched as it landed softly upon the coffee table.
Umehara's eyebrow raised. "It appears his has an animal form as well, one with similar colors." He analyzed aloud as he took a closer look at it.
Ringo's gaze returned to Yuka. "If I may ask... You keep saying 'Soul Society'.... What is that?"
And the sun will set for you...

Tell me what you know of hate… Yuka Hana Leader of the Vizards Yuka waited patiently as she felt the reiatsu fluctuation coming from Ringo. Soon enough his zanpakuto spirit materialized and she watched as it coasted through the air before landing lightly on the coffee table. It really was beautiful, delicate and graceful as it moved about. The patterns on it drew the eyes and the little black trail it left behind was curious.
The faintest smile graced Yuka's lips but it was gone too fast to catch and she nodded to Umehara "Indeed."
She looked up again at Ringo as he spoke and nodded slightly "Soul Society is the afterlife. I believe you refer to it as "heaven." Some describe it as paradise, but it is not so different from life here." she closed her eyes and leaned back on the air, reciting from memory "Soul Society consists of Rukongai, the place souls first live when they arrive, and the Seireitei which lies at the center of Soul Society. Souls there never hunger unless they possess spiritual power, and aging is greatly slowed with life spans of 2000 years not unheard of though such great age is limited to shinigami or others with high spiritual power. It is indeed possible for children to be born there and it is still possible for souls to die though it is to be noted that they are capable of surviving fatal wounds a human cannot. A soul that dies in Soul Society is reincarnated in the World of the Living with no past memories."
She stopped and opened her eyes, glancing over at the boy "That is the nature of Soul Society." Tell me what you know of pain.

Hinata Senjimira Visored of Flames
I have lived, and I have died. Through both life and death...
Through the whole conversation, Hinata had been laying on a rafter near the top of the ceiling. When Yuka spoke of breaking laws to gain power, she sighed and hopped down, silently, landing a couple of feet behind Ringo. "Although... it was not always the intent of those like us, to have gained powers of our mortal enemies..." The girl manifested and plucked her own mask from the air, not hollowfying, but simply showing her own mask to the boy. "We may have broken laws held most ancient in regard... but it doesn't mean we wanted to. Some of us were born of tragic accidents..." As Hinata spoke, she brought her hand to her chest, revealing the edge of what seemed to be a rather large scar. The woman quickly drew the top of her shirt up over the scar, hiding it.
She walked past Yuka and pet the zanpakuto spirit on the head as she passed. In an exceedingly rare occurance, the girl let a small, black, cat-like tail manifest on her lower back, just above the top of her pants. She looked back playfully and smiled at her leader, allies, and the guest. Porbably more than any other Visored, she was in tune with her inner hollow, and maybe even appreciated it as more than a source of power. "Hmmm... if you need me to explain anything else... Ill be sleeping in the rafters..." With a small wave and a wickedly playful smile, the woman flashstepped back to the rafters she was so fond of. Rumors had it she didn't even sleep in a bed, opting instead to sleep on wooden beams in the ceiling.
I have found that worrying... only makes the little problems big.

Substitute ShinigamiAlly to the Visored The shadow of the day... Will embrace the world in grey... Ringo took in each slip of information and was able to piece it together with the many vague and mysterious comments his Sensei had either said accidentally or let slip out as they trained. It all made sense now, at least to him, and suddenly, within him, there was a burning desire to see this Soul Society. It seemed like a nice place, if it was, as they described it, heaven. Perhaps there would be others like himself there, perhaps they would be willing to accept him in the way his Sensei did. He would not be different there, and he pondered just how strong he would be compared to others.
As he was about to submerge his mind into deep question, another female suddenly appeared, who spoke to him a little more in-depth as to what it was like to be a Vizard. He nodded as he listened to her, assuming she too was one of the one's they called the Visored. He took note to ask her questions, perhaps starting off with at least her name... And why she had a cat tail...
He looked to Umehara, his thoughts returning to the grandeur images he pictured of this Soul Society. Umehara flashed him a wide, satisfied grin.
"My family served there for a long time. As it is, my brother lives in the Soul Society, and I had been banished from it after serving it for some time... They detested my hollowfication powers."
Ringo's gaze returned to Yuka. Closing his eyes for a short moment and opening them, he seemed more sure about himself at that moment. "If this place exists... I want to go there." He said rather bluntly, not considering how much harder it was than it seemed.
And the sun will set for you...

Kankei Yokubo The Flirtatious Vizard The world is more than just statistics! Kankei walked to front of the warehouse. He eyes it with his pink gaze. He saw a door lying in his way between himself and the warehouse. "Well, this isn't exactly a paradise, but I need a place to stay for the night. This will have to suffice." He began to walk forward but walked face first into a kidou barrier. He fell back and looked up to it while clenching his nose. He observed an orange barrier preventing him from getting inside. "Well, why would there be a barrier here? And how did I not notice it before!? However, now I have to check what's inside."Kankei took a step back and held a stance. He quickly looked around to make sure no one was around. He then spoke loudly to himself while aiming one hand at the barrier and the other hand was used as support. "Hado 31, Shakkaho!" From his hand shot a red ball of fire that quickly left only a small opening in the barrier that was closing quickly. He quickly ran though and opened the door. After sliding inside the door Kankei looked around the area and begin to project his voice loudly. "Hello~! Anybody home?" The value of life is incomprehensible!

Tell me what you know of hate… Yuka Hana Leader of the Vizards Yuka stared quietly at the redhead shadow wielder and his bluntness almost made her smile, almost. He distinctly reminded her of another frequent redhead visitor they had and indeed the resemblance between them was startling. But that, of course, was for another day.
The blonde quirked an eyebrow "It is not so simple, Maruyama-san. As Vizard we are banned from Soul Society and ways to access it are... limited. To say the least. The-"
She cut herself off as something hummed beyond the edge of her senses, the connection she had to the barrier she'd crafted. Someone had walked into it and the reiatsu signature was strange...
Her gaze flicked sharply to Umehara and she sent a soft pulse of spiritual power to Hinata to alert the woman. That single alert would have everyone moving for cover in an instant and with that the young woman disappeared.
A cold blade was pressed against Kankei's throat, not hard enough to break skin but enough for him to understand she was serious. Yuka stared at him impassively, her voice cold and her chilled reiatsu hovering ominously in the air about them "Who are you and what are you doing here?" Tell me what you know of pain.

Hinata Senjimira Visored of Flames
I have lived, and I have died. Through both life and death...
When Yankei busted the barrier, Hinata sleepily opened her eyes and looked down. When Yuka questioned his identity, she hopped down and landed not far from the boy. "Hmmmm... I've seen him around town once or twice, fighting hollows. He's a visored, I believe. Not aligned with us though... He looks sleepy... c'mon, we keep him? We need new Nǚ yōng" The girl was looking at her leader with pleading eyes, like a cat begging for food. She was holding up a small sign written in chinese that said "Maid" on it. Her intention was to put it on the new guy and make him work.
After putting he sign on the new guy, she walked off past Ringo towards a small closet. "Last time I tried to get back, the barrier burned my hand. Bèn qiáng shàng. I will break it..." The rest of her sentence was a muffled bunch of complaints and cuss words in a mixture of Chinese, English, and small bits of Japanese. After a moment, the woman pulled a broom from the closet and walked back towards Yankei. She spoke to Ringo as she handed the new guy his broom. "We have no way to go back to our original homes. They ban us for rest of life. Well... we fine here in Warehouse. They can keep crappy city." The woman was looking at Ringo like a cat, planning how to attack a mouse hole.
((Translator note: Nǚ yōng means Maid))
