Problem is Talon, unless it is spucificly state don the warrant to be other wise, if police have reason to suspect them, they have right ot search. There is more to it then that sight is lettign on. I woudl highly advice oyu search out the full case. Not just this, but thw arrant they had stated they had permission to search all occupents of the premesis. HIs name was th eonly one on the document, but it wasn't just restricted ot him.

Ah, thankyou for putting those in. Now the first one definitely is interesting, but reading the second one to do a fact check leaves me somewhat doubtful. The actual record of what happened seems to support Alito more than anything, though maybe I didn't read into it enough. I'll go back through it more carefully this time.
