Zehl ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Zehl followed Ryan to the Wandering Warrior dojo and had a look around. It was actually rather nice to be there in the morning before everyone was up. Gave a chance to see and hear things without distraction. He stood in the empty area as the other person was led off by a rather old looking instructor. "Hmm... Well, at least there's plenty of room," he said before deciding to take a few practice swings with his sword.
The blade was quite heavy and usually used with two hands, but the young man had the strength to use it with one when need be thanks to quite a lot of wood splitting with an ax in his past. He more or less swung it as one would for a simple kind of strike, the variety only being where it hit for how it was swung. First was straight down for a blow to the head or shoulder. Next it was some horizontal slashes for the ribcage or stomach. Finally a couple of low ones meant to sweep someone off their feet. it was all just very simple and straightforward. Someone might think he looked kind of slow though with how he was doing it.

Ryan mimics the Old Man and begins to route his ki into his forefinger and tenses himself for the blow to come. He then unleashed his ki and flicked the target in front of him, only to dent the training dummy and hurt his finger. "OW!" He shook his finger for a moment before two fingers connected with his forehead. "Jeeze, what was that for?" "Foolish boy. You can not simply tense yourself for the attack. Your ki isn't just there for attack strength either. It's there as a buffer as well. To make sure you do not hurt yourself whatsoever. It is not a give and take maneuver. It is a purely a take kind of technique. Where you deal the damage you want. Got it?" The Old Man shook his head and straightened himself. "Again, boy." Ryan readied himself once more and transferred the ki to his finger, ready to buffer himself from his own attack this time. He flicked his finger forwards, and the dummy shattered. Ryan himself was unharmed, and a smirk crossed his face as the Old Man began to instruct the next technique. "Good, now onto the next move. Up next is the Shino Ryu style. With this style, you will be able to use the last three moves. The Matoi, Kamatachi, and Wild Kamatachi. I feel you're not going to have any problems with these moves. They're all reliant on brute strength, and less so on actual technique and style. The only strategy to it is to push forward and defeat the opponent by any means you have. Shino Ryu is moreso use of overwhelming force. Basically, just attack, attack, attack, and give no room for retaliation. Speed and Strength are key. Is this understood?" Ryan nodded and readied the false Gunblade he was handed before the training had begun. "Good, now, for Matoi. This technique is used to cut through anything using nothing except tremendous force. The cut is as clean as a diamond cut, and it doesn't matter how blunt the weapon is. The weapon is reinforced by the strength, speed, and ki. Now, try." Ryan readied the blade, and focused. The dummy to his left would be the target. It was made of Obsidian. An extremely dense, black stone. Ryan swung the blade, the ki encircling it, and cut clean through the dummy. "Kamatachi. It is basically Matoi, but from a distance. The speed of the swings creates a vacuum slice that flies towards the opponent. While not as effective as cutting through as Matoi, it will still cut flesh. If the opponent cannot defend, it may very well sever what it hits. Try!" Ryan repeats the process of Matoi, but instead swings at a wooden training dummy to his front, nine meters out. The swing cuts the dummy in two, and causes the halves to splinter and shatter. "Excellent! Finally, we have the Wild Kamatachi. This is basically the same as Kamatachi, only you swing multiple times, creating an inescapable vacuum. Only those that know this technique, or are extremely fast, can avoid its vacuum of force. The steel dummy there! Entrap it!" The steel dummy swung from an above alcove, and Ryan aimed, swung multiple times, and multiple chunks of steel landed around him as he cut the rest coming straight for him. He couldn't help but let a cocky grin cross his face. The old man smirked himself and motioned for Ryan to follow as he walked. "You will eat lunch. And then you will reclaim what is rightfully yours. Is this understood?" "Yeah. Perfectly." Ryan's cockiness turned into determination. After this, he would head out in search of his friends, having completed his training. Ryan ate a lunch prepared by the Old Man to rejuvenate his energy so he could in fact fight at full. The false Gunblade would be nearby, but hopefully he wouldn't have to use it. If he did, it would be to switch out his own. After he finished eating, Ryan flew to a nearby town to calm himself. A nearby store caught his attention. It was an Antique Store. Inside, two items caught his attention. A red headband and what he needed. A Dragon Radar. Ryan paid for the both of them and then returned to the Kikoukenjutsu Sword School to fight for what was rightfully his. Ryan landed outside of the main dojo, the wind blowing in a south east direction. The clouds rolled overhead, occasionally casting a shadow over the Kikoukenjutsu Sword School. Ryan waited for a short moment, calming himself for the battle to come. The young warrior had to overcome someone with a couple of decades of experience greater than his. But Ryan had two things his Uncle did not. Discipline and Honor. The two teachings that the Greysons had lived by for generations. The two teachings his very flesh and blood had forsaken to gain what was not rightfully his. The very two teachings that would allow Ryan to win back what was rightfully his. Ryan entered the main dojo with pride and determination at his back, with his chest out and his chin held high. Many looked over to see who had barged in in the middle of practice and began whispering as they saw who it was. The words 'Master's Nephew' and 'The Gunblade Wielder' had come across Ryan's ears. They mattered not, for Ryan had one goal and one goal only. "Master Greyson. I believe you have something that rightfully belongs to me."Ryan's Uncle turned around to see his very own Nephew standing at the doorway. "Well, if it isn't my ungrateful and completely wrong Nephew. What say you, class, shall I teach him some manners?" The Uncle smirked as he took one step forward and leaned towards his Nephew. It seemed that cockiness had ran in the family. Either that or he was mocking Ryan. Either way, it mattered not. Before the class even had a chance to think, Ryan burst back in retort. "Manners!? You steal my Gunblade while I'm lying in bed sick, and you kill my father when I'm just a boy to try to take it! You haven't earned a thing in your life, you rotten lying b*****d!" Ryan's green aura had flared up around him. He was never usually quick to anger, but this was family. "Outside in the arena, now! Or are you too gutless, chicken, and honorless to try to rightfully earn it?"That seemed to be the spark that set the bomb. "Ok, you little s**t. It's time you finally learned a little bit of respect around here." Ryan's Uncle ignored the whispering of his students about the accusations Ryan had made. "Everyone, outside, now. I'll show you how to practically use what you learn here in a real fight!" The arena was a large open area, covered with rocks and dirt, with multiple large rocks to fight on, but all of it open. The main area from one end to the other was clear. Ryan was the first outside, as he was right next to the door. He took his place at the far end of the arena, his ki flowing steadily. The students were next, all taking seats in the bleachers around the arena. Lastly was Ryan's Uncle, the Gunblade resting at his side. The false Gunblade was off to Ryan's left. He planned on not using it to fight. Ryan took a fighting stance akin to him actually holding his Gunblade, but slightly altered for striking attacks instead of slashing. Ryan's Uncle, on the other hand, left the Gunblade in its sheath. He had planned to finish this quick. He did not want to take his nephew's life, but he would if he had to. "Pay close attention. A swordsman without his sword is not as much of a threat as one would think. His skill is diminished and he resorts to defense as a means to throw off his opponent's guard. Take my nephew here for example. He..." "Shut up already." Ryan brushed his thumb across his nose and assumed a fighter's stance. "A true swordsman always practices both with and without his blade. Because a true swordsman is not just a swordsman, but a warrior, and should always practice the different martial arts, with and without weapons. Now, let's finally settle this. For the honor of my father and my family, I will defeat you!"(1391 + 681 = 2072) Quote: --Stats-- Strength: 5 Speed: 5 Defense: 3 Power Level: 3 + 2 = 5 Ki Points: 16000 Words Saved Up: 2072 Techniques: West City Academy: - Flight - 300 - Ki Sense - 300 - Ki Blast - 400 - Power Up - 200 - Energy Shield - 400 - Solar Flare - 500 - After Image - 600 Kikoukenjutsu School - Burning Attack - 900 - Battou-Jutsu - 700 - Sheath Follow Up - 500 - Hiryuusen - 800 - Knock Up - 600 - Shinken Stance - 400 - Hiten Mitsurugi Ryukansen - 600 - Hiten Mitsurugi Ryuukansen Tsumuji - 800 - Haisui no Jin - 700 - Tekken - 1000 - Single Finger Flick - 700 - Shino Ryu - 1300 - Matoi - 900 - Kamatachi - 900 - Wild Kamatachi - 1000 Custom Techniques - Rough Divide - 800 - Trigger Charge - 1200 Weapons: - Gunblade Items: - Dragon Radar - Bardock's Headband (Power Level + 2. Ryan began the battle by jumping up high, his back facing the sun, and throwing up his hands in front of his face. "Solar Flare!" The burst of ki coupled with the fact that the sun was to Ryan's back gave for a boosted Solar Flare, which blinded all of the students, but Ryan's Uncle was waiting for it. He had thrown his arm up in front of his face, the sleeve of his kimono draping down to cover his mug and then some. He had turned his face away and closed his eyes as well. He was no fool, but neither was Ryan. The young warrior had taken this time to fly straight towards his Uncle in a punching stance. But this was not an ideal location for Ryan to be. Master Greyson struck out with the Battou-Jutsu, slicing through Ryan, or where Ryan was. Ryan had used the After Image and appeared behind his Uncle, ready to strike with a Single Finger Flick. His Uncle, however, spun around in time to block with his Sheath Follow Up. It was then that Ryan finally saw his Uncle's face up close, the sweat of worry rolling down his face, the fear in his eyes, and the gritted teeth of someone who knew they had finally met their match. But he was stubborn, as was all of the Greyson family. He wouldn't give up without a fight, and he was hoping his nephew was one of inexperience. It was true, Ryan was one of inexperience, but he was also one of a greater determination. He was also fighting not just for himself, but for honor. That is why he would win. He fought for his father. The two of them jumped away from each other as the students began to regain their sight. "Give up. Give me my Gunblade and I won't humiliate you."The cocky bravado had returned to Master Greyson. "Humilate me? Humiliate me?! You shall be humiliated! I shall stomp you down to the worm you are!" Ryan did not have a blade. He wouldn't be able to defend against this next attack. He began charging ki into his arms, and Ryan took this time to buffer himself. He had an idea what was coming, and he was right. His Uncle unleashed a Wild Kamatachi, a web of vacuum blades to entrap him, but Ryan knew the pattern, how it worked with his Gunblade. Even without using his Gunblade with the attack, he knew his weapon. He was able to block the vacuum web with his own ki, buffering his arms and hands against the blades of vacuum pressure, and moved slowly towards his Uncle. His Uncle, who was too blind with anger, kept swinging, wasting his Ki as Ryan calmly moved towards his attacker. When Ryan was finally close enough, he jumped up and over the vacuum web and began moving his arms rapidly. The very first move Ryan learned here would be the one to defeat the man that had taught it to him. He had a wide opening as well. His Uncle just stood there, dumbfounded. "How...how did he dodge it...?" Ryan crossed his arms over his chest. "Burning..." He then thrust them forward, his hands forming a diamond shape and the blast of charged ki flying towards his Uncle as he yelled "ATTACK!" The blast hit his Uncle square in the chest and sent him flying back. Ryan had to hold himself back as to not kill his Uncle. He wanted him to live in his shame. The Gunblade went flying as the blast connected, as his Uncle went flying backwards. Ryan zoomed towards his weapon and snatched it out of mid air before it collided with another student. Ryan landed and sheathed his blade at his left side. "It's over. I suggest you resign before I return and seek to redeem yourself. Because I WILL be back to take your position as Master. This school deserves only Masters with Honor." Ryan powered up and left before his Uncle could respond, but he saw his teacher go over to his Uncle to reprimand for what he had done. He was obviously superior to Master Greyson. Ryan could tell from Sensing the Ki. "Well, off to find everyone else."

Ryan opened his eyes to see where he had arrived. He was home. Home sweet home. Nothing could be greater than being home. but Ryan's time was not to waste. He had a mission to uphold. The Earth had been invaded by Saiyans, and Ryan could feel the overwhelming power levels coming from the direction of the New Crane School. With Ryan's green aura flaring up around him, he launched forward and towards his destination. Hopefully, this would not end up in yet another unwarranted trip to the other world. 90x2=180+93=173 Quote: --Stats-- Strength: 15 [3] Speed: 11 Defense: 15 [2] Power Level: 6 Ki Points: 20800 Words Saved Up: 173

Narox had split up from his brother in order to cover more ground, though really it would make more sense to have just broken those false Saiyans and forced them to guide them to the location they searched for. This male Saiyan let his mind run over a few different battle strategies for the conquest of this vastly weak planet along side those awful mocks of the once proud Saiyan race. It wasn't long before he felt a power level around him spike, though it wasn't an impressive one, merely a Human child flying off in the distance. In fact the boy was heading in the opposite direction than him. "Hey! Boy!" Narox yelled and ended the statement by firing a Ki blast inches right in front of his target. The aim wasn't to hit him, as one couldn't pull intel from a dead man. A lesson his brother surely missed.

Ryan, flying along towards the power levels he had felt earlier, was minding his own business when he felt one begin to move closer. He had hoped it was an ally, but his hopes were soon to be crushed as the invader had addressed Ryan and fired a ki blast to get his attention. Ryan stopped, and stood, or rather floated, his ground, or air. He looked to the new arrival and spoke with the tone of a determined warrior. "Is there something I can help you with?" The power level was stronger, but Ryan had been training his whole life. And from what King Kai had told him, these Saiyans were not much for tactics. They were brutes and savages. They valued strength over all else. It was time to teach this one the meaning of honor.

It was a general assumption that all the pure blooded Saiyans were ruthless savages, in fact the whole race was notorious for their brutal assaults on other planets due to the orders of Lord Freiza and his Intergalactic World Trade. Though Narox was different, very much so, as he well cold and calculating. He could think up thousands of combat scenarios, or adapt one on the fly, then carry it out with the up most ruthless precision. That made him by far more dangerous than most the mindless savages that the race aspired to be. He cracks a toothy smirk as the human boy stops dead in his tracks and spoke to him as a warrior. "Indeed there is. You see I am looking for the home of those disgusting Hybrid Saiyans, but you see I am new here. So why don't you show me where I can find them? Hmm, your from this planet so you surely most know where they come from." Narox replies in a cold, emotion less tone as his tail unfurls from his waist, and sways back and forth. The Saiyan man had already decided Ryan's fate no matter if he helped him or not. The boy was going to die, but the question remained how quickly would he fail to be of use. After all, no sense in killing a tool if they are still capable of making your job easy, though after the job was done disposal was the best option.

Ryan could not help but to smirk. This Saiyan would prove to be a rarity among the Saiyan race yet. The young swordsman could already tell his soon to be opponent from outer space was going to be a challenge. Ryan accepted this. He accepted this just as he had accepted the fact that he may yet return to the other world for yet another stay. Ryan shrugged and lifted his hands in an unknowing manner. "I haven't the slightest clue where they stay. Really, though. Why call 'em disgusting? They bleed red like the rest o' us. As I'm sure you and I are about to do." Ryan locked eyes dead with his opponent as he brought his right hand to the hilt of his father's Gunblade on his left side. The Lionheart sat at his back, but he did not want to use it just yet. 148 Words + 311 = 459 Quote: --Stats-- Strength: 15 [3] Speed: 11 Defense: 15 [2] Power Level: 6 Ki Points: 34600 Words Saved: 459

"It is a simple fact that their interbreeding with an inferior race has made them disgusting weaker than they should be." That was going to be the Narox would speak on the matter, and now he would onto the part he enjoyed, waste disposal. An energy sphere charges up in each hand, as the Sayian merely smirks, "Well since you don't have the information I need... The statement trails off from there before, Narox floats off a bit and fires both Eraser Cannons at the human boy.

Ryan smirked at Narox's words, which had caused Ryan's own green aura to flare up around him. Ryan had already tensed himself to react to any attack, and it came his way in the form as a couple of Eraser Cannons. They would be easy enough to dodge, considering all Ryan had to do to avoid the two energy blasts would be to fall from his current position and land on the ground. He felt the power of them as he passed on his way down, though, and they were monstrous. But Ryan didn't worry. This guy looked slow. And if Ryan was going to win, he needed to unsettle the guy. "Hey, you kind of missed there, pal. How about you get in a wee bit closer so I can give you a bigger target."Ryan nodded at his own statement, and gave off a small smirk. He would strike when he was ready to. But not yet. He had to end this with a powerful strike from his Gunblade. This was going to be interesting. That was for sure. "Well, whaddaya say there, big guy? How about a little game of a surprisingly calm Saiyan versus that inferior race you talk so much trash about? Narox would only smirk as this boy would gracefully avoid his two attacks, and began to talk crap about him needing a bigger target to hit. The Saiyan male wasn't going to take the bait quite so easily as that. "See, that is the difference between us. I prefer results over banter." Was his only reply as he pressed his right index and middle fingers together. His Ki would then snake around the digits before sprouting off into a blade of pure Ki energy. In his left hand formed another ball of energy, that resembled Eraser Shot Cannon, and fired it off before in burst into a volley of shots each aiming to hit Ryan from different angles.

"Oh, trust me..." Ryan grabbed the hilt of his Gunblade and drew the blade from its sheath, the silver weapon giving off a gleam from the sunlight. Once in Ryan's hands, the blade began to glow with a green energy, being powered with Ryan's ki. Ryan's own ki signature began to flare up around him, the green energy causing his hair to flow upwards. In an instant, right before the energy volley would connect, Ryan disappeared from sight, leaving not so much as even a trace as to what had happened or where he had gone. The young swordsman of the Kikoukenjutsu Sword School appeared below Narox, and launched himself upwards, unleashing his very first custom technique, the Rough Divide. This attack empowered the blade with a fierce cutting energy, which was more so used to propel Ryan to the target for this physical attack version. Just before impact, the energy would dissipate, leaving the attack to a physical attack, Ryan's strong point. Regardless of whether the attack would connect or not, Ryan would be launched past, and once he was..."...results are far preferred." 185+647=832 Quote: --Stats-- Strength: 15 [3] Speed: 11 Defense: 15 [2] Power Level: 6 Ki Points: 33000/34600 -800 Instant Transmission -800 Rough Divide Words Saved: 832
